I cannot say enough good things about Livingston…right from the beginning to the end of the process. Dispatch operations asks and answers any questions that we throw their way including a smile and a laugh, while setting up the transportation requests along with a high degree of flexibility. Vehicles are delivered and picked up on time and in perfect condition by friendly and expert drivers. Invoices are delivered in good time…all of the above and more are the reasons for 5 gold stars! I shipped my car from BC to Ontario and it was returned in the same condition I gave it to them.
They charged less than everyone else I talked to. No complaints at all, I recommend them and will use them again if I need to shop cross country.

I read some bad reviews and was nervous to use them but thankfully, a friend of mine used them first and reported back that all was well.

The only thing that wasn't "perfect" was the dust that accumulated from the cross country journey but I was told before hand by the staff that it would happen.

My mom waited to see what happened with me before she booked and she had the same experience as me and my friend.

If you're concerned about theft, empty out your car as recommended.

Driver of truck 5462 was at the Dryden truck stop Sept 3 and threw garbage all over the ground. He was 30ft away from a garbage can but instead left his Subway trash for other drivers to step over and the fuel station to pick up, what an ignorant pos. Will be talking with my uncle who owns 3 dealerships to make sure he no longer does business with Livingston.

Two very positive experiences. Professional and responsive. Would like to see a bit more regular feedback during transportation of the status of the shipment.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided so far from this transporter. My three vehicles have been collected and waiting for transport for over two weeks with zero advancement on the shipping. Having been promised a quick shipment of 2.5 to 3 weeks and being pushed into providing pickup numbers quickly so we could "save time" I've found myself with even more headache. I was also told that I would get photos of the vehicles prior to shipment and those were never provided. I expected a considerably better and more efficient service and neither have been provided. Now after paying thousands of dollars I'm still without vehicles and cant help but feel like I've been lied to. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

This is by far the worst company possible to ship your cars. I booked them to ship my car from Vancouver to toronto. After two weeks of not loading up the car I decided to cancel the shipping with them and I called to confirm the cancellation and they confirmed it and told me to let them know the time the new shipping company will pick up the car. I went ahead with another company and paid them. I called Livingston the next day to let them know the time my new company will pick up the car and they told me that the car is already loaded and sent to Toronto after confirming me the cancellation and telling me the car is still with them waiting for the new company to pick it up. I am beyond frustrated because my new shipping company has already sent the driver to pick up the car from Toronto and on top of that I’ve been waiting for the car for two weeks now, paying for it paying insurance. They just don’t care at all about customers. I will be suing them for what they did and I hope nobody else has to go through this. I don’t know how these guys are still in business.

My friend recommended me Livingston when I needed to transport my vehicle from BC to Ontario. The entire process went smoothly with no delay even though I was contacting them last minute and expected a longer shipping time since it was the middle of Summer (everywhere else quoted a much longer transport duration). It was great that they allow you to ship your winter tires inside the car. My vehicle arrived on time at the destination with no new damages on the outside of the car from the transport. The only thing that was missing was my cellphone holder that was glued stuck inside the car. However that was easy to replace. Definitely will use Livingston again.

It was difficult to find a reliable long distance mover for my suv. There are so many choices and almost all, when I checked their credentials and history of complaints resolution, they do not inspire trust or confidence. Livingston was actually a company referred to me by a moving company. The quote process was done quickly and professionally. Price is higher than I expected but it’s likely a matter of you get what you pay for. Kajel was always quick to answer the phone and respond to my questions about the status of the move. The move itself took longer than I had expected. My suv was delivered to me in Toronto, from Victoria BC, in 27 days from date of pick up. The move was paid in full up front and there was no surprises at the end of the move. I would use Livingston again.

Shipped a Ford F150 Lariat 4 door Truck from Edmonton to Vaughan. No issues, truck arrived undamaged and within all timelines. Good value for money spent.

Dropped the car in Vancouver (BC) on Sept 26th and picked it up in Vaughan (ON) FIVE weeks later (was told it takes less than two weeks). After three weeks, they just left me a voicemail that it is going to be delayed for another two weeks!
