I got pulled over only to find out that my auto insurance had been cancelled almost a yr prior due to apparent NSF payments. Two of which apparently occurred after my previous insurance company canceled it. I received no notice, email or phone call to let me know. I did an online quote and Liz called me back straight away. She was polite, professional, personable and calming which made me not stress over the whole situation as much. She took care of everything, even going so far as to do a 3 way call with me and my former to ask the 'why' questions of cancellation and not telling me and she quickly did the process of getting my car insured by doing any necessary paperwork and sending it to me. I don't know if she has a boss, but if she or he reads this, Liz deserves a raise! Thank you so much Liz for, in my opinion, going above and beyond to make the switch to Desjardins as smooth as it was. I'm so thankful and grateful

I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received from Liz! She went above and beyond for me to help me get the best rate possible!
