Needed a rare hybrid part and only LKQ had one.

I was nervous with parting with my money given all the poor reviews but their customer service was excellent. They delivered the part on a skid with ample protective packaging and ahead of schedule. The part works flawlessly.

Will definitely use them for parts in the future! Dealt with Chris Anderson, top notch customer service.

Searched every where for a specific part, and they had it! Dealt with Jesse, not only is he knowledgeable, but he was also professional. Excellent Service.

Was told my part was ready for pickup, I left my job to grab it, once I got there I waited half hour for them to find the part, then was told it was on a truck being delivered to my part time shop, I left headed back to work to ask for additional time, went to my part time shop where no one works during the day, waited there for 40 when I was told by 1: 15-1: 30 the part will arrive, called parts to find out where the truck and was told it says my part is to be picked up at the location, I go back and they cannot find the part, 4 hours I've lost for one part that I was told is ready for pickup, front desk guys are no help at all, when asked to speak with a manager I was told one was on vacation, one was away, and one in a meeting

I wouldn’t give a single star to their customer service, always frustrated and mad, Idk about what but they take that out on the customers phoning in.

Bunch or looney toons working here in the front DONT EVER GO HERE! Staff in the used parts sales area are super rude, they can't even order in the correct parts

SO I RE ORDERED TODAY AND I GOT CALL "READY FOR PICK UP" AND WHEN I ARRIVE THEY SAID MO ORDER WAS CANCELLED

THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A WIPER MOTOR FOR $350 WHICH IS A LOT BUT THIS WAS THE CLOSEST TO ME SO I WAS LIKE LET'S GIVE IT A TRY BUT LIKE I SAID

Terrible service they don't care about customer rude staff, order the transmission staff is driving me crazy

Poor service, don't expect them to help you if you have any issues with a part. And not likely to get a credit either.

It will be my last time business with these guys, very rude behaviour from staff you might have to wait more than 2 hours to get your parts because only one guy working in pickup section

Purchased a back glass for a 2012 Honda civic coup from them.

They told me on the phone my total with taxes would be $113 then when I came to pick it up it was $141 with taxes and a "transport fee, " which I had no idea about. Before taxes and other charges it was still $125.

That's pretty sketchy.

Refund policy = check in mail from USA
I payed Cash 500$ over the counter 5PM and returned the part the following day AM
Instead of refund or credit I was promised a cheque maild from USA 3 months later no cheque
And how is this going to even work
I payed in CND Cash! Refund in USD?
How does that work? What exchange rate? Or taxes

No customer support
After redirecting the call 3 times I was told that this has to be resolved from local office in StonyCreack but the local office can't find the order! Funny the USA side has the info
Also the local office phone line from payment related issues sounds like I'm talking to a person 10 floors below on a windy day down town, even worse my own voice is ecoing in the background.

I called today because I was planning to buy parts, this is the second time this compay chooses to defraud the customer over few hundred of dollars instead of earning from new transactions!
I didn't even want the refund I was going to buy parts located @ local facility originally
