This place is full of ignorant and unprofessional people. They threaten and tell you to “be quiet and stop talking” when you’re going against the way they’re treating you. Stay far away from them if you can. Very unacceptable customer service.

Stay far away from these crooks. Very rude and unprofessional. When talking to them on the phone, they sounded uneducated and very condescending. To the point I was questioning if this was a random 20 year old scamming me online. It's like they pull these sad miserable people from the rat sewers and line them up to talk to people. Karma will get these clowns. Rude incompetent low lives.

Absolutely terrible. The loan they signed me up for before I consented was 300% interest. They are rude, unreliable liars. They also threaten to steal your livelihood.

Oh Don't Don't Don't deal with them. They will take all your credit and personal information, and will sit on it forever without givint Aproval or Declined. They are very very small business.get a co-signer but don't deal with them

Company us a fraud, get people to get pay 700 dallors, to get house appraisal then do not call back, if anyone talks to a guy call Gareth hes a lier.

Man Prabh I remembered him cause of how diligent he is! I called back a week or so and just cause his concern for me, and his work ethic I recognized him from before. What a great worker, he even told me to repeat all the info back, laid out the steps going forward and, this is what I really really appreciated, he told me to always call in and confirm for the release papers just in case. The greatest worker is the one who serves others, business is all about serving, thanks Prabh!

Dishonest, predatory and VERY expensive.
I was recommended to get a debt consolidation loan for a bad debt i had owing. The agent outright lied to me about the loan terms, the percentage and the starting time. They charge 50% interest over 9 years. AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE

Most ridiculous company iv ever dealt with! Nothing but a headache. Very very shady. Do yourself a huge favor and never deal with them.

I won't recommend this company to anyone, the broker didnt pay all my Bill's like they were suppose to, my fido wasn't paid and my property taxes weren't paid properly, then a month ago the company knew I was going to pay off my loan, but the lawyer decided to send me a threatening registered letter so they could charge more ridiculous charges, they are the worst financial company, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies. Anyone that thinks they need money go to someone else.

STAY AWAY! This company is extremely predatory. They are most certainly not here to help you. I had a 4,000 loan and if I had done it their way I would have paid 13,000 to them by the end of it. They are scammers. STAY AWAY!

Worst place to get a loan from. They have the worst communication ever. They tell you all these lies and false information on how to pay off your loan. They say they want to help you and they are trying to help you, but they aren't. They don't speak clearly and when you try to get clarification from them, they get more confused, but they say the answer you want to hear. This place cause me to have so much of a headache. They make up things and say all these thing that make you happy and never follow through with it. They have empty promises. Spoke to so many different people just to get scammed and lose more money.

Terrible company to deal with, scammers, bullying take advantage of people. Will not tell you what their fees will be, will not respond to complaints. Stay far, far away.

Most awful scammer loan company operating within canada. Cashing out people who are in bad situations illegally & without any morals. I was quickly approved for a loan to "help" me out which turned out to be at 49% or higher interest rate. They scam you into saying its 25% and will dodge payment and interest related questions at all costs and then will say "speak to my manager" who is another comical woman going by the name Zohair or Zohar who has no decency to speak to human beings and is clearly just another scam artist working for them. Hope this helps anyone who is considering them for a loan.

Daniel Rahman helped me today and he was very patient and helped me through multiple hurdles when it came to filling stuff out navigating my debt, had suggestions of different things I could do, and he was even patient when my kids were screaming in the background, if I ever need to contact lm financial again i will be asking to speak DIRECTLY to Daniel, he made the process as painless as possible and I left the conversation feeling like he really cared.

Daniel Rahman was the person in charge of helping me out. He is super professional and understanding! Made the whole application process easy to understand and quick. 5 stars.

I'm only making this review because my situation was really bad, and if it wasn't for LM Credit taking the time to understand my story I don't know what would have happened. I was declined for a consolidation loan from everywhere and I all most gave up all hope. LM Credit saved me and made it happen! I'm happy to leave this review about how great the service was, and how easy the process is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The absolute best financial services company to choose to work with! Stella and Renato provided great service and excellent work!

Try to avoid them working with them as you can but if you have no other choice just work with them for second mortgage only they are ok to do a second mortgage instead that the intrests rate is high and they are charging a high administration fee but if you have no another choice it will be your only way to get out of your debt.
But do not work with them for first mortgages they are good in doing first mortgage and they will try to push you to do a second mortgage again, I worked with them for the second mortgage and they can not approve me and they let me to wait for more than 2 months with a lack of communication and taking a very long time to get back to you and sometimes they will left you for 3 to 4 days without answering your question, and at the end after I waited them for more than 2 months because of them, they charged me a penalty because I paid my second mortgage after the maturity date, instead that I had an offer from RBC and I was able t pay the second mortgage in time but I was waiting for them and was about to lose the RBC offer.
Sorry for the lengthy feed back, but to make the long story short if you have to work with them just work with them on a second mortgage only with their agent called Renato, and you have to expect a high interest and high fee.

I continue to use LM financial and always recommend their services to family and friends. Stella is a pleasure to deal with and her attention to detail and prompt responses are impeccable! I would highly recommend their services. Keep up the great work!

When your back is against the wall financially and you have very few choices it is good to know, there is a company like LM Financial Services. The agent I spoke to, Renato, took his time with me and explained all of the things I needed to know in order to understand the process and feel comfortable taking out a second mortgage in order to pay off the debt I had. I am glad I did it and I have a plan to get out of debt in the next 3 years. If you have bad credit and owe money LM is a great solution!

Run! Do not ever consider dealing with these people. I am in the process of reporting this firm to appropriate authorities for their unscrupulous tactics which border on illegal. Simply mind boggling that they have gotten away with their business practices. Hopefully they will be shut down soon.
