Do you guys have the soccer boot - Puma ultra 1.4, silver and orange color. Size - 11.5 or, 12? And, will I be able to Return a soccer boot that I bought from your store few days ago? Pls because they are a bit bigger than my feet, I wear size 11.5 but the boot is size 12. So, that's the problem actually.

I bought a pair of shoes recently and when I bought them I was not informed of their return policy. I had tried them on at home and found out they were too big. When I went back I was told that all I could get was store credit. They would not refund me and there were no shoes in my size that fit well. Very poor customer service. If the customer is not informed of the no refund policy then they should receive the refund. I would not have bought the shoes if I had known of their refund policy. I work at a running shoe store and this kind of return policy is unheard of. After I use the store credit I will never be shopping here again.

Well stocked store with helpful staff. We were looking for turf shoes and found a few varieties although it’s not the season for indoor soccer.
In addition to shoes it has a several other items related to the game.

I always accompany my husband’s best pick soccer store for past 10 years. The shop really has variety of selection and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I cannot comment for the price because they carrie most size and model so regardless of price ‘ the player’ wants to get it.

Their return policies online and in-store are outdated. Changed my mind about purchasing multiple jerseys here based on this and also the fact that they’re selling last season Nike Vapor jerseys for $199 when you can get the exact same elsewhere for pretty much half the price now.

Worst customer service ever, went there to order team jerseys, did not provide any info kept telling me to email the boss Rachael.
So when my friend emailed her Rachael just repliedsaid we are overwhelmed and cant make any orders now seems like they sell stuff for over price.

Seen a laceless Adidas copas there for $369
But on addidas website the shoes are actually $70

Many stuff like this happens at this store they are rude and robbing people blind.

Lots of options of soccer shoes for kids and adults. Fair prices. I highly recommend this place for your soccer needs.

Midtown gem. Full stop. I am not sure how it took my family so long to find this spot; but we are delighted to know there is pure local footie gold at Yonge & Davisville. Amazing selection, consultative staff. It feels like a total throwback to shopping for gear BB (before Bezos).

They executed my transaction in bad faith with their refund policy. Bought 2 pairs of cleats and shin pads, ended up wanting to return 1 pair of cleats several days later to find out they don't do refunds. No verbal warning and a small sign that is not easily seen was pointed out "for me to find and see" upon the date I wanted to return the item. I hate people who work in bad faith and steal my money and keep it, that's theft.

Today was perhaps my fourth visit to their store in the last few months. I'm totally happy with the quality of service and product they offer. The variety of merchandise is also very nice. I bought my shin guards, cleats, and my Milan jersey here. In short, if you're looking for soccer stuff don't waste your time anywhere else. They most probably have what you need. And they provide that for you with a good customer service.

This was a couple months ago around july. I went in to do a custom name on a jersey. First the people in the store weren't very helpful. They said what name I said it's for my grandfather his name and age. They kinda gave me a weird look and told me to write down my info they would call me m0nday. That was a Saturday. I waited a week until I heard back and that was because I reached out on them. Then they decided to call me back so I just decided not to give them my business

Only place in Toronto to stock a good selection of sizes. Called every place in Toronto—only L&M could meet my needs. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice Store, lots of Selections for Womens Soccer Cleats, but need to lower Prices and have more sales.

Terrible customer service. Bought a jersey online and added “premier league” patches for my husband for Xmas. When I arrived at the Whibt location to pick it up, they said it was at their Toronto location. No mention of that on the online receipt. Had to drive there twice. The jersey didn’t fit and we asked for a store credit. Was talked down to by The Englishman who works at the Whitby location. He was condescending and rude. There was no mention of the jersey being non refundable on their website or receipt. My husband wanted a store credit so he could purchase soccer cleats! We weren’t asking for our money back. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

These guys sell only the 100% authentic footy gear. I buy a world cup jersey here every four years! I prefer not to buy from random sellers online, because you usually end up with some cheap looking imitation, or the size is totally wrong. Better to just spend the money and get something that looks great.

Advertises as a soccer store but also has rugby items. Selection can get limited as the season goes on, but if you don't want to buy online this is your best bet.

Staff is friendly, and upstairs they always have deals on older models of cleeths.
