Always running late, consider spending atleast an hour more than u would expect! Every time! Been here with them for 3 years need to find someone new for sure! Just the long waits!

Dr. Aslam is my endocrinologist to address my diabetes woes.
I have nothing but praise for the good doctor.
He has a calm re-assuring attitude that give me total confidence in any advice he offers.
Staff is very cooperating too.

I am not surprised by the negative reviews. I received an email end of June that I had an appt booked for Sept. I replied the same day stating I will be out of the country and cannot make the appointment and will need to reschedule. I’ve sent a follow up email two weeks after. They have yet to reach out back to me and it’s been a month now. On top of that, you cannot reach them through the phone! Very frustrating! It looks like I’ll have to drive to Etobicoke to make an appointment.

It is unbelievable that you can not speak to a human being regarding any issues you have had or may be having. It is all me email. I had to drive to the clinic to set up an appointment. I had my doctor de. K deny me repeat on my medication because he has not seen me in 6 months. When I tried to explain that it was his office that cancelled on me and that they where going to call me for an appointment and they did not. I became more furious that my pharmacy said sorry we can not fill the prescription as your doctor would like to see you. Now I had little to no medication left for my syngardy and I had to wait til November 16 for him to see me. Where are we living. Unbelievably!

This clinic has to cater for old patients and those who uses their brains instead of computer, some people should consider using their brains instead of computer

I wasted my time writing couples emails. I asked them the work hours, they replied saying 8-4pm, Mondays to Fridays. So, I asked to book the appointment at 8am, since I work 9-5pm.
They booked at 10am. I asked them to call me to arrange a better time, and they replied with a very ironic email. No professional stuff, and I don't understand why they don't accept calls or call the patients.

Do NOT use LMC if you can avoid it at all. Doctor failed to fax a prescription to my pharmacy and I was unable to reach anyone by phone. They don't accept phone calls whatsoever. I left a voicemail but never heard back.

Their phone number goes to a callcenter - there's absolutely no way to reach the office except going in person.

Never had an experience this terrible. Doctor is great, but the company/clinic is third world GARBAGE.

My appointment was rescheduled a ridiculous amount of times. I’m sorry but everyone’s time matters.

The new system is very frustrating if you are not computer tech savvy or have any access to computer. How fair is this to the senior population. People want to talk to a recipionist not email. Its so stressful I asked my family doctor for a new diabetic doctor.

Dr. Hanna and his assistant Ashley are amazing. They are good listeners and hear / understand what you are saying. Their suggestions to manage my diabetes have been great and work. Thank you both for your continued care.

The two new receptionist are rude and have no compassionation for people. It's not a friendly atmosphere anymore. The level of care has gone down hill and the doctors are just pill pushers and very cold towards the patients.

The wait times at this clinic are intolerable, had an appt at 2, waited for over an hour to see the doctor. I dont understand how you have to wait for months to get an appt, and when you do, they cant even see you on time. The waiting room is filled with people and I’m sure we all have other places to be, I don’t know why you cant be seen during the time allocated to you - very appalling management.

Secretaries changed and theres long waiting on the phone for over an hour and they still dont help you with what u called for. Terrible for people that call and are not well

Dr Aslam is the best.he is reassuring and positive. I also like the process at the LMC.interns etc will do the early interview and log it so when you see Dr Aslam, the interaction is more meaningful.

A negative experience from the moment my appt was confirmed. They called twice to confirm my appt, both times with wrong day and time of appt. I had no clue what time my appt was, so i showed up for the new appt time and of course it was wrong. By the time i finally got seen by the doc, it was a wait of approx. 3 1/2 hrs. Doc saw me for 2 min and basically said he found it hard to believe that i had cmpletely changed my diet and was excercising everyday, and that my diabetes had stabilized. If you go there, bring lots of water and snacks because you may be there a while.
