If I could give zero star, I will definitely give zero! Beware of this clinic especially the manager of Bayview location, he is so unprofessional and useless, doesn't know how to be a real manager just flexing his title as manager, simple problem he can't solve it! On the other hand Doctors are okay they are friendly and nice.

Absolutely disorganized and completely useless staff. Went for my initial appointment and waited over 2 hours to be told I would have at least another hour wait time. As I had a prior commitment, I had to leave. Receptionist seemed completely clueless and very disinterested in my situation. After trying to explain this to her for over 5 minutes. I finally had enough and walked out. Next time I'll bring crayons so I can explain it to her in a much simpler way so she will understand.

Dr. Aranson has been great, the issue is his assistant Dr. Prya is not a punctual person because whenever I visit her she wastes my time. Today I had an appointment at 4: 10 pm and I waited for more than 50 minutes extra but still could not see her.
She is not a professional l person. Please do not waste your time with LMC.

Like many others I too have had a negative experience with this office. This is an excerpt from my latest email to the "Virtual Medical office Admin. "

I did indeed try to contact the office well in advance of the appointment time, but was unable to reach anyone through the phone, neither was I able to leave a message. I tried several times to do this, and each time, there was NO WAY to LEAVE a MESSAGE. I maintain that I DID TRY TO CONTACT THE OFFICE WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY, AGAIN, SEVERAL TIMES. I am WELL AWARE of such policies given how MANY DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENTS I had at your clinic. Might I also note, that this was my FIRST missed appointment in SEVERAL YEARS of being a patient with LMC. I think it is extremely unethical the way in which I have been responded to regarding this matter. In my many different doctor's visits I have never been treated this way. Further, I am confounded that no mention has been made by YOU regarding my INABILITY TO REACH THE OFFICE BY PHONE, OR TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE REGARDING THIS MATTER (it could have saved us all a lot of time and email chains), nor that there is no signature given in the email address (to whom am I speaking?).

I am aware that LMC is one of the largest endocrinology centers in the GTA, and probably in the Province of Ontario. This is NO EXCUSE for POOR PATIENT CARE. I feel deeply betrayed by this office, and its poor management. I had heard from other endocrinologists before registering with LMC that LMC was only interested in making money. Given the way that this has played out, I am unfortunately inclined to agree with them.

I recognize that the tone of this email sounds as if I am victimizing myself in this situation. $70 may not seem like a lot of money for a missed appointment. However, given the situation, the fact that I did try several times to call the office to reschedule, and the subsequent responses that I have received, especially concerning the total radio silence over why I was unable to reach anyone on the phone, I am deeply troubled by the way I have been treated, and by the way the situation has been handled.

I worry about the others who have also been put through this un-due stress.

Dr. Alexander Abitbol is a great doctor when it comes to pay attention and listen to patients he knows what he's talking about but when it comes to emergency calls he is the "WORST" my sugar level started to skyrocket "FAST" while recovering from COVID kept on calling message after message every one daying is an emergency days after one of his nurses call me just to tell me what doctor already told me on last visit which has nothing to do with emergency call abut my sugar level skyrocketing upt to more 16.0 less yhan 17.0 after talking to nirse and telling him that I wanted to talk to him directly he still didn't answer my emergency calls end up having to go to hospital to emergency to get my sugar level down cause I was "NOT" feeling good. "WAY TO GO DOCTOR WITH YOUR "PROFESSIONALISM". NOT" now making a complaint against him on CPSO if I could give a -200 rating I would.

Dr. Steen has been great, the issue is the ridiculous email-only communication with the clinic. You can’t get ahold of a live person. Was waiting on a phone appointment which I never got the call, I emailed the office to say i’m waiting. No response, next morning I received an email saying I missed my appointment. Try to contact anyone, oh wait ya email them. Lack of professionalism, this is a medical facility that's not patient focused

Dr. Aronson is so unprofessional and rude. The way he treats not only his patients but staff as well is extremely disrespectful, he needs to get fired immediately.

This office is terrible. They have implemented a online only appointment program which is absolutely ridiculous as many patients lack the necessary skills and equipment to facilitate this. They have the audacity to charge for missed appointments even when you try to call and cancel. Their staff responded rudely via email. They should be ashamed of their office policy that discriminates against patients

Dreadful communication. Honestly, avoid this place if you can. Impossible to get any response over the phone or via email.

Dr. Steen and Aronson should consider switching their career as they were to say straight to me. I spoke to my new specialist and told me that they should walk into any workshops how to deal with the patients.

The administration discriminates against seniors, disabled and not computer-literate people with rudeness & arrogance unheard of in Canadian medical care history. Boycott this company until they change their hateful discriminatory policies!
