Do not come here. All these people care about is a free pay check and less about helping patients. Terrible staff. I would give them zero stars if I could

What a great experience I had there. All staff was amazing and helpful and had all the answers to my questions. Pricing is reasonable. Sahil was extraordinarily and very helpful and super nice. Great glasses he picked for me. I highly recommend this place. Great service, great selection of glasses. Very professional

Endocrinologist and his assistant both promote disordered eating to promote weight loss.
How can you tell a patient to change their diet without actually looking at their current diet.

This place is too busy for its own good. My mother had Dr. H. Bajaj as her endocrinologist and he has way too many patients so his standard of care is seriously lacking. My mother’s English isn’t very good so I thought a Punjabi doctor would be able to explain diabetes treatment to her but he seems to think that it’s not important. Getting an appointment is incredibly difficult and then he’ll cancel them last minute. He changes and prescribes medication without notification or explanation and he keeps pushing clinical trials with little to no explanation. My mother had to go to her family doctor just to get refills. In her last appointment the doctor argued with my mother and told her not to see him anymore due to ‘non compliance’ even though she spoke to a pharmacy specialist before making her choice about blood testing. He seems to think that other healthcare providers are not fit to provide information or that he has no responsibility to his patients comfort or choices.

Worst management! First thing first, I was given appointment after 3 months of time, despite no matter how important it’s to see the doctor. They gave me 9 AM time to meet doctor and I reached at 8: 45 Am and was confirmed that mine is the 1st number and I will see doctor sharp at 9 AM. When I asked at 9 AM, the attendant told me doctor is with a patient and he will see me after this patient. So I asked how come doctor can see someone when I’m at no. 1? They had no replies. Then they made me sit for good 30 minutes and then someone took me to a chamber to further wait there for doctor. These people at LMC are very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful towards others. If they do this again, I’ll change the clinic, my doctor is a nice person and been very caring all the times. If I’m going to this clinic so far it’s because of my doctor. Shame on you LMC.

I had an in-person appointment with Dr. Bajaj and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
The front office system asked the routine questions and then showed me to the consulting room. I went to the appointment with a list of concerns and questions owing to the accelerated issues I am currently dealing with. Dr. Bajaj asked me my concerns but seemed disinterested and had already decided the diagnosis based on my bloodwork for Thyroid done 5months ago and my historical stats provided by my family doctor. He basically had concluded that that all my symptoms had nothing to do with my Thyroid (Increased dizzy spells, Palpitations, Insomnia, Joint pains, Brain fog, Weight gain in a short span of time). When I continued asking questions, his response to me verbatim was " It looks like you want an answer but I can’t do magic". My response, well, ofcourse if I am consulting a so called " specialist" it is but natural that, me as the patient is expecting some guidance / help for suffering through some inexplicable symptoms. Magic would be great but am not that unrealistic either. An endocrinologist is a medical professional who diagnoses and treats hormone-related problems and complications. He was biased and already confirming that I was over tested for Thyroid (based on bloodwork done 5months ago). He asked me could it be Menopause but didn’t even allude to want to check on any other possible cause for the Hormonal issues. Dr. Bajaj had zero new input and read out my blood work results, everything my family doctor had already communicated to me. He even stated I was reading up on stuff that I should not be asking questions about. If I am suffering and need help, should I not be asking questions? He was extremely judgmental and didn't seem to like the idea that I knew so much about my condition than any normal lay person.
As a patient, I expect my doctor to be compassionate, attentive & knowledgeable, but Dr. Bajaj fell short of all these basic qualities of a good doctor let alone a specialist. I even asked him what would be the point of me consulting with a specialist if he was just repeating the same information. The same could have been repeated to my doctor and not have me make the trek to this in-person visit.
Overall my experience with Dr. Bajaj was a true waste of time. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a caring and supportive specialist. In a time where common people in Canada are already tapped out on proper resources from the Medical community, and are looking for assistance from these trained professionals, it is unfortunate that there are certified doctors of this poor caliber in our society. It is important to find a doctor who takes time to truly listen and pay attention to their patients. This chap has a "specialist" title and displays zilch skills to support the title.

Good Luck to everyone who plan to engage with this so called specialist.

Please educate yourself and read reviews prior to visiting any doctor. This doctor has the most negative reviews and I chose to ignore prior to my visit. All the negative reviews I read certainly support my experience.

While Dr. Bahl is amazing the process of getting through to this office is horrible. Thier phone system is a joke. Today alone I have called 4 times and been disconnected after waiting in excess of 30 minutes each time. Apparently they only communicate by email. Ridiculous for a health care office.

When LMC was a small Endictrinologist specialist, Dr. HARPREET BAJAJ what I knew was the head. As the LMC went big, seems the clinic procedures had changed. My recent appointment. The staff has no time to download the Glocometer because they do not have time. Patients are ask to download. I myself is not a computer geek. That I don't know how to download. It's their job. Patients are paying the em. Not acceptable to me.

Very unorganised clinic. Setup an appointment for today by call centre at Brampton location. Reached 30 mins before and receptionist told me to go to Oakville as the appointment system had glitches. This has happened 2 times and no one is bothered to correct it. Receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. Call centre does not know what and where to book. Very Unprofessional staff.
