Very unorganized and unprofessional from my experience. Waited almost an hour past my appointment time to see a doctor that was supposed to go over my ultrasound results. And once I finally got into my appointment, the doctor didnt even have my ultrasound in their possession to review. Not to mention, the doctor's bedside manner was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. And its nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone or by email.

Their phone system is a total mess. You call, go through all the options to try to reach reception, wait in the line for half an hour, and the system hangs up. Repeat 3 times.

Edit: now they’ve “improved” — instead of wasting time waiting, you reach a voicemail that is full and cannot take more messages. Same goes for the other LMC locations. Niiiice.

This is all during business hours.

There has been 2 times now that this office has cancelled my appointment. The first time, they called me 2 days before my appointment during my work day which I could not answer, did not leave a message and rescheduled my appointment for a month later (after I had waited for 3 months for the appointment.) I then emailed them to ask for an explanation. They ignored me. They just now called me for my second appointment and told me that it is cancelled because I need a referral which was never requested and never clarified. Since they waited so long to tell me this I will not be able to get an appointment for another 3 months. My health is getting worse and they are ignorant about that and failing to help. I thought maybe it was just me but now that I have seen other reviews I know this is just how this office works. Not to mention when they cancelled my appointment there is no phone number to call to speak to a human. This is how they are able to ignore you and disregard you.

As long as everything is routine no problem.
I don't think I have ever met Dr Abitbol. His assistant is bright and informative. However, when trying to follow medical instruction the communication system failed. When I followed the instructions to request an increase to my prescription dosage, full voice mail boxes, no response to my message when mail box was available, as a result of the delay I am not recieving the dosage of meds I need and holidays are here.
