Mike and his team recently removed a very heavy old safe out of my basement. They were very professional and timely. He was transparent with his pricing and did exactly what they said they would. I would recommend Mike and Load Pro to anyone.

Mike and his team were on time for a move and worked at lightning speed. If I were to do this on my own, it would've taken 2 weekends. One huge benefit is that you can purge some stuff after the move as they will take your junk too! No incidents, even with an expensive large Turkish lamp. Highly recommend load pro.

Everyone on the moving crew was careful, efficient, helpful and just so pleasant. We also had some items that needed to be disposed, and again Mike and his crew efficiently took care of it. I'm too old to be moving furniture, so in the future I will call Load Pro for help.

Agreed on a price time and day. Mike came alone. Saw the debris said it was more than what he bargained for. Let him know that I'm not interested in the service since it would cost more than expected. He then walked off upset like a child saying "thanks for wasting my time" even though it was discussed over the phone what kind of job we had just finished and what type of debris needed to be taken care of. Thank you, Mike for showing your true colours.

Same-day service! Arrived within approximate time window and called 20 minutes before. Office staff and movers were very friendly. Cost was less expensive than another company I called. Highly recommend.

Mike and crew were amazing. We needed a last minute pick-up of a room of furniture, artwork, containers etc and they did the work with care as if it was their own. We would recommend LoadPro for a professional job well done and they go the extra mile to help out a client in a pinch!

Mike and his crew arrived right on time for our move. They were extremely professional and organized. They treated our possessions like they were their own wrapping and using blankets when needed. Our real estate deal was a mess with major delays, Mike went out of his way to help accommodate the delays even getting a second truck so we were able to clear our old house and move to the new place. I highly recommend Load Pro for any of your cleanup or moving needs. We will be using them the next time we need to do a cleanup.

From the first call with Jennifer to saying goodby to Mike and Ryan —a total pleasant experience during a challenging time of clearing out my mother’s Apartment from end to end.

I recommend using their services. Mike was incredibly pleasant especially when overly friendly neighbours attempted to look at belongings in the back of the trailer.

They took great care when backing up their truck to not damage plants and did a fantastic job tidying up after themselves.

Price wise, I wasn’t shocked but doing a full clean out of an apartment doesn’t come cheap either. I discovered after calling around for other quotes.

My boyfriend and I just got a new home and we wanted them to come out and remove our leftover stuff we were not taking with us, while they were there giving us a quote (we didn’t even have to pay for the quote) we found out they do moving as well! We ended up using them for both! Moving AND removing!

I have only ever given 5 star rating a few times. Loadpro gets 6 stars from me. They moved our house from Windsor to Essex. Then came back and removed three loads of the heaviest items imaginable. No complaints no grumbles they just worked away till all was done. You can not do better then these guys

Hands down, the best service I have seen from a moving company. Mike and his team are extremely efficient at what they do, take care and pride in their work (including padding/wrapping furniture items for us), and make it happen, all with a smile on their face! Load Pro charges hourly, but I absolutely reassure any client that going through them at an hourly rate is bound to get a better deal than a base rate anywhere else - in fact our quote for 6 hours wound up only taking 4.5 hrs! Load Pro is fair in their pricing, they are hard-working, communicate well through all stages of the process and the team is a pleasure to work with. I definitely will look to them for any moving or junk removal service again, and would highly recommend!
