Loaded Pierogi

Against my better judgement and reviews, i went here and can confirm.nothing is loaded about this meal.

Ask people to pay 15$ and half the container is empty. That's crazy.guys if your going to give half, the price should be half.

Where is the pulled pork and the toppings even.and I bought two boxes and both were the same miniscule quantity. It doesn't match the boxes loaded with toppings and perogies.

It makes sense why no one was lined up while other business were packed. This is not good for your own business if you operate in this manner.

*** I did rate the food a 3 star because the food that was there was not bad. I would recommend the boiled perogie vs the fried perogie as the fried one was beyond soggy which defeats the purpose. The fried cheese cake was yummy. ***

Went during the lunch hour. There was no line and I ordered the Godzilla special. The lady asked me for my base and I said pierogies. Then she asked if I would like it boiled or fried? I asked for her recommendation and she said fried was better. I was super excited to dig in but to my surprise, there was NO PIEROGIES. Just some small fries that looked like they were leftovers. Disappointed as the pictures looked amazing.

Pierogis are probably my favourite meal in Toronto. Service here from the manager feels a bit impatient (pretty sure he accused me of ordering poutine when I ordered pierogis on the past) and serves toppings fridge-cold on top of your meal.

It’s alright. Good in a pinch but if you’re looking for pierogis as you usually have them you’ll be thoroughly disappointed.

Got a regular poutine and paid $11 for it. I got almost no food, only 1/3 of the container contained food. I opened it and you can see the bottom in the container already! Definitely a scam and not worth it at all.

Been here twice, first time they mixed up my order after a 20 min long wait in non rush hour so I got a discount coupon. Second time the girl at the counter feigned ignorance on this discount coupon after I waited 10 min in the queue, was rush hour so still got a daily special. Nothing special about the food either sadly - overpriced for what it is

The best loaded pierogi I have been to in the city. Good size portions (actually decent amount of base, versus other locations), friendly staff and accommodating to requests. I will be back! The bang bang cauliflower, buffalo chicken and wild mushroom/truffle are amazing choices and the Mac n’cheese or curly fry poutine are great bases. Looking forward to trying their other flavours.

Got the Buffalo chicken pierogi and it was good. A bit expensive for the portion but still tasty.

For a food place in such a busy location right in the heart of Union Station, it's a great place to stop for food. Service was fast and easy. Food was great quality for the price. Surprisingly it is consistent compared to Loaded Pierogi locations outside of a location in a food court. I'll be stopping by here most times I'm looking for food on my way to a concert downtown, or after a long train ride.

Tasted pretty good, however, not enough quantity is given for it to be even nearly worth the $15+ price per person.

We got the baba's classic and we liked it a lot. The onions were nice and caramelized. The cheese on top also made it yummy. The staff was incredibly nice. They asked us how spicy we wanted the sauce we asked for and gave us the spiciest one. I want to come back and try the mushroom and truffle pierogi.

Awesome pierogies while waiting for the train! Just got regular boiled ones with bacon, onion and cheddar and they were fantastic! Joan was also really helpful to explain the menu and guide me to the perfect option!

I don’t usually try new food, just did and didn’t regret it
Highly recommend the buffalo chicken.
Joan was awesome too and answered all my unnecessary questions.

Good food. Tried their Chicken Bacon Ranch bowl with pierogi base. Not bad at all. The amount of bacon was generous. May not go back again lol.

Was craving classic perogies went here for lunch and they were extremely soggy and I like onions with mine but these had more onion then pierogi grosssss

Had the mushroom and truffle pierogies fried. The topping combination made it an extremely delicious and flavourful dish.

Have the option to have pierogies boiled or fried. (opted for fried and was satisfied). Wait time was reasonable, given it was cooked upon ordering.

Reasonably priced, great option for pre-game or a late work night meal.

Essentially loaded fries on pierogis - honestly a great idea!

The pierogis here really aren't anything special - they're more akin to the frozen ones you get at the grocery store. But paired with piles of toppings, it makes for a great combination.

Reasonably priced and big portions, it's definitely good bang for your buck. A lot of different and unique toppings to pick from so there's definitely something for everyone.

Very fast to get my food. Lots of unique combinations for pierogies with toppings. I got the boiled ones with "Godzilla" toppings, which included cheese curds, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, garlic mayo, and more. All orders come with sour cream.

Meh. Nothing to write home about. I was surprised that fried perogies would only come out warm and not hot. Maybe I will try the boiled ones next time but I won't go out of my way to retry.

The food is good, but the lady taking orders during lunch was being very rude to an elderly customer.

I placed my order at 5: 30pm over skip when the app said it would take 35min to be delivered.it’s now an two hours later, they closed at seven, and my skip order is ‘70 minutes away’. My order has now been cancelled, two hours after placing the order.have the basic respect to not accept orders you can’t fulfill, leaving someone now with no food who hasn’t eaten all day.lost a customer who has been a loyal customer for years.

The food was good, but the man working upfront was very rude. He didn’t say anything after we said thank you and was very short with us. It wasn’t the best experience for my first time ever at Loaded Pierogi. He was very rude to all of my friends who ordered after me too.

Really well made and tasty perogies, I bought steak and cheese but if you buy the regular cheese, the price would be cheaper. Comes with a sour cream package and you can ask for the perogies to be boiled or fried.

Expensive, smallest portion I've ever seen, and tastes so bad I almost threw up. I will never recommend Loaded Pierogi to anyone ever.

Very slow to get my order. Had to wait 15+ minutes and had two people cancel their orders in that time because they’d be late for a bus/train.

The food here is amazing and customer service is amazing! Micheal helped me out today and was very kind:)

My absolute favourite! Only place I can count on to get classic pierogis that taste just like homemade when I don’t have the time. Open early, quick and friendly ordering experience & delicious tasting lunch. Also counter kept clean & tidy. Highly recommend!

Pierogies are a great alternative to other fast food fare. I really loved the many options they had. We stopped here on our way to see a show at Roy Thomson. I got a BBQ Brisket large bowl with 10 fried pierogies with very generous toppings. The lady who took our order was very friendly and our food was ready quickly. I definitely recommend this as a good place to eat!

Love love love Loaded Pierogi! It is my favorite spot to grab food while waiting for a train in Union Station. It is always fresh, delicious and even small size portions are quite filling. I would recommend to try Wild Mushroom & Truffle pierogi.

The front counter staff was nice, but the food is not good. The perogies look like they come from frozen, are super dry, and they aren’t cooked properly.

Don’t bother.

I ordered the butter chicken; For $15 (after tax) I got 6 perogies (2 of which were cold) and a couple slices of packaged chicken breast with a splash of sauce. I’ve had appetizers that were more filling.
