Appt was 9: 30 am, got there on time. Waited for a dock until 12: 15. Was told to open door and back up. Unloaded me at 8: 30 pm after several calls.

Make sure you keep calling me o see what's happening. Horrible service.

Typical Loblaws DC. Slow as hell. No respect for appointment times. You arrive on time for your appointment and still wait 4 or 5 hours to unload.

Check in at security and thay will let u know where to go.
Its take 2 hours to unload

Nobody needs your empty pallets in their trailer after delivery…. Wasted 3 hrs to get that dunnage unloaded

Came here at 6: 30 pm and now its 8 am. I don't understand what took them 13 hours to offload. What lazy warehouse is this.

It takes 5 to 12 hrs to offload. You can have a nice sleep and no one will disturb you. After load is offloaded and the light is green they take 1: 30 to 2 hrs to give paper work. Useless place

This place is brutal for unloading times. Hope drivers have plenty of food and water in their trucks when delivering here. 5 to 12 hours everytime.

I drive semi. Deliver there. Fairly quick. Guy in gaurd house needs an attitude adjustment

No one can explain the complicated system they use to load trucks. I was in and out of 4 offices before I found the right one. Guards at the get vould not speak English nor could most of the shunt drivers.

Waiting time normal 8 hour's next time never pick load for this company very very bad experience

Worst place to get unloaded at. They made my driver wait for 3 hours for no reason. They were done unloading 3 hours before they let him go. They don’t understand drivers have a certain amount of drive time for the day. Wasted his whole day. Now I have to send another driver to get him because all his drive time for the day ran out waiting there.

Ive been here several times before, for a delivery and employees are always Friendly with truck driver.

Unprofessional behaviour of dispatch. I was told to get an empty trailer.they didn’t know the number and told me to find a completely empty trailer out of whole plant. Point is, as per them, it makes sense to them. All the time they seems depressed, no manners to speak.

Un homme avec un ton impoli n'arrêtait pas de répéter la même chose (des mots incompréhensible sur un ton fâché.) Avec la qualité de son médiocre, c'était impossible de comprendre son intention.

They were done unloading my trailer at 12.50 pm; that’s what they put on the paperwork. But they didn’t change the dock light to green until 4 pm. I sat there for 3 hours for no reason and all my drive time for the day ran out while I was waiting for them. GARBAGE.

It's been an hour since I got the door still nothing, half a trailer to unload
Got the door and a paper and an envelope to fill and dro in a box in receiving on arrival
Then they will call to let you open the doors of trailer while you are still on dock
Got that call 20 minutes ago
Opened her gates and waiting for a red light
Typical lobkaws action plan of wasting as much of drivers time as they can
P. S don't open the trailer doors until you get a call from receiver to do so

They harass you. Treat you like DIRT. They have a 95% turnover rate for a reason! Diego (the Rat) supervisor is something else! Again DO NOT WORK HERE. You get in Trouble for going to the bathroom! Jérémie is asking illegal stuff to truck driver. It was 3 am and I just woken up (team driver). Pretty much at the same time they where finish unloading after 7h like the usual. So I was getting ready to hit the road. I was inspecting and filling up the legal procedures to legally take the road. Than à Jérémie come up and say that this is private property and tha he is expulsing me and I have to leave now. I explained to him that I have to complete my inspection before moving. He answer me no leave right now this is private property and I will have you expulsé. Take note that a truck driver have to inspect a truck before leaving. #police #MTO

Worst people. Do not waste your time to get unload fast. They will take minimum 8 to 10 hours delay. They will always say short staff

HR claims to always be hiring but does not follow up with suitable applicants. Also, new employees must work every weekend which isn't mentioned anywhere.

Takes way too long to dispatch out drivers. Had to turn down runs as there's not enough time to complete the run.

Horrible place to be. They have scheduled delivery times, that doesn't mean anything to them. People have a Lousy attitude, give you hardly any information if you ask and if they answer you, they give you the look as if you're supposed to know. I promise I will get as many people as I possibly can through social media to protest LobLaws. A place like this shouldn't be in business.

Loblaw at Maple Grove is the best place I ever worked, The supervisors are super friendly, supportive, their main concerns is the safety of every one in their premises. I am happy with Loblaw’s administrators the way they care their staff. I am saying THANK YOU to everyone working there.

Across this country this company is disrespectful of the drivers and elogs. Happy for the driver that gets paid hourly BUT I RUN LONG. Only make money if my wheels roll.

I hoped against hope that the other reviews relating to waiting time were untrue, but, sadly they aren’t. Horrendously long waiting time to unload. In the era of Elogs, this is totally uncalled for! Half of my day was wasted by these inconsiderate people.

I suppose this is great company to work for. If they pay minimum wage it’s still excellent because you don’t have to work and you get paid. How else can you explain twelve hours unloading half loaded trailer. I bet they have great union. I would like to become member.

$20 starting for full time order-picking. I loved working here as an order-picker back when it was $13 starting. Any young male that is looking for a job should work here no questions asked. $28 per hour after 10 years, benefits, pension, the chance to move up? Best place to work in Cambridge without needing a degree.

Never accepting a loblaws load again. Rude staff unloading takes all day. Lady in guardhouse is miserable. Shame on loblaws. This is no way to treat drivers!

If you are a passenger with a truck driver and wanna eat in the restaurant but don't have a west they don't allow you to eat. Even if you waiting to be unloaded with the driver for 6 hours they don't care about you. Terrible place

I went there for work from broker and broker hire me monday to friday 13 hours shift each day and monday to wednesday they only give 5 to 6 hours each day and i came from brampton. To work there and thursday 10 hours friday 12 hours and scotlynn paying there trucks by hourly and broker was paying by miles and i try to talk with loblaws head and sent them few emails but no rply bck. I have my own trucks and cvor. But no rply bck

It took them 39 hours to inspect a skid of bananas. Told my boss I was never going to deliver here again. One of the worst companies on Earth. 39 hour wait time to inspect bananas? It's completely insane. I'm pretty sure the management there is brain dead.
