My favorite grocery store. The self serve is getting overwhelmed now that they are not staffing the regular cashier lanes. Keep up and add some self serve stations please!

Lots of selection, but sometimes confusing to exit and enter as certain doors are blocked unpredictably. Has a starbucks, wine rack, simply Financial Pavilion, exercise Studio upstairs, Pottery painting studio, and optometrist attached.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to the pretty young lady at the self-checkout today. I have been buying Germany's Algemarin bath/shower products for decades, yet I was busy this morning after my grocery purchases that I nearly neglected this unique item from my shopping cart. Please consider adding France's St. Dalfour fruit spreads in future since Natural Food Pantry were my only source.

Nice looking store that is well laid out, but the service is horrible. I have since stopped shopping there.

I've been to this loblaws forever close to my house but I love your chicken salad but for whatever reason they don't make it anymore been told not enough chicken to make it to oh guy that makes it been sick for a month please! Either make it or dont

I lost my wallet yesterday and left it in a cart. I attempted to contact loblaws and after a few tries a lady answered this morning and was extremly rude. She sounded rushed and told me to call back in 10 minutes. So i did. I proceeded to call 15 min later and the same lady answered still extremly rude. She told me that she didnt find anything. I said okay, it was left in the cart and was going to continue to say to please call me if found and she cut me off to tell me "Yeah it wasnt found" and hung up. The customer service couldnt of been worst.

Prices are better at No Frills and Real Canadian Superstore (if you're a PCOptimum fan). But still better than Metro or Sobeys on prices.

This loblaws is the best! Has everything you need. Also, they have the best clearance got so many of my moisturizers, shampoos, make up at huge discounted prices.

Store was okay, but did not offer a student discount despite every other Loblaws in Ottawa doing so. Come on

The aisle ways are huge and i felt like there was a ton of room didn't feel over crowded at all.

There was an employee who was working the self-checkout one time and was incredibly rude. Besides that, this grocery store has all you need.

Always fresh produce, reasonably priced groceries with a wide assortment and well setup. Very clean store with friendly staff.

I like to go there to buy flowers for my wife. The prices are good and they last a long time. Otherwise, there is nothing much else I get there unless it's on sale.

Really good Joe fresh store! Lots of good variety in the store. Very spacious and clean. All safety protocols are in place. Masks required. Cleaning between cashes and customers

Large super store. You name it they have it. Love every department. Slightly more expensive but one stop shopping. Good amount of ethnic foods. Great staff. Clean, tidy, no questionable odors.

This store offers just about anything you need but it's not one to quickly get in and out of. For that, I prefer Metro next door. I wish there were some kind of electronic directory you could look up items in to find which aisle they're in. Staff to ask are hard to find.

Love going here, they have everything. I just wish they would open the door to the mall so we don't have to drive all around to the other side to get to the other stores.

I was really disappointed again the dates were off the milk fridge was empty could find any one to help to get stuff from the fridge

Great selection, fantastic value. I really appreciate the quality and variety of their produce, deli and cheese selections.

A large Loblaws with plenty of choices and expanded options compared to other stores. They have the grocery and pharmacy but also a housewares section and Joe Fresh inside. This location also has a large natural foods section. Plenty of free parking and easy to access by public transit thanks to it's proximity to the O-Train Blair Station. There are plenty of check-out lanes and usually all are open on the weekends.

Store is always clean and social distancing is working well with staff doing a great job. Shoppers need to remember that following the arrows on the floor with a little bit of patience helps everyone shopping.

Always great selection friendly staff and the sushi is like restaurant quality! The clothing selection is awesome and they always have great discounts.

Sooo i get this massive crispy chicken burger and flavourful mac & cheese for just $5? Wow. I don't deserve this.

Not a fan of the enterance and exit being the same door. Having 2 door, one for each, seemed to be a much safer Covid protocol

Place is huge and you can find everything! Easy to access and easy to park. Staff is good as well.

Online shopping at Loblaws is, in my opinion, the way to shop during Covid-19, no lineups, no frustrations, groceries brought to your vehicle, you don't have to get out of your vehicle either.

This place needs help from corporate or something. They consistently do not have their flyer deal items in stock, (most consistently inconsistent is their meats). I shop here post-gym at least 3 times a week and I honestly no longer depend on them to have what they advertise that they will have. I've found myself having to think of last minute meal ideas when literally none of their flyer meat items were in stock. It's stressful when you're not just cooking for yourself and you're also not willing to compromise on value per dollar on a household staple.

I used to shop at the Vanier Loblaws before Goodlife shut down that women's gym so I started working out at Baseline. Back when I had hope, I'd optimistically/desperately think that bringing an ice pack and an insulated bag; shopping before my workout would mean that I might be able to get the meat deal. Alas, literally nothing in stock nearly ever (even today at 2pm).

I will add that when I was new to shopping here, once upon a time I dared ask the butcher what the story was about the non-existent sale tenderloin. He told me that they straight up didn't get any delivered and and didn't expect to receive any during the entite sale period. He said to get a raincheck hence why I believe corporate is to blame for their stocking issues.

My favourite Loblaws in the city. Right off the highway, attached to a mall, LCBO and Walmart here as well. Lots.of parking!

I am writing to express my displeasure about their "Multi" policy. Loblaw is my closest grocery store but I am now travelling a bit further to purchase groceries at other stores. As a single senior I do not want to purchase more than one of any product. For example, in today's local flyer broccoli is two for $7 or one for $3.99. Because I only want one I will go elsewhere to buy it. Many of my friends feel the same way.

Good produce, meats, seafood, bakery, and grocery selections.they also have a clothing section as well that is decently priced for the quality. Good place.

Expensive and uses tons of plastic on their produce, but you can buy almost anything in one stop. Reduce packaging and it would be 5 stars.

I enjoy that this is a supercenter and they open early, if I have time before work I enjoy killing a quick 15 minutes selecting items or grabbing lunch.
