The worst store of the stupid self check machine, and worst customer service by the old lady wandering around the. Self check machine blaming people stupid don’t know how to use the self machine.

Big store! Prices higher than other grocery stores in area. Clean. They don't take AMEX.

Conveniently located to the waterfront district, good selection of groceries and small selection of pharmaceutical goods.

A big thanks to Rupesh, Brennan and Alonzo. You guys go above and beyond with your customer service. Thank you so much for always providing assistance when the place gets super busy. Never have I had to wait for long periods of time to find help with things I’m looking for and even checkouts are faster with you guys. If you need something, always head to Rupesh and Brennan. They are extremely polite and spontaneous. Cleaner Alonzo is such a sweet soul and keeps looking out for everyone.

Avoid the T&T stir fry, every time I've been they screw up my order and give it away to someone else. If anyone from T&T is reading this, you should use a simple ticketing system. Like when someone orders something, give them a receipt with an order # on it so when it's ready you can say "order number 3" and the correct person gets their order.until that happens, don't bother. Absolute waste of money.

The best customer service my wife and I received from a produce representative. I wish I got his name. If you read this, you were the one that helped us out with for for our sauce making. You were very very kind and thoughtful

A disaster in grocery shopping. They are so incredibly understaffed. They have zero grocery baskets so it's just hundreds of un assisted people clutching produce preparing to wait half their lifetime in line to pay, or openly shoplift as NO ONE WORKS THERE. If fresh salad is what you want you could literally grow your own lettuce in the time it takes them to restock the most basic of greenery. Decent candy selection.

This is one incredible grocery store and if I lived in Toronto I doubt I'd shop anywhere else. The selection of food is amazing and the store is so clean!

Free parking of you shop here. Fresh produce. I like the store. Very clean. Easy to find things. Great selection of fresh bakery goods. Great selection of meat and cheese and fruit to prepare a nice charcuterie plate.

Poor signage and layout. Covid safety measures not being enforced/followed. Also not great for people with dietary restrictions.

Black woman from Trinidad (I believe) is the sweetest woman in the world. She deserves a promotion. What an angel. And hard working one at that.

Great except the sushi department has a lack of soy sauce. I go to buy sushi every once in a while after work and there is no soy sauce in the sushi section. Would be a five star review if there was more soy sauce.

Please have more than 2 lanes open. I've been waiting for the past 10 minutes and I haven't even out my items on the conveyor belt.

Horrible experience- waited for over 30 mins to check out since only (2!) cashiers were open. Unbelievably understaffed. Wouldn’t expect this sort of treatment from such a company

I was suprised at how many options they had in their food menu, definitely a place to go to for a quick bite.

Got to remember to stop coming here. Bad selection. Meat counter is a scam and overpriced compared to metro, staff is a Skelton crew and never enough lanes. For the prices they charge their meat fish and dairy sections are not comparable to other grocery stores downtown convient location but I'm also end up going somewhere else to get whatever they don't have.

One of the best Loblaw’s we have in Toronto. The hot food counters are exceptional. The produce is huge and fresh. The bakery is outstanding. And all staff are helpful. There is also abundant parking.

This store has great cuts for sea food. Also, it has great prices and deals across the store. I don't like the meat so much here. Nonetheless, it's my favorite place for grocery shopping.

Great store but somehow their prices seem to keep climbing faster and faster while other stores around them don't increase prices at quite such a noticable pace. If they didn't have such easy parking and all I wouldn't be going there so much.

Like a walk down memory lane all kinds of kinds of things to see from smoking to great albums to choose from definitely recommended

Great plant based section. They also have a large discount bread section and veggies. The staff are particularly nice. There's a bunch of local workplaces that use this location for lunch so it's quite busy.

Very good Loblaws in the area. Always clean with a great selection. Can get busy sometimes when they should open up more tills. Park upstairs as it is much easier to find a place and you don't have to deal with the escalators.

Very spacious. We'll displayed merchandise. Helpful staff at the pastry counter. A bit of a wait to pay but all in all a pleasant shopping experience

One of the better Loblaws in the city! Luckily it's near my workplace, as it makes for super convenient evening shopping. Their deli is always fully stocked with the best selections, the bakery is always in full swing, and they have a wide variety of grocery options for any diet.

Always out of products. Have purchased products that have gone bad quickly despite sell by date. Poor quality

This is hands down a hidden jem when it comes to gr8 lunches at affordable prices. Take your lunch from the hot table then go one floor upstairs. You have an amazing view of the lake and if your lucky you can see one of the many massive ships from all over the world loading or unloading at the sugar factory. Also a gr8 view of sugar beach. Its never very busy in the upstairs eating area, you can take your time, eat, plan your day, the staff never rushes you out the door. Your free to enjoy the many sites to see out of the 3rd floor massive window without any bothers. It's the view that brings me to this scenic lunch spot at least once a week. I can just calmly relax for an hr and try to clear my head while on lunch. Great spot.

Great grocery store, not always the best price, but lots of choices. Parking is a breeze and staff are friendly

I am in town to work got here early so I thought I would grab food so I get here at 10: 30 all the food was done French fries and all. But they don't serve it till 11. That's messed up I understand if everything is not available until than. But serve what's ready. If you need to open earlier maybe you should by 10: 45 people are gathered. Waiting while everything is loosing quality.

This place is HUGE! I go here because there is a lot of parking and usually on weekends a lot of cashiers which make checkout quick. At the end of the day it is just a grocery store, but this one has EVERYTHING that Loblaws stocks.

I ran into the store just before it closed for the day. I was able to find what I was looking for in a timely manner. Thank you for being well stocked, even at closing time.
