Loblaws

Large Loblaws with a lot of selection. They had a good price on prime rib roast at the end of December. I prefer Loblaws over Fortinos. I wish that they would take American Express. Almost everyone else does.

Store is used for constant credit card fraud and stolen optimum cards.

Have you considered to train your staff on asking for ID for points purchases over 100$?

The nicest grocery store I've been in. The US chains need to step things up to Loblaws' level asap.

Always like this Loblaws not only because it’s so convenient but I love the bakery here! I’m like a little girl seeing chocolate when see the bread I like!

Got my son’s birthday cake and cupcakes from the bakery here. Everything was delicious and super easy to order! Also great prices!

They have renovated recently so of course prices are up more, despite inflation coming down. Look at how much $$ George Weston makes in a quarter these days. Disgusting. One interesting experience today - was trying to buy corn on the cob that was 5 for $0.95. I was peeling back the husk just half an inch or so to make sure I didn’t get a rotten one. Some kid working in produce told me I can’t do that. I guess they have everyone trained to make more money because i was just making sure it’s not rotten, but the kid cared more about loblaws selling the 20 cent cob of corn than me. They are often infested or rotten so I prefer to check. Hopefully the kid actually needs to buy his own groceries some day and will understand. They say it’s for sanitary reasons, but it’s really because they don’t want to deal with the waste. I will stick to longos for now until George Weston can be more competitive and not treat the customers like children.

I would have been happy to give 5 stars, but sometimes the produce quality is lacking and the bakery refuses to slice the ACE Bakery bread because it’s not “theirs”… even though they make it in-house.

This place is great, they have everything you could ever need. Sadly, their always seems to be a mess in an isle. Other than that, the staff are helpful, polite, and able to help you with anything you may need. Their cashiers are fast and know what they're doing. They also have a variety of other stores in the building which makes it very accommodating for people with a long list of things to do.

Starbucks located inside this Loblaws. So you can grab your drink while you shop. Great selection of fresh produce, seafood and bake goods.

I lost my shopping cart twice at this location while I was checking items! The customer care is poor. The staffs always tried to explains but never help!

FILTHY DUMP!
The south side walkway where the employee picnic table break area is so littered and filthy, full of garbage. Its a dumping area and its never cleaned up. Health hazard with used masks piling up on all the plastic bags. Store manager should go check it out and clean it up himself.

Overpriced. One evening around 9pm in March 2021, a well dressed, middle aged Iranian man was loitering in the bakery section, approached me and asked for money while showing a handwritten sign saying he needed money. I walked away and told a young employee about him. Store needs better security.

They're usually well stocked, they have the soda stream replacement tank, they even have Joe Fresh as it is now common with Loblaw's. They have a nice washroom on the 2nd floor, as well as an area where they run cooking classes. This seems like a very solid store, however I'll give it a -1 star because of the unskilled and too youthful staff who come across as careless and disrespectful. They often ignore you even when asking for assistance. That's too bad.

Very good store to shop at. A wide selection of products and usually lots of stock with most items. Prices are very competitive, staff are friendly and courteous so can't go wrong with shopping here!

Great selection of produce & bakery items. Checkout is fast. They follow covid protocols & keep the store clean and safe for shoppers

I love this store. I admire them for honoring mask exemptions. I never feel intimidated or discriminated.

What can I say? Loblaws is Loblaws. Decent grocery store. In and out quickly enough. Average prices. Nice and clean which is very important to me.

Lovely location, lots of parking staff are really kind and will actually have a chat with you. Came here for my christmas shopping and got everything I needed. Will be coming here again. Thank you!

I like this huge store. Great selection of foods. The quality of the produce is excellent. They have specialty foods and even clothing, housewares and household items. It is definitely one stop shopping. There's hardly a wait at the checkout and parking is no problem.

Came for the kids cooking class upstairs. What a great concept, introduced the kids to the aspects of cooking and preparation. Kids had a ball with everything they came into contact with. This is truly a great idea and I thank whoever's idea this was. This was our second birthday party that was held at a loblaws and both experiences were amazing. The staff are polite, friendly and super patient to deal with a room full of kids. Highly recommended for all ages

Spacious, well lit, items displayed well. Great quality fruit and vegetables. Many cashiers open and cashiers are pleasant and help with packing groceries even when you bring your own bags. Other Loblaws stores seem to be" pack your own groceries" when you bring your own bags especially again the express lane.

Great place everything you need under one roof. Including everything for a great sub sandwich for lunch

I do my biweekly shopping at this loblaws and I have never had a bad experience. They always have great electronics deals at the register. They have a beer section so if I am hosting people I don’t have to make a separate stop for alcohol. They always have everything I am looking for and the labels are so clearly marked that I never have difficulty finding anything. If I do gave difficulty there is almost always staff around to help!

We came to this place for several times, and to be honest all the vegetables are so not fresh! Not recommended. The white turnip looks like been there for 3 decades and nobody ever purchased

Friendly staff. Found what I was looking for. They usually sell products other grocery stores dont carry.
