Loblaws Bank Street

I love this store. It's more expensive than you want but it has a great selection of sauces.

What is this Walmart now? Stop expecting customers to prove they did your job for you to your satisfaction.

Admittedly nice options, *EXCEPT* if you're on a budget. If you forget a bag your options are $2+. How to make $? Just don't offer cheaper brands or better bulk options, and distract customers with tags that *look like sales*, sales that aren't actually sales at all, and cosmetics & clothing at absurd markups.

I like the diversity of products. Organics and Ecofriendly options. Also sell wine and beer.

Clean store, knowledgeable staff. Prices are getting a bit ridiculous though, so can't give 5 stars

Very well organized. Good variety of grocery items, otc drugs and wines. They have small selection of kitchen items too. Loved this place.

It has great collection of grocery items. I especially love the seeds section that has a huge range of vegetables, flowers, fruits, you name it. Quality of all the items are also top notch.

Gouges their customers to make record profits through a pandemic. I won’t go here again unless I have no other choice.

The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I made a quick stop after work before closing so it wasn't busy

Picked up cupcakes for a birthday girl. The staff asked what the occasion was and included happy birthday signs. When you celebrate away from home, extras like this matter.

Thank you to the bakery staff who went above and beyond.

Big store. Good quality and selection of fresh produce. Meats not impressive. Pretty brute cuts. Not very refined butchery. Bakery also very lacking for a higher-end grocery store. Not a single whole wheat crusty loaf for sale. Lots and lots of refined white flour bread products.

Customer service sorely lacking. Very weird for high-priced grocer to have very low-quality service. Employees don't know much about what they are selling. And don't seem to care. Zero pride in what they are doing or selling. Perhaps it's the couldnt-care-less civil servant mentality in Ottawa.

While I applaud the cessation of Plastic bags, I am looking for an option to buy paper, not more reusable ones I keep forgetting to bring. Other chains are offering this option. Read the market.

It’s a very nice store, prices seem steep compared to Walmart next door. However that’s the worst Walmart ever so it’s still better to shop here

Best Loblaws ever, very clean, organized and good atmosphere. Todd in the deli & dairy is an angel, he wouldn't mind walk with you and answer any question you might have and even remind you of things you might forget about, he is like the smart young brother. Paulina is one of a kind cashier, if you want to be in a check out isle with a family like person, ask about Paulina. In general Amazing experience with amazing people. I know where I will be going for my grocery from now on, Loblaws on Bank Street (South Gate SC). See you guys there.

Too expensive. I walked in and did a quick u-turn out of there after finding prices have been jacked up 3-folds. It is robbery. Using inflation as an excuse to rip off your customers when the pandemic has done nothing but increased your profits by 10%. It is a shame and a travesty! A slap in the face to all those who have shopped in your stores for decades. Not anymore! No one in my large family will set foot in this store or any Loblaws. Ever!
