The night supervisor works in shipping and receiving is the worst person I have ever seen in my life. He is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and unwelcoming person. The company should fire him with immediate effect

The night supervisor who works at freezer warehouse Loblaws Ajax, he is very inhuman and mean person. I was doing delivery there and unprofessional way told me to switch off the truck while the weather was -14. He was acting like he was the boss above all people. I won't recommend any truck drivers to go there.

This place is the epitome of laziness, disrespect of truckers time, and the worst place I have ever gotten unloaded! 8yrs of trucking and I thought I had seen it all. 7hrs in and not yet unloaded. Never stepping in this place EVER! The one star reviews you see here are spot on.

Why dont they let the local drivers who have come from delivery (Loblaw drivers) be in one lane and other who check in for third party delivery in other so that one lane is faster and the traffic is reduced, is it that complicated to understand or no one wants to initiative?

This place makes the work WAY to complicated and most the people that work there are not nice and will emotionally abuse you any chance they get

If anybody delivering or picking up please bring your safety vest otherwise they will not deal with you also the truck entrance is from achilles street and be ready to wait for 7 to 8 hours!

Poor place to work. Work standards are to high. 13000 people hired since opened in 2008 and they can barely keep just over 900 people employee. Get ready to work every holiday. The schedule everyone in all holidays then force you out after 4 hours or less if you don't know your rights.

Very very rude people, specially womens in shipping receiving office, that's lack of knowledge of work experience, also security young people and they plYbgames on work monitor, online no one pay attention, then office people yell on drivers, very very bad service, I wish I could give them-10 starts,

Worse place ever for delivery a load, it’s seems for them like 48 hours a day…! Every time it takes 5 - 7 hours for unload and 1 -2 hours at gate in and out!

I always thought this was one of the worst workplaces in Durham Region. Boy was I wrong. Worked here when it was Atlas logistics and even more recently. I love/hate this warehouse. Would work here again.

The worst to deliver. Long Long Waiting. Seems like, After half an hour an random employee just dances in trailer to remove one skid.

Not respect for delivery driver bad communication yelling to drive giving hard time to driver myself not doing any delivery or pick up for them any more

Worst ever place. Very very very very very worst place for delivery. Receptionist too rude. Took 8 hrs for 8 skids to deliver.

This is one of the worst places I have been to. Appointment at 9pm. Only at 11pm I got door. At 12am empty. Now already 2am. Still waiting for signed paperwork.

Loblaws employees need a raise for working with stupid truck drivers with zero common sense all day! Need to figure out how to use trains instead of trucks to deliver!

My drop was in night with full load in and out was easy approx 2 hours from checking to unload and check out.

This is the classic place where union destroys everything. One of the slowest place I’ve ever been. Live unload takes 6-8 hours

Very rude staff. Even if you are according to your appointment they still take 4-5 hours. No info given by any staff. The lady on door 54 is so rude to every driver

Worst place to offload. It takes them 8 hours to offload one trailer. People have attitude and they think as if they working in FBI building.

Always organized but if you have a fresh produce load you're going to be there for a long time due to some inspection procedures

Lady - receiving office manager was very aggressive and rude to her answers a simple question.
I'm a first time in this branch and absolutely the last time.
Not worse it to be here but prepare yourself accordingly)

Was a good experience this time working for kriska, but in the past I've gone there driving for a farmer, they took 20 hrs. Tounload a load they wanted asap. Another time I saw the reciwver hand my paperwork in and for 3 and a half hours they told me they didn't have it yet, I finally caught the attention of a supervisor who enquired about my paper work and I got it 20 minutes later.

They have been great the last year or so. They are very quick in getting the load off and receiving it. One of a few place I like going to

The lady in receiving needs to be fired for attitude towards drivers. As a essential worker all a driver wants is respect. Which she clearly doesn't give to drivers

This is really bigger distribution center with many employees. They supply product for grocery stores.

Good pay and benefits? Sure.

First off I have no experience at this place, however I just wish to inform and remind people that are complaining about the service that this Distribution centre is not run by Loblaw but outsourced to a third party Atlas Logistics, this what happens when you have fresh off the boat immigrants getting paid low wages working through a temp agency working in your distrubution instead of through Loblaw (National Grocers) like it used to be done.

They don’t deserve even a half star. My appointment was at 5: 00 AM now time is 11: 00 AM still on dock. Don’t wanna come back. I was told by my dispatch loblaws changed there staff but they r still same. They don’t care about u & ur time. Loblaws if u wanna save money then change ur staff & ur politicals

Still extremely horrible to do delivery as ever.hours and hours of waiting.
I really hope life treats them same way as they treat delivery drivers here.

Worst place ever. 9pm app. In door at 11pm out at 2am.lady if u can call her that.told us our load had to b broken down.straight load did not need to b broke down.just held our paper work cause she is a c*#t.
