I called Local Heating and Cooling for a quote to replace an old furnace that had completely seized. Literally, 10 minutes later Sina arrived at my door. He went through the entire process very thoroughly.the price was very reasonable, he also offered to do the installation the next morning, which was very convenient since i didn't have any heating in the house.he was very professional and was not trying to push a sale.

When my AC died I was expecting few days to a week of down time, but when I called Sina at late afternoon, he showed up in an hour with all needed components and fixed it at the same day, thanks for prompt response.

I had such a great experience with Local Heating and Cooling yesterday! Called him close to 5 pm. He got to my place around 6pm. He needed a part that he didn't have in hand. He priced a used part, new part and new A/C unit. We chose to try to see if he could get a used part. He was back by 8: 15 pm to install the part! Our A/C unit was up and running by 8: 45! I highly recommend him and will certainly use his services in the future.

Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, people skills, assessed the HVAC issue within in minutes, gave me very educated and economical options for the fix I needed done. He fixed the issue (s) my HVAC had and I has been my go to person ever since when it comes to HVAC issues.

Sina came out and assessed our ancient AC unit, and gave us great options for repair and replacement.
When the unit finally died (as he predicted) he was able to schedule us in and install a replacement unit incredibly quickly.

Sina was very friendly and clear about the situation, gave us choices for moving forward, and was incredibly fast in follow-up.

The new AC unit looks great, he took the time to level the area around the unit, and put down a subgrade and to ensure the new unit stays on flat ground and doesn't encounter water issues like one he replaced.
