Great food, great drinks and great prices! Ceasars have great heat, burger was great, nachos, friends had curry bowl, Korean bowl, etc. Table of 9, and no complaints! Highly recommend - great spot for before/after PWHL / ottawa 67s game. Great location.

Title: Frustrating Dining Experience (I agree with the review of Sarah and Sujith)

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Firstly, the wait for my food was excessively long, leading to a less-than-ideal dining atmosphere. To make matters worse, my fries were missing from the burger, and despite mentioning my blue cheese allergy, the wings arrived with blue cheese instead of sour cream which I asked for.

Attempting to salvage the evening, I ordered the wings again, only to face another delay. To my surprise, my second order arrived spicy and I ate without any drinks, not even a glass of water, and no one, including my waitress, bothered to inquire about beverages for our table. When I finally asked for a drink after 30 minutes, the waitress claimed they were understaffed, citing issues with the bartender. However, it was disheartening to witness staff members standing around and socializing instead of addressing customer needs.

Overall, the dining experience was marred by prolonged waits, order inaccuracies, and a lack of attention to basic customer service. The excuse of being understaffed seemed questionable given the visible inactivity of some staff members.

My partner and I have both worked in the industry for a long time, so suffice to say we appreciate great service and delicious food. Local Lansdowne delivered on both fronts. The appetizers we shared were absolutely outstanding (the hot honey sauce on the fried chicken is a game changer), and service was top notch. Anna, you gave us one of the best dining experiences we've had in the city. Your warmth and humour helped make last night's date night one for the books. We will be returning, and highly recommend.

Just enjoyed a really good meal at local eatery. Being a vegetarian, their house burger is my all time favourite. The food was well presented and very tasty. They always nail it. Super yummy!

ANNA WAS THE BEST SERVER! An absolute sweetheart and is also beautiful! So so so happy with my service! That girl deserves a raise!

Servers were polite and quick to sit me, albeit I was alone it was very comfortable, warm fire places around the outside.

Place is really nice, servers are super.

Waitress was great and patio/atmosphere was also great. Food was not worth it. I had the blackened chicken sandwich with a side ceasar salad ($22.75) and a non alcoholic beer which came up to $40 with tax and tip. The sandwich bun looked like it came from a no-name 6-pack package that costs $3 at Loblaws; the chicken looked and tasted like a frozen chicken burger from Costco; and the salad was really small and tasteless. All in all pretty disappointed and would definitely order something different if I were to ever go back.

Great place, great staff. The manager was able to accommodate a last minute reservation for 10. Chris our server was fabulous, food was great. I will definitely go back. Thank you

Good food, centrally located, barrier free access.

The host was polite. The table was clean and still looked new.

The portions were generous, flavourful and affordable.

The limonade wasn't overly sweet and neither was the peanut butter and chocolate cup.

There are several fireplaces around the outside patio. There isn't a lot of parking but late at night, it was pretty good.

Would never go in this place considering that they never clean the public sidewalk by their kitchen entrance. What must it be like inside?

This place might be more geared for drinks. It shouldn't be so easy to make a better burger than what I had. The fries were good at least however sparing they may be with the portion.

Our server, Rhiannah, was an absolute delight. Very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and any questions we had. I ended up ordering the Blackened Chicken Curry dish and was blown away with the flavours and presentation. Apologies for the picture as I took it halfway through eating it. Would highly recommend it. My sister had the fish tacos and was pleased the dish is great as ever.

Pretty casual joint with good beer selection + great happy hour specials - like c'mon, support your Local!

I can't say enough good things about the people here. The hospitality business is a people business and they hire right the right people. 11/10.

I'm only home for a few weeks and every meal out (lunch and dinners) has been here. Because it feels like home in a city I don't recognize any more.

Shout out to Chelsea and the rest of the crew. Top-drawer.
