We had been on our home buying journey for almost a year and worked with both Joelle and Christine.

Marcia Nash is my Real Estate agent selling my condominium and she went above and beyond bringing a contractor to renovate my place and supervising the work. Marcia also staged my place at no extra charge. When it came time to put my place up for sale it sold over one Friday and weekend. The pictures the photographer Marcia got did a great job presenting the place so that many people came to view it. We asked $220K and sold at $256.5K with a closing date of July 7th so beyond expectations. I highly recommend Marcia as your Real Estate agent.

I can't recommend enough that you choose Cathy to sell your house. As a first time seller and someone who knows nothing about the process it was amazing to have her helping us along the way. She gave great advice on the steps we should take to prepare the house for a quick and easy sale. By the time we had it ready to be staged it already looked like a completely new house and when she came in to stage everything it looked like it was straight out of a magazine.
Cathy was always a quick phone call or text away when we had any questions. Sold the house in under a week (above asking price), what more could you ask for? ! Overall it was a very pleasant experience and she will be my only choice for any real estate needs going forward.
