I’ve been going to Locke Auto for all of my maintenance and repair needs since 2016. They have always provided me with fast, high quality, and efficient service. I completely trust their expertise and they offered me great advice when I was going through the process of trading/buying a new vehicle. Their whole team is friendly and knowledgeable. Great crew to work with!

Our extended warranty company had us take our car here as it's their preferred shop in Hamilton. They came up with a tentative diagnosis that would require a dealership to confirm and complete, and despite having sunk at least 3-4 hours into trying to fix our car, they didn't charge us anything because they couldn't complete the repair themselves. Their kindness and professionalism has earned our business from here on out.

Special shout out to Sam, he was fantastic to deal with and kept us in the loop throughout the process.
