Went to lids (hat only store) and the staff were all super friendly! There was a small mishap with the embroidery but Jarek was super helpful and quickly fixed it for us at no charge! 10/10 customer service!

Watch and read your receipts! My receipt shows they charged me 10 dollars more for a cup than what the price said on the sticker! Who knows how many times this happens and who is pocketing this money. @lidscanada
