I just want to thank you all for all the hard work and moral support you have given me as I renew my mortgage. Just as 5 years ago when I got my first mortgage, the patience you've all shown in answering my MANY questions, keeping my best interest at heart as you search for the most suitable rates for me, and going the extra mile in everything you do puts me at ease because I know I'm in the hands of experts, and just as importantly, very kind and thoughtful people.

Very professional and knowledgeable team of mortgage experts. I personally have had dealings with Kiera and Tori, and both are absolutely amazing to deal with, giving prompt responses and always being communicative. Excellent team to trust with your mortgage needs.

Amazing service and knowledge staff. Kiera was wonderful to work with in finding us the right mortgage option for our first home, and together with Mariam they were incredibly helpful in walking us through the process. Would recommend without hesitation!

As first time buyers, we were quite worried and uncertain about the process but the whole team really made us feel confident and comfortable. They clearly walked us through our options and were always so attentive and helpful. We felt like the experience was also much more personable than one you would get from a bank and Kiera really went the extra mile for us when last minute changes needed to be made before closing. Sharing my experience with the James Loewen Mortgage Group is long overdue. I found myself in a difficult situation where funds were urgently needed, but James Loewen, along with a private lender whom name I would not share, failed to provide the timely assistance I required.
The distressing part of this ordeal was the relentless harassment from the private lender, who, as I later discovered, was James friend and real estate agent, who he went school with James Loewen. Despite my inability to pay, James Loewen suggested a second mortgage with the same lender, leaving me with no alternative.
Throughout this process, I felt unsupported and unheard. The constant contact from the lender became unbearable, leading me to the heart-wrenching decision of selling my home to settle the debt.
My experience with the James Loewen Mortgage Group was marred by a lack of transparency and what appears to be a personal connection between James and the lender, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful. The impact of this situation continues to haunt me, reminding me daily of the hardship I endured to settle this debt.
In retrospect, I wish I had never engaged with the James Loewen Mortgage Group. This review serves as a cautionary message to others, urging them to exercise caution and thorough research when seeking mortgage solutions. The experience has highlighted the importance of honest and transparent dealings, qualities that I believe were sorely lacking in my interaction with this company.

I purchased a house with the Loewen group. Kyle and Mariam were extremely helpful. Great with questions and explanations. They really made our experience simple and seamless. I really recommend getting a mortgage with the Loewen group.

Highly, highly recommend working with the Loewen Group. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and needed some hand-holding. Tori was the first team member we worked and she went above and beyond for our family. She was always ready and willing to help in our application process. So thankful for her patience for our many questions and paperwork.

Next we worked with Kyle. Kyle was more than amazing and we were so happy to have worked with him. We were in a situation where we found our new home first before our mortgage approval came through. But under Kyle’s guidance, support, and expertise, he was able to find us the best mortgage possible for our needs and be able to firm up with confidence.
