My mechanic told me to scrap my old car (way to expensive to repair) and I was recommended to reach out to Logel's. The process was super smooth - I started by sending them photos and description of my car, Robert responded super quickly with a few follow up questions, I dropped off my car (it was still drivable), took off the license plates and got a cheque. I'm going to miss my stick SX4, though!

Very quick and efficient agent! When IAA noticed me about my car and soon due storage fees, Robert acted super quickly drove all the way from Kitchener to London, checked the car, made the offer, toned car all the way to Kitchener in just 4 days, and I am having 12 hours jetlag can't work in regular hours, all communication made through emails! Thanks for the good work!

Called on Monday to ask about windows. Rep. Made it sound like they had what I needed in stock, once I get there it was a miscommunication and they did not. Placed an order and was told it would be in the next day (paid for it as well) The rep had no idea why it wasn't in on Tuesday and assured me it would be in the day after and offered to deliver to my door, great (or so I thought) Wednesday no sign of the window and no call from Loegels to inform why. Thursday morning the window was delivered with no protective packaging and no signature required. They left the bare glass sitting on the front porch without confirming. Proper delivery. I am very disappointed in this service and recommend anyone needing a single part to search around.

I had nearly given up finding an ECM for my car. Looking both online and in person. Finding a used part, with new ones not being sold anymore. A failed attempt on the only potential one I could find from a two hour radius. Wrong engine size.
Neil shortly emailed about my online part enquiry on their site, asking for more specific information to search in their database. They did in fact had one that fit. Pure luck. Neil answered all my questions. It was a risk for me as I never ordered a used part through etransfer, and many told me it wasn't worth the attempt. ECM arrived and mechanic said they had no problems installing it. One month later and it's still working well. Now hoping it will hold out until my car reaches its end.
For all looking to buy a used Ford Fusion, 2006-09 in my instance, don't. Failing ECMs are apparently one of the most common problems, so I now learned.

I sold my car to Logel's and it was the easiest process ever! I got a great deal on my 2005 Honda Accord and the customer service was fantastic. When I arrived with my car I couldn't believe how seamless it was.

Called Logel's to tow my old Caliber that wasn't driveable. First interactions went well, and we emailed about picking it up on a Thursday. I sent a confirmation email to Mallory, and assumed that was that. Thursday came and I called them 40 minutes after the time I thought we agreed to, to see when I could expect them to be around only to find out that she didn't see my last email, or missed it somehow, and that no one was scheduled to come pick up my car. She upped the bid for the vehicle by $30, and I thought we would be good to go. We rescheduled for Monday. I missed the first call, and called their driver back within 15 minutes and left a voicemail for them and awaited their call back. Two and a half hours go by, and I've heard nothing so I call Logel's. Their driver had shingles and had to go home sick for the day. Their words were "He was calling in a few days last week, but we wanted to see how much work we could get out of him when he felt okay". The man's got shingles and they still expected him to show up and work. Chris told me that I had to be understanding and patient of the situation. After already having them not pickup my car due to their incompetence/neglect. Eventually Mallory calls back and says the driver is 20 minutes out and that concluded my experience with Logel's. Would not recommend them to anyone. Forgetting a customer, then telling them to be patient while they expected someone with shingles to do as much work as they can before going home. No care for their customers, no care for their employees.

I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience with Logel’s. They made the process of selling our old car easy. We got a great price and they came and picked it up. Definitely recommend Logel’s to anyone.
