CLEAN & PROFESSIONAL. My MUA was Tiana. I showed her the makeup look that I was going for and she nailed it. She took her time and did exactly what l wanted. It was my first time but certainly not the last. Very pleased with the service. Thank you both Tiana and Kate for making my experience a memorable one.

LOKT salon is amazing and Kait is phenomenal with everything she does. She is friendly, professional and incredibly talented. I have had lash extensions, laser treatments and a facial so far at the salon and I have not been disappointed once. In fact, every time I've been in, the service and how I look/feel has exceeded any expectations I've had. I get the light volume set for my lashes and it looks full but natural, which is what I like. The facial was very relaxing and my face was glowing when it was done. And the laser treatments are absolutely working. I'm going to try a lash lift for my next appointment. I can't wait! Thank you Kait, for offering such incredible services and for being such a wonderful person! (And also thank you to Niki, who is so friendly and amazing as the salon assistant!)

DISHONEST/ EYE BROWS COMPLETELY DISSAPEARS

Very unprofessional behavior, bad business ethics, and dishonest.

I came to get nano eyebrows strokes. Within a week from the first service, the eyebrows completely DISSAPPEARED 100%-NOT FADED. I contacted them immediately on Instagram messages to share my concerns and even shared pict with them. They told me that was part of the process, and should "reappear" within 3weeks, I should wait until i go back for my touch up appointment, as they can't touch it during that process. 3 weeks later the eyebrows still did not re-appear and I communicated that with them, and my dissatisfaction.

Fast forward the day of the second appointment, kait DID NOT ADDRESS my original CONCERNS at all. I asked her why did it disappeared, she told me I must have "PEED it out" of my system probably. Not owning up to it (she either went in too deep underneath the skin surface, or not deep enough for it to not show, or not accustom to work with brown skin tones).

Based on my concerns I shared with them and our conversation-including payment concerns, I was under the impression they are going to fix the issue when I go back. However, at the end of the service they charged me for "touch up" services. I asked them which touch up did they do, as the first one did not stay on and instructed me to go back on this day? The exact quote i got from them is, "whether it stayed on and or not, this appointment is for touch up. If anything I spent more hours than touch up for this service and only charging for touch up instead of original again". Indirectly admitting this is due to the mistake they made with the first one. They MANIPULATED me to wait until my second appointment and try to bamboozled me to pay for the second time on a mistake they made.
And there is no guarantee the second one would even stay on past a week, even after care. I asked them if it happens again if they will charge me again, they told me we can discuss it when it happens- not address it again. $600 wasted basically.

I would NOT recommend this service to anyone based on their poor business ethics.
As a concern customer she should have tried to fix the initial problem, and not charge me for a services that did not stay on.

Upate:
The second one also did not stay on past 7 weeks. They refused to give me refunds.

They deleted my comment on their Instagram page.

IN CONCLUSION: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR EYEBROWS, UNLESS IF YOU WANT TO WASTE $600, BE GASLIGHTED, AND BE A GUINEA PIG. THEY DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN EYEBROWS.

I cannot say enough about this place! Beautiful ambience with beautiful staff. I came to Kait with a lash emergency (I accidentally ripped out half my lashes with an eyelash curler). She fit me in immediately and provided me with all the materials to make me look presentable. The LBLA everlasting linear is the best liner I've ever used and the REVIVE7 lash and brow serum has SAVED my lashes. I have went from 11 sad looking lashes to 52 lashes in only 3 weeks! Kait's professionalism and kind nature truly makes ever lash appointment enjoyable. Thank you LOKT and Kait for my beautiful lash extensions and for giving me my self confidence back. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

From the moment I walked through the door I was treated in the most welcoming and professional manner. I got my lashes done after sending in photos of what I was looking for. The lash tech spoke to me and recommended what she thought would be a better suited look and I completely agree. If you’re looking for a friendly, luxury experience this is the place for you. I had an absolutely fabulous experience at this beauty salon. The staff is amazing, polite, and very welcoming. It was my first time doing anything to my eyebrows and I am so happy I came here and no where else! Kait and Nicolette were so welcoming and answered all my questions about other services as well as my own, I even ended up booking an eyelash extension appointment for later this month!
The hour I spent was very comfortable, the beds were very soft, there was good music playing and a nice fuzzy blanket to keep warm.

Went and got my first ever facial from LOKT Salon, it was life changing, my face felt like a brand new face after I left. I felt relaxed and so pampered the entire visit. Kait is the owner and her personality and passion for beauty and wellness is truly magnetic.
Her superstar team of professionals really make you feel at home, and are a wealth of information of all Aesthetics products and processes.
If you want to go and have the best chats, these ladies don't dissapoint! Alternatively, if you are not a chatterbox like me, they made my mom feel at ease relaxing and not saying a word during her facial. Flexible and adaptable to all clientele!

Kait should really be called the Lash Doctor or Therapist, she has all the know-how on which are the best products to use, and how to properly care for your lashes.
Mine lasted well over 6 weeks, and even when they started to fall out, the lash look just became more and more natural - until my full natural lashes basically pushed out the extensions.
I also bought this Revive7 Serum to help regrow my overplucked eyebrows, it doubles to help strengthen and grow your lashes as well - would recommend - my lashes and eyebrows have never looked so full!

I heard about LOKT Salon from a friend and decided to check it out. The services that were done for me were lip blushing and nano brows. After receiving my initial treatment for both and their touch-ups, my brows look fuller/darker and my lips are brighter. I feel like my face looks more put together especially since I don’t typically wear makeup. I’m very happy with my look and want to thank Amanda and Kait for their phenomenal work. I look forward to getting other services done at LOKT!
