3 stars because the senior feral I adopted, who had been sitting there for months, had worms crawling out of his butt when I got him home.

Otherwise, they are responsive and remedied that situation. I got the best old gentleman in the world in return, who went from a feral colony, to a shelter cage and is now the King of the World, pampered to bits and super affectionate. It took me a month to socialize him (he had some *feelings* about domestication), but in a lifetime of many cats, he's definitely the best. He's a huge baby and I'm so glad I adopted this senior boy.

Three stars because of the tapeworms that should have been dealt with there, but at least a million stars for this guy.

Brought in a very skinny old stray two days ago that was meowing at our door.
They reunited him with his family who have desperately been looking for him for months.

Adopted Tony today. A little boy very scared. It will take a few days for him to feel at home with us. The staff at the London Animals care centre were wonderful and talked with us and answered all our questions.

My aunt passed away and before family was notified they took her cat and put her down. Absolutely disgusting. Where is your humanity?

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to adopt a pet. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the animals and their living spaces and with how gently and carefully the staff handled the animals. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and concerns. I received an easy to understand instructional booklet on how to care for my new best friend. Great experience, great day.

I just adopted a dog from them and it was an amazing process with such awesome staff there to help out. Super appreciative to the staff and I’m happy to have found my new best friend! Highly recommend as an adoption center for anyone looking for a pal.

The shelter's quality is uncertain, but the by-law officers are a constant nuisance. Waiting on the phone for an extended period of time is exasperating, especially considering their refusal to answer queries via email.
These by-law officers have been known to harass residents while they're walking their dogs or in their own homes, doling out penalties for noncompliance. It's unjust, particularly for those with low or fixed incomes. A class action lawsuit against the city for this behavior is likely warranted.

Absolutely lovely folks here. They helped a baby raccoon on our street that was in bad shape. They were so gentle and kind. So very appreciated.

Wonderful staff. I support this amazing organization through donating my artwork. 100% of the original limited prints that are for sale support the rescued animals.

Found a stray cat and brought her in. The cat had soiled the crate I was in. After some discussions with the staff about how we found the cat, location and what not. They cleaned out the crate for us and took care of the cat.

The experience was pleasant. The facilities are very clean and the staff is helpful.

Big thanks to the ladies behind the desk today! Registration was over and done with in 5 minutes, thanks so much!

Great place had a couple of incedences that required there help like they are very informative helpful prompt responsive and careing

Found an orphaned baby gosling in the parking lot. Gave these guys a call and sent someone over to pick him up right away. They said they’ll have it checked out by a vet, fostered and then released into the wild when ready. Great group of people who care just as much as other animal lovers.

Greedy people only care about money. They don’t treat my dog cause I had no funds available that time. And put my dog sleep just cause of funds. Never recommend

Went in to register my dog. $25 I think total. I got the tag then. Very easy & straight forward. Not sure what money people are getting scammed out of or who’s coming to their doors but that hasn’t happened to me. The ladies behind the desk were nice & quick!

Have adopted from them multiple times. Once was a rat who was amazing and now we have 2 kittens who are also amazing. Staff is so friendly and kind.

Shout out to Paul at the LACC! An enforcement officer who helped us in the middle of the night to get our GSD back to us. He was very professional when dealing with two very worried and stressed individuals looking for their pup.

Also thank you to the manager who met us very late with understanding and compassion in a very stressful situation.

Thank you for going above and beyond for us. I'm sure we were frustrating at times to deal with due to heightened emotions. This will never be forgotten and we will be sure to pay it forward. Happy to have him home with us!
