Family went and got my food and it was burned and the onion rings tasted like store bought frozen rings. Was very disappointed, will not be buying from this place again. Accessibility wise: no actuator, front door a bit narrow, aisleways are narrow.
I loved London Burger for many years but today I witnessed the cook on his phone as he was cooking. Touching my burger with gloved hands that have handled his phone. Why is this being allowed to happen? Not safe for handling practices!
The new owners no longer cut their french fries in house, they are using frozen pre-cut fries. As well their portions of gravy on the poutine have been reduced. The new staff seems inexperienced or poorly trained.
Really good food. But I waited 35min for my food. I thought that was quite long. So that why I won't be going back. But it was good. Sad the services took too long
It may be a cultural issue but I've never been comfortable being served hamburger by an Indian and trust that he is going to put the same effort into it. They were confused about the concept of layering it properly. I hate being served Greek and Chinese food and pizza and hamburgers all by Indians everywhere its ruining the food. The food was a mess and I was given no to go bag. Communicating is pointless its like they just want my money and be rid of me.
I use too love coming too this place it was fast and the food was great now the new owner slow and don’t know how too make 3 wraps took them 30 minutes I’m disappointed the London bruger franchise has fallen rip
