Little disappointed, but no fault of their own

I assumed as they only dealt with cats they would be able to see me. Please note I choose this place as it was cats only

We've been coming here for many years with our 7 year old cat Benz and our earlier cats because this clinic is "cats only". Our previous vet.clinic, although excellent too, was a "mixed practice" and that did cause some stress not only in the waiting room but also the examination room due to the scent of dogs. Benz is comfortable with Dr. Rosenberg, Dr. Maloney and their friendly, knowledgeable staff. He is quite tolerant of the place for his checkups and health events and never seems to complain. Parking is free and everything is easily accessible as it is located in a tidy little mini-mall.

Excellent customer service from the person at the front desk. All personnel seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in depth to me. The vet was very nice and seemed to consider all my concerns thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Rosenberg and her team are nothing short of incredible. Dr. Rosenberg helped our new/young cats with severe behavioural issues and a serious oral health problem. She was so reassuring, considerate and knowledgeable throughout. She is thoughtful and always has your cat’s health as the top priority - never pushing (or even suggesting) unnecessary procedures or costs.
Her team goes above and beyond to be personable and helpful. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you London Cat Clinic!
