My chiropractic doctor (Keith) I am so happy I met him, I use to have a heavy pain around my sciatica area but after our first adjustment there was already a great improvement! I always feel like a new born baby after every adjustment! I am so happy that my problem was corrected. I even recommend him to my classmates who's experiencing muscle pain due to physical work and they loved him too! Thank you so much Dr. Keith you are the coolest and best Chiro!

Also, this is where I book my massages too, Sarah and Stefani are the best registered massage therapist I met here in London! I am very particular when it comes to massages and I tried so many massage clinic here in London but this clinic partners with the one of the best and I never want to try another clinic because of them! They are very sweet and nice too! Actually, I book another schedule! See you, Stefani!

Dr. Leung (chiropractor) and Peter Mills (RMT) are fantastic. I’ve been under their care for the past couple of months for lower back and glute pain, and both have helped tremendously. They are both knowledgeable, personable and skilled at what they do. My experience at this clinic has only been marred by Wendy (?) at the front desk. Similar to another reviewer’s sentiments, I am surprised by how someone so unapproachable and unfriendly has been setup to work in a position that requires some degree of customer service. Today, after my massage I approached the front desk to make my payment. I was ignored by this person till Dr. Leung walked by and greeted me. Still without any acknowledgement or a single word, she punched in my balance owing into the machine. I tapped my phone to pay. Payment was approved. I stood there for a few seconds waiting for her to say something…still nothing. Walking away, I thought to myself how unbelievable that interaction was. How awful must it be for clients (a lot of whom I’m sure are in pain) to deal with that energy whenever they come in for help? On a previous visit (my 2nd with Dr. Leung) I entered the clinic and sat in the chairs across from the front desk, waiting for my appointment. In a very unfriendly, bossy tone she demanded that I sign in. I was not asked to sign in during my first visit, so I had no idea I was expected to. I don’t know why that was her approach, when all she had to say was something to the effect of “could you please sign in”? I mentioned to Dr. Leung how unfriendly she was. He apologized for the interaction I had just had with her…which he absolutely did not need to do. Maybe this got back to her, and now she has a problem with me?

I am still rating this clinic 5/5 because the 2 practitioners I’ve dealt with have been excellent and I would recommend their services. Just brace yourself for the unpleasantness you are likely going to encounter dealing with this person. Going forward, I know I certainly will. I also recommend booking/canceling online to avoid interacting with this person. Good luck!

Incredible place! Staff is so positive and friendly that you feel relaxed right away. After the first visit I felt myself as I was born for the second time!

All of my appointments with Dr. Keith have been fantastic. I’ve felt comfortable each time and have already started to see improvements in my neck mobility and lack of headaches. What I really appreciate about Dr. Keith is the fact that he takes the time to share little bits of knowledge at each appointment and as well as sharing a written assessment of additional things that I can be doing to help with my aches and pains. He’s been very attentive, respectful, and friendly each time I’ve come in. I look forward to continuing my appointments with Dr. Keith and am excited to have my first massage appointment in a couple weeks!

Very happy with my visit! Dr. Eric Jackson listened to my concerns, and was very knowledgeable. My visit did not feel rushed and my adjustment felt customized to me. Very happy! Have been every 4 weeks since!

Madison is a fantastic massage therapist. I was just recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and she works with me to help relax my muscles and relieve some of my pain. She is the best.

I had never been to a chiropractor before because I was scared of neck and spinal adjustment. But my thought has been completely changed since I went to see Dr. Keith Leung. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He understands my neck/lower back pains and explains clearly so you will feel reassured. The treatment plan with suggested exercise really helps to relieve pain gradually. I therefore highly recommend him and the clinic! Thank you very much!

The massage was amazing. The lady at the front desk was very off-putting though. Had no patience and seemed to be under a lot of stress. I could tell she did not want to be there.

During my massage, I could hear her getting angry with other visitors. She gave off a very terrible energy and kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

I had booked the appointment over the phone. I requested a one hour message. She booked me for a half hour.

If anyone is reading this, there are many other massage therapists in London. If your looking for a stress-free or even a stress relieving experience, this is not the place.

Very welcoming and very professional. Excellent team. I work with Dr. Keith and Madison and they are both phenomenal. Always ready to help and clearly cares for your well-being. Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice clinic bright clean and welcoming. Justin is an amazing osteopath. He was friendly and professional and helped me work on some issues with my nervous system with great results. Highly recommend him. I have been to many osteopaths and he was definitely one of my favorites. Will see him again if Im back in the London area.

Madison is mind blowing when it comes to knowledge and ability. I've seen less than a handful of RMTs and by far her sessions are the best! She has treated my body in regards to what it requires and I'm left feeling great in the days to come. I've since introduced my husband to her and his body is hooked as well!

Dr. Keith is the most amazing Chiro! As someone who was very apprehensive in the beginning. I am now there every couple weeks! Online booking, some same day appointments (which is super convenient when you get migraines), free downtown parking. Couldn’t say enough good things!

My husband noticed I was Walking better when he picked me up at the door. The pain was gone on my left side. This lasted several hours. The next day I was sore. The pain would come & go but was manageable. I am doing exercises given to me. There is daily improvement! Thankful!

Dr Ryan is very thorough finding exactly where you are hurting then applies that to the adjustment given by him. After my appointment I left feeling so much better than when I walked in.

Dr. Keith is amazing! I was able to get an appointment between Christmas and New Years after I threw my back out. My back felt better after only 1 treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Keith is a fantastic Chiropractor. He helped me with some lower back discomfort and was able to relieve my tension and help me get my mobility back. As someone completely new to visiting a Chiropractor, I found this place to be quick and straightforward, as well as clear on every step of the process. Dr Eric Jackson was filling in for my regular chiropractor so I didn't know what to expect, however I was delighted with the treatment. Friendly, courteous, and professional. Highly skilled, with eyes in his fingers as he assessed my spine, and he zeroed in on sore areas with resulting relief for me. Impressed doesn't start to cover my opinion!

Amazing chiropractor. One of the only spots that have decompression tables. They really show that they care and go the extra mile to make the adjustment. Also free parking!

I went to Keith L with severe pain 4 months post my shoulder surgery and after some visits I felt like a new person. He worked on my back and neck and had tremendous relief. The hardest part was my neck and shoulder.as I had limited range. After one session the pain was gone and was my range of motion so much better.

Doctors were great and professional especially Dr. Keith. Unfortunately the lady receptionist will make your visit so stressful as she is so unapproachable, unfriendly and unprofessional. She gets disgusted and annoyed easily when you have questions or clarifications. She gets irritated when you ask for clarifications and just so lazy to simply answer questions. She was literally yelling at us when we clarified something. Place like this should be relaxing and destress you and need not to deal with toxic receptionist.

All in all, it was so unpleasant visit because of her. So opposite to the great experience I had the first time fortunately she was not there that time. I personally referred this clinic to a friend and the rest of my friends because of the amazing professional treatment delivered by Dr. Keith the first time I visited there. But in that second visit, after our experience with the lady receptionist, we decided to look for another place for us and the rest of our friends who need a chiropractic treatment.

I have been treated by Brett Storr, the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, several times now for muscle and joint pain from a degenerative spine condition. In 20 years of having tried a variety of treatments, I have never had both such an immediate and long term lasting effect on pain relief. Brett is professional, caring and studious in his approach. I highly recommend his services. I had tried a different osteopath previously, and have come to understand the vast differences in schooling and approach in this field of treatment, as well as for Chiropractic treatment.
My family and I have also seen Dr. Jackson many times for Chiropractic care. Dr Jackson has an approach that is tailored to each individual, and does not rush the treatment. This was also a pleasant surprise, as prior Chiropractic treatments I have tried, were an old approach, where every 5 minute treatment was the same, and I felt preached to and rushed. This Clinic is top notch. Brett and Dr. Jackson have earned our trust and loyalty and we constantly recommend our family and friends to them.
