The attention to care and the willingness to explain everything to you is by far the best I've experienced.

I have been going to this office most of my life. I was sad to see Dr. Pellow go but Dr. Chung is amazing. So friendly and professional! The whole staff is amazing!

Dr. Rachit Gangar is an excellent dentist and has lot of patience. He is very thorough and takes care of his patients very well.

Please note that this review is totally the experience I just had with their receptionist and not a direct reflection on any dentist's work there. I told the receptionist I was a senior and without getting into a long long story the summary is as follows: I asked a coupe of questions about what I needed done. 1 Tooth extraction and a tooth added to by present partial plate. She come back and told me I wood have to do a Complete Examine that is totally unnecessary for the procedure I needed plus very costly for a senior without any insurance. She had all the details I told her a few minutes before Wrong so I wonder if she got the correct info for me? In any case, why are these dentists so money hungry to charge a person for services they don't need? Maybe Greed? I call it a Total Scam. I will continue to look for a Dentist and Denturist that have a reasonable cost for the services needed.

Amazing front desk. I live in USA but my parents are living in canada. I took my dad there. I spoke on the with a sweet lady and in the evening their front desk was another very kind and sweet lady. I really enjoyed their positive vibes. Doctor was so honest and professional too.

I was very nervous going in as it had been many years since seeing a dentist. The whole team made me feel so comfortable and they kindly answer all my questions and concerns. They’re quick to book appointments too which is nice! Very pleased with my experience so far and I’ve already been 3 times.

I suffered from dental phobia since childhood. Actually calling a dentist and making an appointment was a tremendous accomplishment for me. Due to neglect and my age, I was loosing teeth at an alarming rate. This became a quality of life issue as eating became more difficult. Dr. Kanwal was very reassuring and put me at ease. I had to have 13 teeth extracted to make room for upper and lower dentures. The procedure was virtually painless and my dentures look amazing. Thank you to Dr. Kanwal and his amazing staff. All of them are friendly, cordial and a pleasure. I highly recommend London City Dental to anyone with dental phobia.

Please do not be charmed by London City response, they were not fit for purpose, trust me. I went elsewhere. This was my review: A regular client for years when it was Dr Lott's clinic, both before I moved to the UK and after, my experience was stellar. My last visit was May 29th 2017, a bi-yearly appointment set up. In 2019 Covid found me in lock down just recently travel to Canada was opened, what a shock, the Drs who took over the clinic did not want to deal with me, I assured them I would bring xrays and other information, their email was beyond rude. Frankly you can do much better elsewhere.

The best dental care team in London! The dentists are astute and the facilities are so well equipped plus you have the friendliest staff ever! They make going to the dentist fun again. I would highly recommend them London City Dental for those looking for a new dentist.

I was always scared to go to dentist but Dr. Manish is so amazing and professional and I am getting my treatment done here. I went in emergency due to so much pain and the staff helped give me appointment at same time. Everyone is really friendly. The place is clean and hygiene. Love the services given by staff & doctor. I would strongly recommend visiting London City Dental.

The receptionist was really pleasant. Very lovely.
However, I was booked in for a full cleaning and the dentist simply scaled my teeth, without an assistant. I felt like I was drowning the whole time as he was doing all tasks himself. Then he sat my chair up and told me to come back another time for the rest of my cleaning. When I asked if he was going to polish my teeth or do more, he laid me back down and quickly polished them but left a lot of grit in my teeth and on my face and clothes. I came home and had to brush, and floss my own teeth after my cleaning. I will not be going back to "complete" it.

I haven't been to a dentist in years and was very nervous. Dr Gangar and his team were incredible! They eased my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them!

I was very impressed by Hygienist Harneet. She showed me a level of care I'd never seen before, in my life! She did a combination of Cavitron scaling + hand scaling + hand flossing + fluoride to clean my teeth. I highly recommend London City Dental for dental cleaning. Receptionist Natascha is friendly and kind, too. Please let Harneet know I appreciate her work very much. Thank you again.

To preface, let me say that I hate going to the dentist or any other doctor for that matter. I haven’t been to a dentist for over 11 years because of this. This past week, however I woke up with pain in a tooth. After I called, The staff at London city dental fit me in within the hour. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr gangar and his assistant were exceptional in their treatment of my situation, and despite my displeasure in having to go to the dentist, they made the experience as easy and painless as it could possibly be. They were sensitive to the anxiety I felt and overall it was a much better experience than I would have imagined. Not only that, but their pricing was very reasonable as well. I still don’t like going to the dentist. But I won’t wait 11 years again. And when I go again, it will be to London City Dental.

I would highly recommend coming to this dental office. I had sent an email to request an appointment and received an email back within minutes to schedule. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Natascha helped me at the front desk and she was such a friendly face to walk into the office and be greeted by. I was then brought into a room for my procedure my Bo, she made me feel extremely comfortable and calm. (I get anxiety when I go to the dentist so that was nice) The dentist who did the procedure was Dr. Manish Kanwal. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I have never been to a dentist that was so gentle and friendly.
The office was spotless and went above and beyond to follow the cleaning and safety procedures between patients.

Highly recommend booking in at London City Dental if you need any work done. You will not be disappointed!

The best. I live in Waterloo, I was in severe pain for 3-4 days. I visited 2 dentists, one in Scarborough even. I drove 2.5 hours to see him and he could not help me. Then I called London City Dental. My dentist was Dr. Gangar. I got an appointment the very next morning, the was able to help me out so much and completely relieved me of the pain. He was also bale to tell him what was wrong with my teeth, something that no other dentist could. I am so grateful to him. He has great experience and is extremely professional. I would definitely refer London City Dental, 100%.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gangar at the London City Dental in London ever since they opened doors. I have never needed to go elsewhere. The clinic is very clean and bright. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. The doctor and hygienists are very experienced.
What I love is that they focus on prevention and are open on weekends.

When I went there I was nervous waiting for to go in the room. The hygienist came out and asked me how i was. I told her nervous so her reply was don't be. So after getting in the room it was all good. My dentist is very good at what he does. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else.

Do not recommend! Dr. Gangar is crooked and has horrible bedside manner. Definitely money hungry.

Used to be Dr. Lotts office (the tooth team) and I came to them originally because of the amazing reviews / happy customers.

They've since switched to London City Dental and it's great to see that all the amazing things that got them their excellent reputation have remained the same - and they continue to improve.

All the staff there are incredibly friendly regardless of who you interact with.

I was especially impressed with one of their new hygienists TAYLOR who was just the most helpful, understanding, and supportive dental professionals I've ever worked with. She took the time to truly explain everything like you're a normal person (not using all sort of complicated dental terms then looking at you funny when you don't understand them). She was very empathetic about the challenges of creating a healthy routine and took the time to give personalized advice.

Overall just a 10/10 experience every time. Highly recommend.
