London Eco Metal Manufacturing - Metal Roofing

Our new roof looks amazing and it was a fair price. We added on the removal of our unused chimney which was where our leak was coming from. They accomplished that and the whole roof in just a couple days! The product is great and our roof is the best on the block. It has definitely upped the value of our house. We’re very happy with it.

I want to write an honest review so here are our cons:
-There was a miscommunication about when the work was starting and we were surprised by the workers (great guys) one morning. Not a huge deal for those who don’t do shiftwork but my spouse was on nights so he was unable to sleep with all the noise on the roof.
-The metal sheets were laid on our new grass, the sun heated them up, and they fried the grass underneath.
-The heavy skids were laid against our siding and it got cracked. That corner of our house needs a repair anyways but just for future customers.this practice should be changed.

Was tired of the old shingled roof having shingles blow off the west side 3 times in 9 years since it was installed, thus the decision to go to a steel roof which was installed by London Eco-Metal Industries. Installation took place March 2 and 3 2021 in the cold weather. The installation crew headed by Rafal, Rafal and Rafal, yes 3 of the 6 workers were named Rafal. They all, plus the rest of the crew did a very professional job from start to finish, leaving us with a beautiful steel roof. Our yard was left spotless with all garbage and debris created from the installation removed upon completion. (ask for this crew when doing your roof as they are all well trained tradesmen with a lot of experience and expertise pertaining to steel roofs and some of them have been with the company for 16 years). All the neighbours on our court we live on loved and remarked how well the roof looks and some wanted to do their house just from watching how it was put together. The very day after it was completed it got tested by strong Spring-time winds and passed with flying colours. Today as I am writing this, it rained very heavy and hard all night and no sign of any leaks, water went into the eaves perfectly from the roof, and as far as the noise, the rain hitting the windows was way louder than the rain making noise on the steel roof. We left the one layer of asphalt shingles on the roof as suggested, as they contribute to sound reduction which we really noticed was lessened when it isn't raining on a normal day weather-wise. I guess what I am trying to convey is we really like the new roof thus far in the 3 weeks it has been installed. Would highly recommend London Eco-Metal to do your roof if contemplating one. For us we are glad we went this route and do not ever have to worry about going through the process of having another roof done. Out of sight, out of mind except when you take a peak at it to see how nice it looks and how it makes the house look like a new one pretty much. It changes the appearance for the positive for sure. Thanks London Eco-Metal, appreciated the job you did. As for asphalt shingles, never ever would I have them installed on a roof again on any house I will own. Please note that in July 2023 we had London Eco-Metal install the same metal roof on our backyard shed to match the house roof. It totally changed the looks of our shed as one can see from the attached photos. Job very well done, happy all over again by the quality of work performed from the installer. Arrived on the date quoted to us, site cleaned up afterwards like they were never here. Top drawer company to use if considering a metal roof in our opinion.

They did a fantastic job! They finished my roof within 2 days. Arthur was very kind and explained the whole process thoroughly. They cleaned up after themselves well. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Our experience with London Eco-Metal started out really well. Dave was great to work with and walked us through all of the options, making the process a breeze. The actual work took place in the five days as expected. Following completion, we found a number of sharp remnants left over from installation, across our driveway and littered in the grass (see photo). We called and emailed to try and get someone to clean up the lawn but were unsuccessful after weeks of trying.

Great Quality work, though we had to chase the installers as they would disappear on and off. The roof looks beautiful and Mark was very helpful all through.

Apologies, This is late but better than never. Short and sweet, I used London Eco-Metal to install my metal roof. Kevin C, the roofing consultant was fantastic. He came to the house with samples, made recommendations, was straightforward and to the point. He was definitely the reason I went with this company. During the installation of the roof, right of the bat, one of the roofers fell ill. Michael A (the other roofer) did everything by himself. He was courteous, professional and informative throughout the entire process. I cannot imagine putting an entire roof together by one's self but this gentleman did it all. He did not rush and was quite thorough. Our neighbors also made positive comments on Michael's work ethic.

Between Kevin and Michael, I am happy our family went and chose this business. They were professional and courteous throughout. Our roof looks outstanding and we never fail to get complimented on how it looks. Thank you again for the outstanding product and I'm sure we'll enjoy it for years.

Adam Wayne was very knowledgeable, professional and explained the process step by step before commencing the project. He was also available throughout the installation to answer any of my concerns and questions. The work was finished quickly on time and it looks amazing! The company installed good quality metal roof 2 year ago. I believe due to to some technical issue water start dropping from my ceiling on Sunday March 5,2023 therefore I called the Company in the afternoon and they picked up my call immediately. After one hour or so their technician turned up and did his job to the best of his ability.
I believe that my roof is in safe hand.

I decided to wait a period of time before reviewing the company to ensure an accurate review. London eco installed a new metal roof on my home in April 2022 after our existing roof was damaged after a wind storm. I can honestly say we are 100% satisficed with the customer service we received prior to the install and during the installation process. The crew was highly skilled and ensured the worksite was clean at all times. We live in a high wind prone area and have experienced many storms both in the summer and winter thus far, zero issues. Highly recommend this company!
