My son has been seeing Amanda for over 2 years. She is amazing, very comforting and friendly and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to talk and listen to my son and me. All the staff at the London Family Foot Clinic are friendly and personable. We have never had a bad experience. The clinic is always clean and the service great. Thank you to all the staff!

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. Alicia has been a godsend for my mother who was receiving inadequate foot wound care through Home and Community Care Support Services which led to an infection. Alicia swiftly provided testing and treatment that has gotten Mom back in her feet. Alicia is always very kind and thorough. There is a superb level of caring and professionalism throughout the London Family Foot Clinic.

To be honest, I can't adequately articulate how amazing Dr Amanda and the team have been. My son has been a patient since new board and routinely needs care. At a few years old he is excited to go to every appointment because the staff are so kind. The idea of him being happy to go to the place that has to remove ingrown nails is beyond me but they have made it so!

Amanda Cates and her staff are very professional, kind and caring. Amanda takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable and understand what is happening. I highly recommend the London Family Foot Clinic.

Tried several clinic and London Family Foot Clinic is best. Adam is outstanding. Very professional and excellent in his workmanship. He is clearly not just doing an acceptable job. He shows he want to do it as good as possible.

Theresa is amazing, she is always pleasant, does amazing work on my tired feet from being a dog walker. So compassionate to her patients, she listens and is supportive. Highly recommend Theresa for your feet care

My first visit to this clinic was a real eye-opener. The chiropodist did such a complete, professional job compared to treatment that I had received at a different clinic. Another more serious issue brought the experienced people together to discuss the best options for treatment, then started me on that path. Overall very satisfied.

I found this clinic randomly on the web. What a great find. The clinic is new and welcoming. Even before I met my Footcare person, on the first day, the reception staff were awesome.
I’m a senior who never felt I needed someone to care for my feet. Teresa proved me wrong. The nail and foot care is awesome, but convincing me to wear orthotics was the best decision I ever made. I now walk with no foot (heel) pain, can play 18 holes of golf (I ride) with less fatigue and no back pain.
My needs aren’t big, but this overweight guy has found a new, comfortable lifestyle that allows me to be as busy as I want. Much if it due to the care I get.
I recommend this location for all your foot care needs.

We were so impressed with how thorough our initial visit was and follow up - fabulous. (Thanks Teresa!) We we’re also so impressed with how polite and welcoming staff were. Today, a young woman was in training and it was lovely to see how kind and patient the staff were with her as she learned. Highly recommend!

Dr. Amanda Cates and her team are simply fabulous. I was referred by our family GP due to painful heel issues. Following a series of visits, treatments and helpful advice I am able to enjoy activities again. It isn’t just the competency of Dr. Cates that makes this experience so wonderful, it is also her delightful warm personality too.
