Rear passenger door motor broke, service team got Honda to goodwill cover it for most (cost me about $400 for the diagnosis plus an hour labour on the goodwill) - would have been $2000 otherwise - covered due to historical issue/recall on the motor for my year.

Both Rob and Bryan were extremely helpful, engaging and forthcoming regarding all details of the used Hyundai I purchased, and when I picked up my vehicle it was like slipping into a brand new car. Need a car - go see London Honda. Vroom Vrooom!

My husband and I bought a 24 Honda CRV and we couldn't be happier with the customer service.

This is the 1st time that my husband has ever bought a new car and our product advisor Chris Boyd was exceptional. Not only he was knowledgeable, professional and devoted, we were able to get our car in 5 days and in our budget which other dealerships did not compete!

Afterwards, we were helped by Bryan Park for all our financial needs and paperwork. He was very prompt, precise, patient and never pressure us to take all the protection/options. We decided on what was best for us and our vehicle and he supported us along the way. Also we were able to get our vehicle super fast all thanks to him!

Excellent customer service throughout the dealership and I am definitely coming back again. Thank you Chris and Bryan at London Honda!

I went in to Honda today to receive an oil change. I requested verbally by phone to have a certain tech work on my vehicle. When I entered the service area, I was checked in, but not asked who my appointment was with, but I didn’t think anything of that. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 20+ years specifically in the hairstyling industry for 18 years. I’m very aware of how it works when you book an appointment and request someone. I wouldn’t expect that I would have to show up to my appointment and specify who I am with when I requested it on the phone to begin with. My vehicle was given to the one person I stated should not be fixing my vehicle, and when that employee asked their manager if I requested a certain mechanic, they were told that I didn’t, and that by listening to the voicemail recording there was no mention of a specific mechanic requested. This is completely untrue, and I urge anyone to listen to the voicemail for proof. I was made to look like I was causing drama in the workplace because I didn’t want my this specific mechanic working on my vehicle. I do not appreciate this as a paying customer and I would never recommend anybody to this establishment. I obviously requested someone else work on my vehicle to avoid any unnecessary drama, and because my requests weren’t followed, everything escalated. This whole situation was dealt with in a completely unprofessional manner and I was made out to look like a liar. I also left a message with management so that I could address this properly, however, nobody called me back.

Despite walking in to buy a crv ex l hybrid in cash, no kne other than the receptionist as we were leaving asked if we wanted help. Despite actually sitting in the car. This happened Saturday as well but I put that down to being busy but today it looked more like social hour other than two guys helping male customers. It's 2023 and women buy cars too. Not at london Honda though.

Once you paid you can't refund it back at even the same time If your mind changed. They are not thinking about customers only about their profits.

Was planning on buying a new Civic here outright with a loan from the bank. Went in expecting everything to go smooth. Firstly I was told that they needed a $1000 deposit, not the $500 one that I was asked for the first time I came in. The first time I came in, I was also pushed into putting a deposit on the car, and the salesman was visibly disappointed when I said that I wasn't willing to put the deposit down that day.

Secondly, I was told that I couldn't buy the car outright in cash with a loan from the bank. They tried to force me to sign on a loan not even worth half of the whole purchase (about 2/3 or less of what I wanted to put down with the bank), with a higher APR than what my bank quoted me. What dealership doesn't accept an offer to buy a car outright with cash? Very disappointed in the experience, and this has skewed my view on Honda's in general.

Bought this beautiful used honda accord recently.
Short answer they are worth extra 1-2k compared to market close your eyes and trust me.

The ones looking for long answer:
Go and ask for Bryan Park. The guy is best. I researched for cars for better part of 3 months, 3 months of busing around london, going to toronto just to look at car, visiting at least 15 dealerships 3 personal sellers and 20 car salesman later I realized Bryan is most honest person. And that is the smoothest 1,16,000 km old accord. Also Gianni got me the best deal on my finance.
Totally satisfied. Great service from london honda.

It is little expensive but they take car of everything, car, safety, detailing, tires, service, finance. That is absolutely worth it for a person working 2 jobs.

I was having an oil consumption problem with my 2015 Honda. I had expressed my concern on several different visits to Honda. I was getting close to the end of my extended warranty when service manager Jim Ashton took my problem seriously and did a complete inspection on my CRV and a 3 part oil consumption testing. Due to his professional inspection & service my warranty covered a replacement engine & labour.

Upon booking winter tire replacement I have been told that the cost will be $135 plus tax, although all other places charge max of $100, after the job was done Honda added another $8 for balancing the tire, why would you charge for the balance when balancing a tire is part of replacing tires that was not on rims, it's the same as inflating a tire after putting it on a rim, it's part of the work for replacing a tire, so I was very very disappointed by Honda and will not come back there nor will I recommend any of my family and friends to come near this place, not because of the $8 that was charged for nothing, but because that just shows that even when it looks like they (Honda London) are trying to help and give you good price, at the end of the day they will steal your money.
If you care for your money, this is not the place to go to!

They did a good job in a timely manner however, as is true for most repair shops they try to upsell work that may or may not need to be done. How do you know what to trust? I want to keep my car in good working order and not void my warranty without having to spend more money than expected at every visit. When you look at maintenance schedule for other vehicles, Honda always has more to do which adds to more money spent. This may be my last Honda if I keep getting this.

Wanted to do an additional diagnosis after one was already completed at Sudbury Honda. No explanation as to why, and they could not figure out what was wrong unless 135.00 extra was paid for a diagnosis that takes 5 minutes. Showed up on time, they proceeded to do no service until an hour and a half later.

No respect for time. No respect or integrity for service. Cannot wait until the lease is up and I switch over to Toyota. Especially sad to consider that <$300.00 fix for them, is going to result in them losing all my future business for my next vehicle.

Absolute joke.

I recently purchased a brand new civic with the help of Murat. I have bought alot of cars in the past and most dealerships try to pressure you to buy their vehicles. Honda was the only place that doesn't pressure you or lie to you to get earn their business.

Honda vehicles are built to last and they sell them selves. If you want a hassle free shopping experience with no greasy salesmen shop at Honda. Great service and most of all I absolutely love my civic.

It was clean and they treated me well even though I was just in for some recall work, even gave the old girl a bath for me. Distancing is kind of on you while you are there because all the seating is open but found a corner by the window to get my space so it was ok. They were quick to get me the appointment and I was only there about an hour. No complaints.

So this review is for their sales service and not about the cars they sell. The salesman was passive agressive and completely undermining me constantly. Did not seem interested in selling a car but was rather insulting me indirectly.

I did not buy a car from here, but I was interested in a couple of used cars they had. The salesperson I talked to through facebook, let's call him Mr. A, booked an appointment for me to come see a car from their online inventory the next day. As soon as I arrived there the next day (at 3pm), Mr. A tells me that this particular car (2013 camry) is sold. I was disappointed that no one bothered to let me know before coming in that the car I wanted to see was already sold. I believe it was a sales tactic they were using to push me to buy a more expensive car. I clarified right away that I was looking to buy something cheaper and would like to look at another option that I saw online. Again, Mr. A kept pushing me to look at higher priced cars that I was not interested in nor could afford. When I asked to see the one I was interested in, an older 2008 civic, he kept telling me how it lacks all these cool features that new cars have, after I told him quite a few times that I'm not looking for high tech features, but rather something to get by for a few years (and as if I'd have no idea about the difference between older models vs newer models). I understand that I might be at the wrong place for my budget range, but the one option that I could afford was not being discussed at all for a long time. When I finally convinced Mr. A to let me see the civic, it went smoothly for a bit, I took a test drive, and then asked him for their final price. Again, the conversation was ridiculously annoying and kept steering towards expensive cars that I did not want. If this wasn't annoying enough, they pulled the "we have another potential buyer" trick on me when another salesperson came by and said "sorry to interrupt, Mr. A, do you have the keys to the 2008 civic, I have someone who wants to look at it". I just wanted to leave at that point as I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously and they were just there to play out a script.
After leaving, I asked a friend to message them on facebook about the first car (2013 camry). They told him it's still available if he wants to come in to see it.

So in short, their ridiculous sales tactics were annoying, they didn't listen to what I wanted, and also lied to me about the car being sold when it wasn't (and if in fact it was sold, they should have let me know, and told my friend that it is sold too so either way there's clearly a lie there).

Other than that, it's a honda certified dealership and they do have some nice overpriced options for purchase, but too bad that their customer service is not nearly as good as many other dealerships I've seen.

She always put my needs/wants first and made me feel as though she really listened to my circumstances Although right now wasn't the right time for me to upgrade to a new vehicle, I will 100% be returning when my current lease is over and asking for her again. Purchased a new (to us) Civic recently and very happy with the service we’ve received! Had a bit of a funny delivery with a hiccup - the car died on us just a few hours after picking it up but Chris handled it quickly and efficiently even when we had called him after hours. Had it towed to the dealership and had a loaner delivered to us the next day. Had the car back within 48 hours (this happened over a weekend) and good as new. Great, speedy service.

Holidays busy time so have patience if car not done in expected time frame. Otherwise all service advisors and staff really great. I very much appreciate the complimentary car wash! Soon as you walk in, ask for David Cicciarelli, and if he isn't working that day, book an appointment. If you want someone in sales that looks after you, gives you an honest opinion, and don't force you into a vehicle, values your time, this is the man you want to see. He is extremely professional, works around your schedule even if he isn't scheduled to work. Brings a lot of knowledge and experience about Honda as a product. We couldn't have been happier with our first Honda, so when we needed a second vehicle, we went back to Dave. Highly recommended!

Went in to check out my brakes today, had an appointment for 1pm and didn’t get out of there till 3: 45pm. No service was performed, just an inspection.it really shouldn’t have taken over 2 hours. I was told to wait in the waiting area and that someone would call me up shortly with an update. I noticed that many people who had come in after me were called up until I was one of the only people still there waiting. At 3: 45 I was fed up with waiting and approached the service desk to ask for an estimate on how much longer the wait would be. He told me the car was probably in the wash and would be out soon. I then noticed my keys hanging behind his desk, and realized that the car probably wasn’t being washed without a key to operate it. When I pointed this out to him he brushed it off and said “Oh, I guess it’s done then. ” No apology or anything. Then he proceeded to give me an invoice with recommended service and price estimates. Cars are not my area of expertise and he wasn’t really explaining what the issues were and what all those recommendations meant. He just asked me to call back and book in another service appointment to have those next steps done. I leased my car brand new 2 years ago, and apparently my rear rotars are completely rusted. How does that happen to a brand new car with less than 25K in mileage and why is it not covered? Clearly this isn’t normal wear and tear. The service representative didn’t explain any of that or answer any of my questions. In addition, he mentioned there was a climate control recall on my car and that it was overdue for a change a year ago. How on earth was I supposed to know about a recall? Nothing was ever communicated to me. I can tell you I definitely won’t be coming back for my service, I think I’ll stick to Westgate from now on as they actually understand what customer service is.

Called today, December 10, for a passenger side airbag recall that Honda has issued. Gave the gal the information from the letter and she asked for my phone number. I gave her my number, which is a different area code as we have recently moved here, and she said, 'you have never been here before. ' Not Welcome to the area' or any such thing. She checked to see the part was in stock and said it would take 1.5 hours to complete the recall. I was then informed that the next available appointment was December 27. I asked why so long out and was informed they had 'many winter tires to change. I mentioned that Honda said the front passenger seat should not be used until the recall was completed and perhaps the recall should take priority over winter tires. Feeling not so welcome I said I would call back if I decided to use their dealership. My background is in the Customer Service Industry with over 20,000 customers and 40 employees. This Service Department needs some retraining, especially when you consider the fact that the Service Department is a Prime Revenue generator for these dealers.

Owners response is all vanilla. Nothing was resolved or rectified. Obviously more than the staff could use some training. I found another Honda dealer that offered a timely Recall service and welcomed my future business.

I've been here a few times for service and my first experience was okay. I was here today for a simple winter tire change over. I had my winters in my car, on rims. Had an appointment for 8am and was there right on time. Didn't hear from anyone for almost an hour and a half. Went to the desk to ask for an estimate on how long it will take and he checks with the technician and comes back to his desk to find a review of what was done on my car already sitting there for who knows how long. Then he informs me of everything that was identified with an estimated Bill charge of about $800. I kindly turned him down and asked him to just put my winters on, don't want anything else. That was at 9: 45am. I didn't get my car back until 10: 30.2 and a half hours to get winter tires put on, that I provided on rims. The fact that I came straight from a night shift definitely plays into the lack of patience, but over a 2 hour wait for winters is ridiculous.

This is the 3rd time I got my car serviced with London Honda and every time I would have to give them the car back to fix the same issue because it was not done correctly the first time.

On the 11th October I had given my car to replace the engine oil and flush the cooling system. When I got the car back my coolant reservoir was empty and the engine oil indicator was not reset. Taking into consideration the honda service check point system something like this should have never happened. Now I doubt whether any work on the car was done or not.

Update to this, despite of the service manager being on top of things were not done properly. Gave the car in on 15 Oct, for them to redo the service mentioned above, got winter tires installed and Alignment done. Alignment was not done correctly had to take in the car again on 16th Oct for them to redo the alignment which took them 2hrs to fix.

Helpful and humble staff but the technicians working on the cars seem in-experienced and their work doesn't look like is being checked.

Went in with a friend who wanted to test drive a vehicle. She had been in in the evening, but wanted to test drive it while it was light out still. We arrived at about 4, and the salesman she had been dealing with was not in. The lady at the front desk said she could get another salesman to take us on a test drive. His name was Reese. We had to wait for him to finish up with a customer which was fine. He brought the vehicle up front and told us to hop in and he would be out shortly to take us on the test drive. We waited for 15 minutes in the vehicle and finally went to see what was going on and he said was with another customer and "forgot" and told us just to go. He thought it was hilarious, which it was not. But by the time we were finally out it was getting dark, and she wanted to test drive in the daylight. We could have been gone and back in the time we were waiting for him. Ridiculous.

(Stars for service - N/A for sales) This place is very much my "If I had to pick a dealer" for service. You will pay dealer prices, so I typically take minor service (oil changes, etc) elsewhere - but they have reliable service (in 3 years of requests, only one error that was fixed for free) and their service personnel are excellent. Nearly no pressure tactics.

Only experience I've had with sales was very funny - I was looking at the new Civics while my 2008 was having its wheels swapped last year, and was approached by a sales person asking if I was looking to buy. When I said my 2008 was in service, he said "Oh, so you won't need a new car for a while yet" and immediately switched from 'sales' mode to just talking about the newer models they were expecting next (this) year. Always nice to see that kind of faith in the brand and longevity of a vehicle.

Probably the worst dealership I've been to, sales manager made no attempt to try and close the deal but rather kept on raising the price of the car, when nothing additional was being purchased, in fact wanted me to pay for new tires for the car I was trading in, just so that they could resell the car

Service team was great with the experiences I have had so far. Sales, not so much. I met some very nice salesmen.mine was fine but promised a feature that I didn't end up having. Sales manager didn't take accountability. Maybe I should have pushed more but it's not in my nature to cause problems. The entire process of buying a car is so dragged out. It easily took 8 hours and not a very productive 8 hours.

In the past at another dealership I had dealt with Hilda & at that time she had provided excellent service. Eleven years later, once again Hilda has not lost her touch in providing that same degree of friendliness, warmth & caring in the service industry.
I must also express my thanks & appreciation to a gentleman, & I’m sorry I don’t know his name, but he was assigned to take me on the test drive. As we were proceeding to the car is when I saw Hilda & stopped to chat. When the gentleman realized I knew Hilda & had dealt with her in the past, he very graciously passed me on to Hilda to assist me. Hilda will know his name but once again thank you.
Hilda was very conscious of detail & making sure everything was satisfactory to me; a trip around the service centre, introducing me to employees, answering questions, seeing to every detail to make sure I was happy & confident with my choice of vehicle. A pleasure doing business with you Hilda. Also, the follow up phone call & assurance to call with any concerns or questions is appreciated.
I have every confidence that I have made the correct choice in Honda.

Went to this dealership and told the rep right away what my price point was- spent 2 hours there cause it took so long for them to find a manager -they asked for my visa-not yet agreeing to the price I offered-then came back and all the manager wrote on the paper was "sorry" -he didn't even try to renegotiate-I offered $800 below their asking price -went to Westgate Honda and they were Amazing-

The sales team was great and reassured me getting the extended warranty package was a great idea when I bought my car this spring but after booking with the servicing team, I recognize they are behind and unorganized.

Booked my serving for 9am this morning, got here at 9: 03, and they said an hour to two hours, tops. It’s now almost 11 and they haven’t even loooked at my car yet. Al I need done is the oil change and the tire rotation.

All the people ahead of me are gone, and all the other customers waiting are new faces. Don’t get their servicing or warranty package, this is only my first servicing visit, and i have had a terrible first impression.

If you have people coming in at 9am, and when they booked we’re told it was only going to be an hour, then it isn’t, it is very unprofessional.

Their response: “we can’t make it go any faster”.

My response: “then don’t book so many servicing appointments if you only have so many technicians”.

I had my 2015 civic (lease) towed in last night because my battery died. Spoke with service this morning and they told me I need a new battery. I said to make sure you do a very thorough check of absolutely everything because I didn’t leave anything (lights, radio) on so there must be something draining my battery. They also then tried to charge me full price for the battery even though I still had a warranty on it. I had to call Westgate Honda to get a straight answer about warranty. Called them back and told them what westgate had to say and they changed the price. Fine. So then I go there to pick up my vehicle and they didn’t do a thorough check of the car as I asked, they only ran the diagnostics which doesn’t go into a detail it just says my battery is dead.which is obvious. I want to know WHY is my battery draining so this doesn’t keep happening. So I was told before I left “well if it happens again we’ll have to look further”. Maybe if you looked “further” today I wouldn’t be writing this bad review and I would’ve had a good feeling leaving London Honda but I don’t. I felt uneasy and feel like they didn’t care and extremely concerned the problem wasn’t fixed. I’ll be taking my car to westgate for a better check up and probably from now on.

I had a very poor experience with London Honda, My review has to do with the service team and the sales team. I had sent an email letting the management know what had happened and no one followed up.

For me who works at another dealership, and at a bank for years it is very unprofessional to not receive a response at all.

The first problem started with the salesman calling me intoxicated throughout the night a few times during the winter after and before buying the car at times between 2: 00am and 5: 00am. This is extremely unprofessional and even sent screen shots of the times called, and the messages sent. They were rude and unwanted, especially when I work at 8: 00am to 5: 30pm job; and this was known as I could only come in the dealership during the later week hours when Honda is opened later.

Next, I take my vehicle to get serviced as I received a call saying I would lose my warranty if I didn't bring it in to the dealership for service. I found this to be a lie, as it was my first brand new car; I was unaware and thought, well I don't want to lose warranty so I took it in for a very overpriced oil change.

Next while waiting for my oil change, my balancing was out by minimal specs, the team decided to move forward with rotation and balance, and then told me the car was unsafe to drive without it. Not knowing I can see the specs before proceeding, and being told this I gave them the go ahead. The bill was outrages and I was fully taken advantage of. After seeing the specs I was told the job was already done and it had to be paid for. Which is absolutely criminal. The car didn't need to be balanced, or rotated as it was very new, bought from the dealership and should have been done by them before I got it? (And no, I didn't hit a pot hole, or a curb and throw out the alignment.)

Finally, part of my deal of trading my car in was that I would get $500 for it, and I could get my brand new tires off my used car and get them in the trunk of my new car. I didn't receive the $500 for my used car, it was discounted down even more, then they tried to charge me for the swapping of tires. I brought them brand new summer tires, and I just wanted my winter ones off as I bought them a week before and I was going to keep them for the next season. I was called and harassed for weeks saying I owed Honda money until I had played telephone tag with a manager and they said it would be taken care of. I'm glad it was taken care of as this was part of the deal for me buying through them. Such a pain and very annoying.

Lastly, my biggest complaint has to be that when I got home, 45 minutes later from the dealership with my brand new car, they didn't put my winter tires in bags, and they were covered in oils from the shop, or maybe someones hands, or on their coveralls.resulting in my back seat being completely mangled, gross looking, and sticky. I have tried professional detailing, and numerous other things to get it out. I not once received an apology call, or an offer to fix the problem. I was told it was not them who did this, yet it clearly was as I only just got the car and drove it home. If it was an accident, that's okay.mistakes happen, but to not own the problem and not do anything about it after me buying a new car is such a bad hit.

Overall my experience was awful, and I feel they just wanted to nab me for every extra penny I had. Its unfortunate because some people really are, and others are in for the incentive and bonus structure.

I would not recommend anyone deal with this Honda, as per my above experiences. Maybe after writing this review someone will have the courtesy and respect to make it right.

Honda is really nice. I could buy a good car here. Adviser Mr. Short was very kind. He explained in detail about the car that I wanted. So I recommend Honda when you buy a new car!

I recently bought my first new car from here I wasn’t expected to be taken seriously because I’m just a kid to them but after about a week talking with David Cicciarelli he got me into a civic and I’ve loved it from day one, at first I wasn’t approved but David worked for me and then a couple days later I was approved. I’m super pumped about that! I was also suprised with the payment options and how fast everything went. Tommy Protopapas helped get the payments I wanted and within the time frame I was hoping for thank you guys for the great service, smiles, and I hope to see you next time I’m in for service:) I would definitely recommend talking to them if your interested in buying a car.
