Always great service and a smile. I like the new location a lot. Even when people obviously caused their ice cream to drop on the ground the girl was kind enough to offer a replacement immediately and offers alternative options like a bowl to avoid a recurrence.

Big fan of the prepacked tubs, though I wish you could have an option to pack a larger tub in person.

Though I didnt shop here directly. I had the pleasure of sampling their ice cream from the local parlour that wholesale purchases from them and my word it is amazing. Moon Mist and Nanaimo bar were the best american style ice cream I had ever tasted. Wish I can purchase direct to home from the actual London Ice Cream Company. I want a big bucket of that moon Mist in my freezer.:)

However giving them a 1 star review because their walk in location has now left. I was soo sad when I realized the pink steps were repainted and the name changed to Andy's Ice Cream Kingdom.

Will never go there again. 1 small scoop is 4.99. I had to eat the cone to get to the ice cream.

We loved coming here as it is only a short distance away. The product was always excellent and the staff always top notch! We are disappointed that this location is closed for good.

Best I've cream EVER. Even better than Kiwaratha, Häagen-Dazs, Ben and Jerry. Try the black cherry, you can't go wrong

It was great coming here. I've been here twice now and its been great both times! The ice-cream is very good. There's a bunch of different flavors to choose from. The only downside is that you need to use cash or debit. You can't use Credit Cards Other than that it was a really great time!

Amazing customer service! Emailed to find out if they would have a certain flavour when I'm in town; they replied super quick, asking when I'll be there so they can ensure it is stocked!

Not impressed by the London Ice Cream Company trying to pull off small plastic lids as bowls. My husband got 2 scoops piled high resulting in a melted mess. Our experience was not enjoyable.

Staff is friendly and helpful. One thing I like about their staff is their smiling face. They also have different flavors. Their ice-creams are amazing. Would highly recommend this place. If anyone loves ice-cream this is the place to give a try. Overall experience was excellent.

One of the best places to get Ice Cream in the city. Reasonably priced with very good serving size, and tubs of ice cream to take home that are excellent. Definitely recommend checking them out.

A journey that doesn’t include an ice cream stop, is not fully accomplished. This place was very rustic and I loved the limited yet exciting flavors that they had. The scoops are generous. The flavors we had was crouching tiger or something with orange and vanilla flavor and another one we had was Chocolate. Both were awesome. Must give it a try.

Seems to be open quite late which is nice, the staff who worked there were kind and patient. The options are also great and not too pricey.

One of the hottest weather years to date and what better way to kick summer then some icecream and oh man London Ice Cream Company carries the best and most flavorful icecream you will ever have. The 2L tubs come at a great price at 10.99 and many of the flavors have that pure vanilla cream taste you cant get in other branded ice cream places.praline, extreme cookie monster, moose tracks, carnival cotton are all excellent flavors to choose from and a great tub to bring for family or friends.

Excellent icecream. Is an old fashioned quaint operation. Line up outside during pandemic. Like the cone holders, drip catcher combo.

A bit of a wait, but very worth the wait. A very different selection of flavors made it hard to make up our minds. Highly recommended.

My partner and I love the ice cream here! Today I tried the dill pickle and she had the Happy Birthday flavour. Hers tasted exactly like a cake, and mine was quite delicious. I am familiar with a Russian dish where one dips a dilled pickle in honey and cream, then eats it. This pickle ice cream was similar. Try it if you haven't already, you will be pleasantly surprised! The kids working behind the counter enjoy their jobs and are pleasant to deal with. Get your ice cream here!

Fantastic icecream! Absolutely loved it, customer service was fantastic too, the workers here we're awesome! What's not awesome is the hour and half I had to wait in line because they were understaffed. Definitely on management to have more people working or have a different system to streamline the operation.

Very big portions for such a low price! Not only are they big portions but there are many mouth watering flavours to chose from. Great hospitality. I can see why people love coming here!

Disappointing, they had no waffle cones for the second weekend in a row. Today's ice cream was so soft they couldn't put it on a cone it had to be served in a cup.

Such delicious, the way it should be ice cream. White Christmas is definitely my favourite followed by pralines and cream.

Everything is high quality and truly delicious. The St. Jacob's apple pie ice cream is a family favourite. The cone covers/drop protectors are genius, especially for kids!

Bought two tubs of Icecream and they were awful! The icecream has low quality ingredients and is so watered down it tastes like a cheap fudgecicle. Not worth the money!

Bought a tub of cotton candy ice cream from metro and it tasted like there was sand in it. Never getting it again as the texture is unbearable would not recommend buying. Waste of 10 dollars

Simply the best ice cream around. Better than Chapman's and better than other Ontario brands, also better than brands out of Quebec. I have been eating ice cream for my whole life and so has my father and he is a bit of a ice cream connoisseur.he said if you ever get a chance try London ice cream and it is my favourite by far!

This is an excellent old time style ice creme shop / parlor. It's very basic looking BUT the ice creme is fantastic, there is always a few surprise flavours/mixes. Very creative, and the 'bright color' flavors really pop. Delicious! Great prices, huge scoops!

We love this place! The ice cream is yummy and the staff is friendly. They have old favourites mixed in with new, sometimes surprising flavours. We love the grape! The prices are good and the scoops are generous. If you like hard ice cream, you'll like this place.

The ice cream is very yummy but I often find they are out of flavours, waffle cones or have shut down their milkshake maker.

Can't say enough good things about this place! Make their own ice cream and sherbert, even have hand packed to go. No sugar also. One word to describe - AWESOME/AMAZING! I went everyday while in London (4days).

Our host wno treated us said it was the best ice cream n London. It did not disappoint. Generous helpings with picnic tables out front to eat ice cream.

They have the best icecream! Whether your buying it by cone or by tub. The 5L tubs are turnovers so usually they are mixed with another kind so just be careful of that, but they always have great deals. I think if I remember correctly they had 5L turnovers 3 for $15 or something like that. Or they have the smaller ones on usually for something too.

Great ice cream! They even have picnic tables so you can, sit, relax and enjoy your ice cream treat.

Had been going there for years, Very disappointed with cleanliness and lack of selections. To my surprise freezers filthy and not well supplied. They did not have lids for the 1 liter I order while ice cream was melting on counter. Interior air conditioning not working. It was actually more warm inside the store then outside while outside was 31C. They are now on my no list

Hadn't been here in years.decided to go with a friend this afternoon. They have easily double the selection I remembered them having years ago. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful (my server actually managed to reload my order into a new waffle cone, because the first one was cracking. Impressive!) Good experience. I will be back.

Not a well organized setup at all. Crowded small area with no organized line up. Couldn't get a good view of all the flavors because it was so crowded. Ice cream wasn't even very good. Very disappointing.

Amazing ice cream! The Ah Chocolate was rich and dark. My boyfriend had the St. Jacobs Apple Pie and it was spot on. So good! I'll definitely be back!

London Ice Cream made on the premises using real cream you will not find ice chips here! My Salted caramel had a ribbon of caramel and salty crunchy caramel bits! The coconut had a creamy flavour and texture. Flavours are plentiful on their website however they rotate, so they may not be serving your favourite when you arrive.

Really good ice cream with a huge selection with awesome quality. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The cookies are good but the star is definitely the ice cream.

My husband and I visited London Ice Cream on Baseline Road last evening and we thought the new summer hours had begun, we arrived on rollerblades at 7mins passed closing. The female employee was so kind to still serve us. As other employees were cleaning up, ready to close for the evening, she was very polite and patient and scooped us our favourite Denali Moosetracks. My husband and I don’t get a lot of date nights recently because of our hectic schedules and we so looked forward to rollerblading up to our favourite ice cream shop, thank you for being so kind and understanding and not turning us away.
