These staff are lazy and don't do their job it's crazy that they say they care about our mental health but won't send my medical files to my doctor like my doctor requested and I've asked them multiple times and left 13 messages it's crazy how slow you ladies are for caring about your community

This place really cares about you and all your needs unlike the hospital's they DONT JUDGE and try to get u in quickly but are very backed up with patients waiting lists. Great friendly staff and nurses.they can help with just about anything and if they can't they will redirect you.

Doctor sarita is a fantastic doctor she's truly there for her patience and The staff as well is great they have patience and kind and understanding towards each and every individual that comes there

I have a Dr.here so I visit frequently. Most of the staff are really nice & respectful. My Dr.was really awesome but Dr. Pope retired recently & I've been seeing a nurse who is just as awesome! Sara Rice goes above & beyond for her patients. If something is wrong physically or mentally she won't stop looking or testing until she finds the culprit, how to mend u & are healthy again. If there is anything Sara can do to help you she will & if she can't she will find someone who can. Sara really is a godsend & is definitely in the right profession! We could use alot more nurses & doctors

The staff and volunteers work so hard to provide excellent services for all with respect, understanding and compassion.

I didn't know I had an appointment do I called and asked about it, the girl on the phone was rlly lazy and kept saying no to everything literally everything we asked for MY appointment she said I was being abusive because I pulled the race card because obviously my mom was talking and she has a caribbean accent, I had and still have every right to be mad as I am confused and annoyed. This could be very important, maybe something to do with my hormones ect. They can't give any information on my own appointment when I proved it was me unhelpful

This place is a blessing for those on the street, have lower income etc etc. Polite open hearted staff.

The people there are great and are very respectful to everyone. They are doing things different because of the covid but they as re still good and they are a positive recommendation in my mind.

I feel blessed to receive services that are very thourough from such an amazing and attentive team of health providers. It has truly made a positive impact on my ability to be restored to a place of wellness; not just physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.the care I've received has far exceeded my expectations.

Online says they're open at 9am, drive across the city and the doors are locked and sign says 10: 30.

Lost medical records, lost tests. NOT really accessible unless you use a small chair. That is only the beginning of my time here but I have nothing else.

Every time I am at the health Center I feel like home. Workers over there are very friendly and my family doctor Dr. Allison Henderson is one of the best physicians I've ever meet in my whole life. This woman is very kind, respectful, understanding and above all very professional. She understands her patient's needs and always supportive and cooperative with them trying to provide them with the best service all times. This place might NOT be a FANCY 5 starts place, its better than alot of other places that are so. And with the services provided over there I would give it 10/10.

Wonderful nurses, staff, and doctors. I've never had a bad experience with them in my life. Their not only doctors, hey help you out with setting other appointments with Addiction Services (if you need help in that way). You can even collect your personal mail there if you don't have a safe place to do so.
