Called to ask about a used vehicle posted on AutoTrader and Andrew answered. He did an excellent job explaining the process, broke down how my payments could look like, and provided excellent info to help me decide whether to get a new or used car. I did not feel rushed or pressured into giving my information for a credit check, like some other dealerships I’ve dealt with. As a young woman, with little knowledge on cars, I felt highly respected. Unfortunately, I did not end up purchasing a car from here, as I’ve decided to fix my current car. Stay away from this place if possible.had 2 appointments 1 complimentary alignment check and a oil change which of course all dealers gauge you on.nevertheless due to traffic coming from north London I was late by 25 minutes for the first appointment for complementary alignment check but was able to reach my oil change appointment before time and they refused to take me in as I was late.i informed them I should be still good for the oil change and the gentleman stated they are shortage in technician and he can reschedule.if my oil change appointment was going to be cancelled at least they could have called me and their response was I could have called them if I was going to be late. Basically they didn't do my oil change and for sure never going to go to this place again. They basically helped me make the decision to never do an oil change in any Kia dealership. Also never make multiple appointments at this locations. I admit I was at fault for being delayed for the complimentary alignment check but driving 25 minutes to hear they will reschedule my oil change is unacceptable.

Young lady that helped me had more patience, good tone, felt pretty welcoming didn't make me feel naive unlike the other guy Glen who needs to work on his customer service skills, vibe. I forgot her name at service side. I wished they offered a bit more complimentary oil changes maybe 3 times and have soap in car wash.

My name is Japinder kaur and i bought a used car (First time) Kia sorento 2016 from london kia Ontario on July 19th, 2023 and picked on July 21st, 2023, but very next day engine light shows up which I have a picture with date i clicked on sent to the dealer. I went there but service manager Greg just RESET the car (no diagnos nothing) and said it could be from any reason. Kia london sales team knows that i am moving and they assured everything is good with the Vehicle.

We left London, Ontario on August 5th, 2023 with my husband and 3 kids (age 1,3+ and 14 year old). On August 6th, 2023 around mid afternoon 150 kms North of Sault Ste Marie on Highway 17, Car suddenly shows all the sign and accelerator stopped working on moving car it was HILL (we know how my husband managed to stop the car), we got so panicked. It was like a nightmare, I even called police for help.

We towed our car to kia Sault Ste. Marie which cost me more than 500 dollars I called kia so many times Manager at Kia London said we don't have extended warranty he can't do anything.
On August 8th, 2023 Kia Sault Ste Marie diagnosed and CONFIRMED ENGINE FAILURE. We suffered not only financially but physically, emotionally and mentally as well. No one even gave us the loaner car so atleast we buy a milk from the store for my baby. We were forced to book a cab everday.

On August 11th, 2023 we book bus ticket Ontario Northland from Sault Ste Marie to Winnipeg atleast to reach home. At this point we paid hotel stay and transportation around 2500 dollars. Pain, suffering and stress which we suffered no one can imagine. Finally we reached home (Winnipeg) on August 12th, 2023.

Me and Manager Ryan had a phone call on August 22nd, 2023 which he said he is ready to pay for Towing money which I already paid and fix brand new Engine.

Later he sent an email saying These are the financial commitments as discussed on the phone

• Towing invoice to have towed to World Cars Kia (receipt forwarded to London Kia)

• Towing cost to have Sorento transported to London Kia in London, Ontario

• Replacement of the engine once diagnosed by London Kia technician to confirm engine
(I wish we can listen the call conversation). That was totally different. But still I was ready to do that. I already SUFFERED AND LOST so much money.

I confirmed so many times on emails saying yes I am ok with what you say. Which certainly feels like I am begging now till next day August 23rd, 2023.

I sent an email on September 4th, 2023 for an update and we got reply that Vehicle is currently being strategized with transportation logistics it will take approximately up to 3 weeks to get the vehicle transported back to London.

On September 18th, 2023 I sent an another email to Ryan for an update on vehicle and for the approximate date so I can book an air ticket. Greg Vandermark Service Manager replied me on September 19th that Vehicle is there at Kia London and diagnosed head gasket is the cause of failure, it has allowed coolant to enter the cylinder, which is causing the engine to misfire and run rough. And they ordered the part of that from Kia Canada.

After that I sent more then 5 emails on same day to confirm are they changing the ENGINE as well or not and give me the approximate date so I can book air ticket, not only that day I sent an email on September 21st, 2023 as well so I know what exactly they are doing with my vehicle? But today is October 18th, 2023 no response from anyone.

DOESN'T MATTER I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY OR NOT I AM STILL ELIGIBLE FOR THE 30 DAYS OF SAFETY PERIOD WHICH THEY ARE NEGLECTING AND TRYING TO WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY OF COURSE BECAUSE I AM STILL PAYING BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS. I CAN'T PAY FOR WHAT I DON'T HAVE.

If you're POC, according to Brandon, the sales rep, you have to have your credit application approved before test driving. By the way, I asked Brandon what the feature differences were between the Seltos and Sportage, and his answer was, " One is more expensive than the other. " One of the few reasons for withdrawing my credit application. As for service dept Braden.improper manners, doesn't address the issues at hand, and if you're not mechanically knowledgeable, he will try to sell you products you don't need. When you don't agree, he walks away the same way as a whiny child does when you say no. But still refuses to listen to the customer and refuses to deal with the reason you brought in your vehicle. Of course, management gives the same online generic answer to all complaints that are posted. Sad, Kia London used to be my favorite place to take my vehicle.

TERRIBLE customer service, among many other questionable issues at this dealership. I feel compelled to write this review in hopes it saves others the headache and so they can take their business elsewhere from the get go.

Before I begin - I am well aware that there is a significant interruption in car deliveries at this time. Knowing this, I called around to several Kia dealerships in the Southwest to see if they could help me. I recently switched jobs, my previous job was providing me a company car which I no longer had access to. I needed a vehicle as soon as possible and was looking to purchase a new Kia Forte LX within the next two weeks from the time of my phone call. Each dealer that I called told me the same thing - you need to put down a deposit to be considered for the car, but I cannot guarantee what is coming in, and if you want to order it, it will take 6 months to arrive.

I called London Kia and explained my situation. I was connected to Angelo on August 12. I made him aware that I was in need of this vehicle as soon as possible and within the next two weeks, otherwise I was without a car. He told me "we get those shipments in every week and the LX model comes in those shipments. You need to put down a deposit to secure your spot, but we will definitely have it in the next two weeks because we get those cars all the time. " He charged a deposit of $1000 (which I found odd off the bat because other dealers only said they needed $500) and then began the process of waiting for nothing.

One week goes by - the car doesn't show up. I go to the dealer to see if the car came and he says no, the longest you'd have to wait would be 2 months maximum (?) but I'm getting another shipment next week. Next week comes, I don't hear from him. Then, the following week I get a phone call - "I have two Forte LX's coming in, there's a customer who's interested in the white, if he passes it up then it's yours, otherwise you'd get the grey one. " I took this to mean that the car was coming in. I asked "Is it there now? " He says "By the end of the week for sure. " The end of the week comes, and there's no car.

The following Monday I reached out AGAIN asking where this car is. The response I got was "Hi _ i just get a 2023 forte GT Line with 18000 km and the price is $28995 and you get a one more tear warranty 6 /120000 its pre-owned this vehicle new is $31500 plus taxes". Which is NOT what I was looking for, because the car wasn't there. CLEARLY, he DID NOT KNOW what was coming in each week, and was giving me the run around from the time I put down the deposit. He assured me I was "next on the list", yet now, we are already passed the timeline for when I needed this car. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager (Sam) and was told that the receptionist needed to take a message because he was busy, and that I'd hear from him the next day. I made it very clear I didn't want to deal with Angelo anymore and wanted to speak to a manager directly. Never got a call from the manager. Instead, I get a call from Angelo saying the manager called him letting him know that I called the dealership. Now, his angle is "unfortunately we are at the mercy of Kia and we don't know what's coming in. " Then WHY take a deposit when you know I am on a timeline and I NEED the vehicle in 2 weeks? Absolutely unbelievable and an incredible waste of time. He only refunded my deposit after I had to call and complain - never once offered a refund on the deposit prior to that when he knew full well he didn't have the car I was looking for putting me in a major bind. If the manager couldn't care enough to call me back to rectify this situation professionally, I am hoping a public review will help people make a more informed decision as to where to spend their money on a vehicle.

Very friendly staff, however, they were unable to fix my a/c. They did provide me with a number to call for assistance, however the company they redirected me to couldn’t understand why Kia London would have me call them. So now I have a broken a/c system that will never blow cool air again. Should have bought a Hyundai. Lesson learned.

Appointments are managed very poorly, even if you have a scheduled booked appointment it is still always a long wait, I had a booked oil change today and I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes, it's been like this every time for me,

We have been working with Mike Joshi at this location since we originally test drove a few cars in the summer of 2021. We decided to go ahead and ordered our first Kia in January 2022. We got the Kia Carnival and at no ones fault except Covid waited 14 months. Mike kept us as informed as he could with all the Kia updates and was just as excited as we were when the van finally came in. We are super excited to get our van and are so far really happy with Kia and especially Mike’s service. While we cant speak to the quality of the car as of yet (literally just picked up) we believe its going to be great vehicle for our family.

Service experience.
From my experience today this service team does not even deserve a one star review.
The service manager at this location has unacceptable customer service. He seems un interested in his customers and does not provide real solutions for problems. I went in at 4: 30 pm. I asked one of the associates to speak to the manager. When he came out of his office he seemed like it was a hassle for him to come out and address the issue. He interrupts and does not let you give him the time of day to address your concern with your vehicle.
Seems like it was entertaining and humorous for him to be arguing with me and he was treating me like a joke.
If you are looking for a solution to your problem or a compensation for incorrect information informed to you by the service team about your vehicle you wont find a solution here. The service managers name is Greg and I hope no one has to deal with his negative and unprofessional behaviour towards clients and customers.

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again. We've purchased 2 over the past 3 years, and it will definitely be the last. Both sales experiences (with 2 different sales people) felt like we were dealing with the preverbal slimy car salesman with the 'hard' tactics, and a lot of overpromising and underdelivering. We will be trading in at least one of them ASAP so that we do not have to deal with them any longer. Service seems to be making up for lack of sales, as we have never spent so much servicing a vehicle as we have at this place (and both are less than three years old)! If you are looking here, I'd highly suggest you go around the corner to Finch Hyundai. We'll be going back there as soon as we can.

This review is specifically about my dealings with Mike Joshi. I have been in need of a new car. I emailed different sales associates at some local dealerships to find out wait times on getting a 2022 after ordering. Not one of them responded. I felt like I was chasing people to give them my business. I ended up driving to Kia, to see what they had on the lot. Mike was observant and came out to offer assistance and answer my questions. I ordered the car that I wanted, knowing there would be a few months wait time before it arrived. Mike knew my older car was nearing the end. I was concerned about whether it would last until the new car arrived. Several weeks after I placed my order, Mike reached out to say they had the same type of car coming in that I ordered, in the newer 2023 model. He offered it to me if I wanted to take it instead of waiting for the new 2022 that I ordered. I was very impressed that he thought about me and cared enough to reach out with this amazing offer. I felt like he really cared about my needs and was genuinely interested in helping me. This was my first and only experience with this dealership and I am very happy with the service I’ve received so far. Thanks for a positive first experience and keep up the good work, Mike!

This place tried to scam our daughter last Saturday into believing she needed $3500 in repairs. We were trying to teach her about establishing a relationship with the dealership, she is 19 and has she used this dealership for 2 years. They told her that if her car was not fixed there today for $3500, it should be towed off the lot, they put that in writing on her service report. The car went in for an oil change and seasonal tires changed (which she stores with them). She had to sign a form to say that she was aware of the vehicle inspection done in order to drive her own car off the lot. The service manager that day was extremely rude and aggressive toward her in making comments like “this car is a fireball waiting to explode” and “hopefully you make it home without an accident”. Feeling overwhelmed and knowing the repairs would’ve depleted all her savings, she called her dad who told her just to bring it home. On Monday she took the car to her dads maniac, with Kias list/work order, and the parts recommended. Only one brake was needed and a strut which was under $500.
The discrepancy in their own Kia reports stated that at her previous fall inspection her brakes were 6mm and last Saturday’s brake inspection (which cost her $68) had her brakes at 8mm. How do brake pads GAIN 2mm? Brutal!
We will no longer be dealing with this dealership as they are dishonest and disrespectful to a young lady who was trying to establish herself in a responsible way with her dealership.
Just as a point of reference, in the 6 months between services she put on 3800 Km’s.
Their $3500 report included: (all estimated prices)
Left and right strut @ $1080
Complete redo of brake lines @$800
All the way around Brakes and routers @$672
Parking brake new shoes and drum @282
Shoe brake inspection was @138
Then the oil change @124
Tire change @$89
Brake inspection @63 =$3248 plus tax =$3670 and that’s just an estimate
As a grown woman, I wouldn’t want to see a bill like that let alone a 19 year old!
The service manger actually wrote on the report in BIG BOLD WRITING “UNSAFE” followed by two exclamation points!
If the pandemic has pushed this dealership to rig a vehicle inspection report and bully and threaten vulnerable people, then in my opinion, no one should be supporting this place.

*Should be noted as well that tire storage is free NOT service to put them on, that’s $89, $40 if you have them balanced every time. They spin it like it’s all free but it’s not.

I see Kia followed up with a ‘please contact Greg Vander…’ Pointless. Already came in to pick up my tires out of storage mid week after this all happened, as we are no longer dealing here and Greg stood right there and never said a word. If he wanted to attempt to rectify the situation in some regard or have a conversation about how our daughter was treated and the report was falsified, Greg had the opportunity to do that while we were there and choose not to do or say anything.

Sales and Service at the Wharncliffe location comprising only of stars! Much like KIA's product lines, service personnel's from all areas are all super performers. Thanks to Glenn Therrien, I can always rely on courteous, accurate and efficient service. He my main guy for the last 11 years at least servicing my KIA FORTE. Recently upgraded my FORTE to the new 2022 SELTOS and the transition was made seamless with Jason Meng in sales. A super team all around and will continue to look forward for 12 more years with Glenn providing the care and service for my SELTOS.and yes, buy a SELTOS.even if you have to wait 6 months.

I’ve had five or six vehicles with London Kia however The service I receive by Glenn Therrien is by far the reason I have been there and continued to purchase my vehicles there.
He always makes sure my vehicles are taken care of and all the important services are up to date. I trust him completely when it comes to my vehicles which says a lot. His expertise and professionalism is on point!

Recently purchased a 2022 Kia Soul from London Kia. This was my first time buying a car so I was uncertain on what to expect, though I am happy to say I had an amazing experience.

I met with product advisor Jason Meng who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional during the entire process of working with the dealership.

I would certainly recommend London KIA to friends and family, and I will definitely come back for service needs and future vehicle inquires.

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with both Kia dealerships in London. Everyone there lies. No one ever picks up their phone or when they do they never give a call back. Worst customer service of my life by far. I was promised a car part Friday and it is now Monday and I can’t drive my car because I don’t have a part. When I went in last week there was an elderly man there clearly frustrated by the customer service as he was waiting so long and no one would help him! I shouldn’t have to call multiple times a day to remind someone to give me a call back! It shouldn’t take 4 days for someone to call back about a simple car part even if they hadn’t got it yet- returning a phone call to even assure the customer that the part is on the way is MINIMUM requirement to attain customer satisfaction.

Horrible experience buying from the used car department. I thought if we went through a reputable brand and not a smaller owned used dealership we would be saving ourselves the trouble of being swindled. Not true. The car we bought was advertised to have working features it didn’t have (no working ac). After speaking with the sales person shortly after bringing it home he told us they should be able to figure something out and to bring it into their service department. After leaving it with the service department for over 2 hours, we received a call saying there was a leak in the condenser and it would need replaced. They told us we needed to pay $200 for having it looked at that day and another $800-$1000 to get the condenser fixed. Absolutely ridiculous- anytime I hear of someone I know looking to buy a new or used car I am sure to tell them to steer clear of London Kia and you should too.

Had a very disheartening experience. I was advised by service I need new tires however, Canadian tire told me I did not. Called the dealership and asked for clarification on Tuesday November 30th 2021. The lady told me a service manager would call me back within an hour. I have yet to get a call back. Will be taking my business elsewhere where it is appreciated. Poor customer service and satisfaction. Would advise to go elsewhere.

In 2021, I purchased my first Kia. The customer service was so great that when I wanted to upgrade there was only one place that came to mind. London Kia and there was only one sales rep that came to mind. Tanner. I made the call and asked for him by name, and the service I received was even better than the last (I didn't think that it was even possible that he could out do himself). Tanner gave me excellent advice and was knowledgeable of all of the products. Needless to say I highly recommend London Kia and not to take anything anyway from the other representatives (because they are all great) but ask for Tanner he is awesome. #LOVINGMY2022KIASPORTAGENIGHTSKY.

I recently picked up my new 2022 Seltos from London Kia and I am absolutely loving this vehicle. The features are great and it’s so much fun to drive. Tanner, my sales associate, went above and beyond and made the whole experience a pleasure. He kept me up to date on when I could expect my vehicle to come in and when there was going to be a bit of a delay for it’s arrival he looked after getting me a courtesy vehicle until my new one came in. Bad service, bad mechanics.don't trust the 5 years warranty at this branch, as seen in photo control arm is cracked I had noise, after 2 visits and 4 hours they said there is nothing only the brakes payed 850 for the rear ones, same proplem, had to go outside to fix it.

Recently purchased a 2021 Kia Forte from London Kia and had an excellent experience.
Mike Joshi (Product Specialist) was fantastic. He was very accommodating when it came to my schedule and even stayed after his regular shift two days in a row.
He was very patient and answered all our questions. He was very thorough when explaining the features of the vehicle, pricing and next steps.

This was the first time I had dealt with Kia and didn't know what to expect. After dealing with Mike I felt very confident I was choosing the right dealership and vehicle

Will definitely be back for all my servicing needs as well as any future car purchases.

My experience with London Kia was fantastic! The customer service was wonderful. Kyle Miller was my car salesman and he was great to say the least! This was my first time buying a brand new car and he was very helpful in making sure I understood everything that was being mentioned to me. This is the first time I've purchased a Kia - and I'm very happy with it. My product advisor was Mike Joshi and he was great to work with. There was no pressure from him and he took the time to show me around the dealership and go over all the features of the vehicle.

This was my first Kia purchase, having been a Honda and Toyota person most of my driving life. It was great experience, overall, mostly thanks to Andrew Taylor. Andrew was very personable and professional. I looked at and test drove a number of models and Andrew had answers to all of my questions and concerns. After my purchase, I had a couple of questions of a relatively minor nature and Andrew was very quick getting back to me, even emailing me on one of his days off. I would have no issues recommending Andrew and London Kia to anyone.

If I could put 0 stars I would. First off the sales guy showed us a vehicle that was already sold which confused us. He then just pointed across the parking lot we have that one over there never offered to show us it. While we were inside going over things he just kept walking away from the desk not saying what he was doing or going. He did not seem like he wanted our business at all and kept pushing a vehicle on us that we told him three times no! Needless to say we walked off that lot and went to another Kia dealership who treated us with respect and got of everything we wanted.

A follow up on my below review. Thanks to Ryan Brown my faith in good in customer service has been renewed. Ryan took the time to contact me and discuss my concerns and issue. We were able to come to an agreement and I feel we are back on track. I am truly enjoying my 2020 Sportage and the many features it has and will recommend Kia products to my friends and family.

I have owned a Kia Sportage for about 12 years now. I purchased my 2020 Sportage at London Kia last year. At that time there was a winter tire promotion being offered, winter tires on rims plus storage for the life of the car. Great Deal! I thought. I went in to do my seasonal tire change and was they would not store my tires anymore because I was not using them for regular service. I reread my contract and found nothing that states this. I also ask them to produce a copy of that part of the contract that states this. I have not received a reply. When I ask for the contact info for the general manager they would not even get me his name.

If you purchase anything from London Kia be sure they provide all details in writing. As for customer service I'd say that fact that they will not respond to me says it all. I did give them the opportunity to resolve this issue and call it a misunderstanding. I'm still hoping they will reach out and correct this issue so that I can tell all of you that they have corrected this issue.

I'm honestly more upset that they did not even respond, other than the salesperson, who does not have the authority to correct this.

I had a wonderful experience with Kia yesterday. I came in from out of town to London Kia to pick up my 2021 Telluride. Marc was so incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions. The whole team went over and beyond and will absolutely recommend the dealership in the future. 10/10!

Great experience buying my 2021 Kia Seltos SX, they are a great dealer. My first Kia was a 2010 Forte I bought used, loved it, and the traded up to a new 2015 Kia Forte SX, in the 5 years I drove it, I only had to pay for brakes and oil changes, everything else was covered by their warranty. I was a Chrysler guy like my dad, but I got burnt too many times by them. I'm a Kia guy now, and loving it, cant really recommend anything else now after owning Kia.

I had the best experience with the finance manager Jocelyn and highly recommend this dealership for their quality of vehicles, customer service and all around great staff! I recently purchased a vehicle from London Kia and let me tell you, my experience wasn't anything like I expected it to be. I walked in concerned that my credit score would have hindered my ability to be approved for a new vehicle and was prepared to hear sorry we can't help. But the sales rep that assisted me reassured me that they would work with me in every way. After speaking with Tanner, I said to myself hey even if I don't get approved I will definitely return once I work on my credit score a little more (the customer service is so great, why wouldn't I). But great news I got approved. Tanner took the time out to explain all of the perks that came with purchasing a Kia and I am convinced that I made the right choice. I would recommend London Kia to any and everyone.

Kyle was my sales representative and if I were ever going back I'd request him again 100%. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even came in during his time off to help me close the deal so I could take my car home when it was ready.

Having been at this dealership for all my services they reached out to me asking me to come in for a "VIP Appointment" to test drive a car and get mine appraised for trade in. After saying I wasn't looking to change cars yet they pushed me to come and try a new car out. I said ok and even got my friend to take the time to come give me a second opinion. I showed up and the car I was supposed to test drive was no longer available and they didn't have another one for me to try. No one decided to let me know this before I came to the dealership. It was as though no one in sales new I was coming as they had to go double check my appointment even though I had the confirmation email for a "VIP Appointment".

London Kia you should really reach out to your customers if a scheduled test drive is no longer possible so they don't waste their time showing up for no reason, very unprofessional and far from "VIP" treatment. I asked the sales person how I can avoid this from happening again he said "call the morning of before showing up to make sure the car is still available" it should be the dealer telling me my appointment is cancelled not me calling to ask if its still on.

To mention a positives and give a fair review the dealership is always clean and organized.

First time going in, took a car in for a full pre-purchase inspection. I was made welcome, comfortable. Every one was kind and upfront. Best of all the prices are quite reasonable especially for a dealership. We're thinking we might be making this our new mechanic. Oh and we bought the car we took in.

I had a great deal of difficulty dealing with the Sarnia Kia where I pirchased my first Kia, but I love my Kia and London Kia and Kyle were excellent, they made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and worked with me to meet ALL of my requirements.

Mike Gaudet the parts manager has promised to get back to me with requested information on parts that I need twice now. I have not recieved contact from him since either visits. This is far from the dedication I was promised from the team at London Kia when purchasing my vehicle from them.

Brought my girlfriend's Kia Soul here for a service. Had a very good experience though expensive due to some necessary repairs and tire replacement.

My service consultant Braden Johnson was very personable and professional, brought me back to the mechanic to explain and show me the items that needed replacement and answered all my questions based in reality and necessity vs nice-to-have. Broke down my quote very nicely. Never pushed for more than was needed but was good to explain its best to replace suspension items in pairs which matches my experience/knowledge.

Overall a very good experience for my first car service since coming to London.

Purchased a used vehicle from Mike J. Overall the experience was good but I do not recommend going on a weekend. He was busy juggling quite a few customers at the same time and we didn't receive the personal time and attention that I have had in the past from other car buying experiences. He did his best to answer our questions and I would recommend him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle on a Thursday night, they were short staffed and it felt very rushed again.
