Do not do business with this company. London Landscape Inc.has not kept their word since day one. Everytime a drop of was scheduled, they cancelled- or simply did not show up and we had to contact them. Everytime a yard clean up was scheduled, they cancelled -or simply did not show up. In fact- after almost three months, our yard has still not been repaired as promised. When we finally received our hot tub- jets weren’t working, and it had a significant leak. We did not receive the cover or arm that was promised. After 5 weeks of chasing them down to pick up the broken hot tub and return our money- they have finally picked up the hot tub, but have held onto our payment! Every communication with them is full of excuses and lies. The better business bureau is our next step in getting our funds returned. There was no option to give NO stars, but my rating is that they should not be doing business- choose somewhere trustworthy!

I don't recommend this company at all. I ordered regular top soil and sod. Delivered yesterday. The quality of regular soil was very bad. It contains a lot of concrete stones and traces of asphalt. Looks like they picked it up from someone's driveway the one is being redone. I am totally disappointed from this company. I just waisted my money.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Katie was very helpful and even responded to emails while on holidays, which is clearly above and beyond. As for product, I ordered rocks and they delivered rocks.seems like a success!

Definitely recommended! We shopped around for a couple of seasons and London Landscape had not only best pricing but also best delivery! Customer service was absolutely fantastic. Would recommend 1000 times over! My back hurts from moving all of the river rock but thank you for the great service! Our landscape looks so much better now thanks to you.
