I will say this has been my best experience ever in buying appliances. With multiple children and teenager, I have bought multiple washing machines and dryers over the years. The sales and delivery experience are what set London Major Appliances apart from the Big Box Store. First, our sales representative kept us informed about the delays from the manufacturer, which were beyond his control. He also ensured that we had a working appliance while we waited for our appliance to arrive due to the unanticipated supply chain issues. (The big box store just sent us an email saying we would have to wait.)

Secondly, I have to complement the delivery staff who arrived when they said they would, with working appliances. (Yes the big box store contract deliverers have literally shown up with broken appliances before.) London Major Appliacne's specialists also carried it into my laundry area. (As opposed to their competitor's contractors that left the appliance I ordered on the front lawn.) Then, they set up the appliance, and made sure it was level. I have not had an appliance delivery experience that was that good in years.

I can almost gaurantee, that you will never have that experience with a big box store. I just received the best service possible, without the irritating auto-dialer calls asking me to rate my experience.

This evening my wife and I finalized the purchase of six appliances to replace those in a condo we'll soon be moving into. We’ve had to do so remotely, as we aren’t currently residing in London. It was a process that we began about a month ago ago, because we're facing product limitations due to the width requirements associated with two built-in units. Marie has been absolutely amazing, researching our existing models to determine cut-out sizes, providing us with all available options, approaching manufacturers’ reps with questions even before I thought to ask them, elaborating on things we should consider in the selection process, and spelling everything out in precise detail in all her e-mails to us. I’m a senior, so I’ve had a lot of experience as a retail customer over the years. In all that time I have never encountered a salesperson as thorough as Marie. She was an absolute pleasure to work with in all aspects of our dealings, and I can recommend her service to anyone who will appreciate the value of truly professional, impeccable service when shopping for appliances. Kudos also to London Major Appliances for the total package they provide to their customers. Mr. Warren Buffett said, "Price is what you pay, value is what you get. " In my opinion, shopping at LMA makes the customer a winner on both fronts.

They will drop your appliance and leave you with no assistance if you need any alterations to your existing set up even though they have service techs on staff. They do not have a customer service line to call for help and the parts department does not pick up the phone during regular business hours.

Upon entering the store, a beautiful and relaxing vibe was palpable.
Ryan, our sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and attentive to my needs and requirements for a new washer and dryer. He was able to walk me through the newest line of items that fit my requirements with ease and confidence. The Delivery Team were Amazing as well! So courteous, friendly and helpful, it was so delightful to interact with them and receive hands-on support and they responded to all my queries with respect, compassion and dedication. Bought an LG Washtower recently. Salesperson was very professional and kept in touch regarding the arrival. The installers removed our previous washer /dryer from a very awkward spot and installed the new product. I was very impressed and I would recommend this company.

Ordered my appliances from here as builder referred them. Had an issue with the fridge when it was delivered, door sensor wires were not hooked up properly, but JEREMY was able to get the matter resolved within 24 hrs of delivery. He understood the importance of having a fully functional fridge in a house!

It was a Saturday dryer broke. Called them the parts area was closed they still did everything they could THAT DAY to help me. They didn't have the part in stock at the location but had it at the office location. Still even though I didn't get the part I needed they are still great for going above and beyond.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I bought a dishwasher and washer/dryer from LMA. Sales person SWORE front load washers are better now so talked me into buying one. Biggest regret of my life. I originally went with LMA because they have their own service technicians. Means one thing: the products they sell need lots of service as I am learning the hard way. We have been waiting THREE months for "parts to come in". The technician never even told us that he ordered parts. We learned our washer was not repaired when we went to do laundry. This is the THIRD time the washer has been "repaired" and it is 1.5 years old. I do have to say that Dana and Denise have been as helpful as they can be in their respective positions. They are staff who are very professional and communicate well.

However, DO NOT BUY FROM LONDON MAJOR APPLIANCE. Ever.

Bought a whirlpool washing machine and dryer 3 years ago. Both of the appliances have been nothing but issues since. Washing machine now needs to be thrown out and dryer has needed 3 service repairs. They must get their appliances refurbished because they are absolute garbage.

I've bought and had LMA service our appliances for many years. NEVER again! My Maytag fridge started leaking water. The representative on the phone took a lot of info.make, model, serial #, age etc. When the tech came out he had no idea what machine I had and had brought the wrong tubes to fix what he thought would be the problem. 2 visits later, the last one with 2 guys, they replaced a cracked drip pan. They said that I would get an invoice by email. Calls were left with Paul the service mgr who never returned them. I finally reached him, he reviewed the matter and in his opinion the bill was justified and again told me that the invoice would be sent out. No invoice was sent. I then left a message with JJ the General Mgr.same delay and still no response. I then called reception and asked for the bill which I then got. In total, minimally 10 calls with not 1 returned after app 5 weeks. I felt that I had been blacklisted, They obviously have no regard to making the customer happy and ignore complaints from a longstanding customer.

Londonmajorappliances sold me a defective $1,500 wine cooler. Their service person came out, found the problem, Londonmajorappliances will not let me return it or replace it- eventhough IT NEVER worked properly. They said they ordered parts, but I could be waiting for YEARS. They said if I do not like it, I should call the manufacturer.

Best customer and buying experience by FAR. Adam Windsor helped us pick up a set of appliances for our new build and his level of service was incredible. Open communication, always followed up and when delays happened Adam was always there to guide us and even made sure we had a loaner fridge for moving day. Would not go anywhere else in the future. This level of service is very rare and only seen in very few places.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Jeremy G.at London Major Appliances for his resourcefulness in finding us the perfect oven when no one else in the city could. And at a price I honestly can't believe. We saved so much and don't have to wait months and months to secure what we want at a time during Covid when appliances are scares and on major back orders. Thank you!

While we didn't make a purchase (found another solution to our problem), staff were the most helpful of anywhere we visited in London. Leaps and bounds more helpful, informative, and friendly than any of the big box stores we visited. We spoke with Mark and he was friendly and honest about our options, and extremely educational. We never felt like we were being pushed or upsold. We will definitely make London Major Appliance our first stop for future appliance needs.

The worst service I have ever seen. Have purchased very high end appliances from London Major, and within one year, two of the appliances have broken at least 4 times EACH, with technicians coming out every time.the one appliance has ACTUALLY been broken and out of order a higher percentage than it has been working. Just because you send technicians out that many times doesn't mean good service, good service is solving the problem, not giving temporary fixes.

*September update - broke again, they sent people to fix again, and 1 day later not usable and broken, since Dacor dish washer owned less than 1.5 years, has been broken for basically a year of that.

Jeremy G (sales Manager) was not bad to deal with.right up to the point when the sale was done, then nothing, wont deal with anything, cannot reiterate enough of the poor service.

Very poor customer service. In polite sales team. The information that they give you is misleading and they are very disorganized. Chose appliances months prior and they decided to place the order two months before delivery.

Anyone with common sense would realize that if they are back ordered at the manufacture level, then to place you order with more lead time. We chose our appliances 5 months before delivery.

Friends purchased at Goeman’s at the same time, and the order was place right away and now that are with and we are without.

Something to consider, if your out shopping around.

I've dealt with Marie and Jim on the now two occasions I've been in the store. This place has not only the best staff and customer service I've seen in a long time but the best quality goods too. I highly encourage you to use them. Local, price matching, great service, and more. These guys and gals do not disappoint and deliver as promised. Special shout out to Marie and Jim. I highly recommend working with either of them. Both were a dream and got me and my picky spouse both very happy within a reasonable cost. Keep up the excellent work!

I have been a customer of LMA for over 20 years. I’ve purchased over $20,000 in appliances. An appliance needs a repair, they also took 5 days to get me an answer and then they try and gouge me. When I complained the service manager Paul he had an attitude the entire time, I told him you are going to lose me as a client and he said go ahead.

You advertise constantly on your customer service and repairs and you’ve failed in both. I will not be shopping at LMA anymore.

Purchased a washer and dryer from London Major Appliances. The saleswoman was very friendly, informative, and wasn't pushy at all. Although they were out of stock on many of their items due to COVID, I was able to find something affordable and quality.

They delivered in about a week's time, and took away my old appliances for a cheap cost. The movers were respectful of my home, wore masks, and also friendly. I would recommend LMA if you're looking for new appliances.

My husband and I have purchased all of our Major Appliances from London Major Appliances on Hamilton Road. We are warranty people. We had to call LMA on an issue we had with a microwave we purchased a year ago. They sent "Natalino" out to assess the situation about a week ago. He was back today to fix the problem. He was very friendly, efficient and got the job done. We really appreciate the in-house approach LMA has to it's warranty business. Great job

Bought a freezer last September and it broke down this June. Brandon got involved after the repair man said there was too much to fix. My new replacement was delivered today and from the delivery men all the way up to Brandon it could not have been a better experience. Thank you.

We were very happy with the service from Tom. We were really surprised at the variety of products for viewing in their showroom. They were recommended to us by Distinctive Kitchens and we are glad we took their advice. Prices were comparable or better then the big box stores we had gone to. I chose them because Mike knows exactly what he's talking about. Anyone who's looking for a major appliance knows how valuable this information can be.

Last yr.we brought a new Maytag clothing washer from LMA with free
water hook -up. Unfortunately the hook-up was faulty in that the inexperienced worker used excessive force splitting the washer resulting
in water leak into the basement causing damage to the tune of 12,000
dollars. It was a nightmare for us as what to do. When we informed LMA
of the flooded basement, they offered no assistance at all. In fact with
time they tried to ignore our concern. For us this "free" hook-up proved
to be very expensive! As prevention, we vowed never, never to shop at
LMA ever again even if LMA was the last appliance shop in London.

Dealt with Sham. He was really good. No games no over selling. Prices were good.
Delivery the very next day. The 3 men that delivered the washer and dryer were very good. No just dropping off and leaving. Old machines were removed and they cleaned under before putting new ones in. All hooked up and working. Thank you so much London Major Appliances. Will be back for my next appliance.

Horrible service.selling faulty and damaged equipment.bought a frost free fridge and gas stove from them. About a year later we got frost build up due to a warp between the 2 compartments. Was told this is a design flaw and they would not do anything about it.
When we went to move the stove for cleaning discovered one of the feet had been bent [either in shipping or when they installed it]. Again they would not admit to fault and would not do anything
. Will not be buying anything from them again.

Brenda Raposo was knowledgable and exerted no pressure to buy. We had to wait a loooooong time for our condo to be ready. Brenda was so patient and reassuring. That meant a lot to us as we were dealing with enough stresses. We finally got in and while we had a few issues that required service, both Gary & Doug were both amazing and took care of our concerns and issues! We know we made the right decision by going with a local business that had very competitive prices BUT it was the service that topped it all off. We are 100% confident in recommending. Buy at big box stores for price but if you require service, well good luck. With LMA, you will have confidence in knowing you will be taken care of.

Excellent customer service! They all work as a team and there’s absolutely no run around. You need help, or to speak with someone directly, they will make it happen. Working with Brandon Corke, the sales manager, made us particularly comfortable after leaving Goemans with a horrible experience. LMA goes over and above to please the customer. No wonder they have repeat customers.

I am not a customer of yours (yet) but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the woman at your warehouse. After trying for a week to find enough cardboard for our kindergarten class spring performance, I randomly stopped by your warehouse to see if they had any appliance boxes. The woman that was there said all the cardboard had already been picked up but she would save some knowing it was for our class. I stopped by there today to pick it up and she actually did save us some! She even helped me carry it and load it into my vehicle in the pouring rain! She didn't have to do any of it so I thought she deserved a shout out because she was so very helpful, and funny! I wish I had gotten her name but I'm hoping you can pass this on or if you're reading this yourself, please know I appreciate it and thank you for the giggle as well! - Jolene

We have purchased our appliances from LMA for years and we have always been pleased with the service. I recently had an odd issue with an appliance that we had just purchased and was surprised by how great they were about it. I will continue to recommend LMA to friends.

Great service and very knowledgable. Matthew Hall spent as much time as was needed to make our minds up. Was willing to negotiate pricing based on multiple appliances. And then there was Goemans.in and out in under 10 minutes as salesman could not have cared less what we needed or wanted.

Purchased a Bosch Oven in Q4 of 2018. Almost the first time we used it the oven overheated and shut down because of electronics overheat. The front of the oven was so hot if you touched it you would burn yourself. If we had small children (we do not) they could have burned themselves quite easily. It was so hot I was concerned about a fire in the cabinet in which the oven was installed. LMA sent a technician who obviously knew "nothing" about Bosch ovens. I personally had to show him how to get into "service" mode to test the oven (after reading the manual). He determined that the electronics had failed, the cooling fan did not come on, hence the overheat and scheduled a replacement of the electronics. For a "brand new", expensive, high end oven this is completely unacceptable. We requested a replacement oven as we did not trust this oven and considered it a safety hazard. LMA refused and said the warranty is "repair or replace". In addition when contacting the service manager he was extremely rude and insulting, making statements like if you bought a new car and it failed would you expect a replacement? If I bought a new car and as I drove it off the lot the brakes failed creating a safety hazard I absolutely would expect a replacement. This is exactly what happened in this case. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind the products they market. In addition I have informed our new home builder that the company they recommend for appliances is not a credible company and recommended that they no longer support this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This was simply the best, No Hassle, No Pressure, Shopping Experience Ever! Sham took the time to listen to all our questions, explained everything clearly, and ensured everything would work & fit into our space we have for our new Washer & Dryer that we purchased from him. We had many options to choose from, Sham ensured our new units had every feature we required. Great package deal pricing, along with great warranties, in-house service, set-up & take away of old units, delivery, & extended warranties were purchased. Excellent, Personalized, Friendly, Knowledgeable Customer Service!:) Clearly this is why you deal with a Great Local Business that has been around for many years, verses a big box store.

Just had my new fridge and microwave delivered and I couldn't be happier, with my experience LMA was excellent from the point of purchase to delivery. My sales person Brenda was exceptional and helped me pick out the best appliances for my kitchen, the delivery time was so fast and the delivery guys Paul and Darryl were very efficient and kind! If you need new appliance this is the only place to go! Thanks LMA:)

Very disappointed. Promised great service when purchasing well over $10k in appliances. Called LMA about my 2 year old fridge not cooling. After $200 service call I was advised to call the LG $275 flat fee for repair.skip LMA and go directly to LG it will save you hundreds of $. They should have advised me this option prior to charging me $200 to confirm what I knew.only reason 1 star is because it won't allow me to give none
