Nice Vehicle with great warranty, but don't expect to be able to use it.

Purchased a 2020 Outlander from previous owners - Robinson. Outside of powertrain warranty we were ONLY told about a 5 yr/100k warranty to cover the rest. When we tried to use the warranty for the first time, when the touch screen stop working on the radio (known defect), we are now told about a new 3 yr/60k warranty that covers the radio. We are at 65k. If I knew about this, I would have told Mitsubishi earlier. Very dishonest. Too bad dealer won't own up to their lies. Initial option we gave was for a $4,500 repair.

Was actually looking at purchasing a new Outlander next year but guess I'll go somewhere else where sales people and dealerships are honest.

Can't comment on sales department, but service department is soo bad I'd rather drive to the tri-cities to deal with anything regarding my Mitsubishi. Complete shame.
From being told after the work was done that my car was no longer under warranty to not knowing or even bothering to look up specs for their own vehicles, the service dept is completely incompetent here. Robinson or redline, stay away and say no to any extended warranties with their names on it. You will be disappointed.
Edit #1: ew. Minutes after writing this, I went and looked at the MOST RECENT reviews and they are blatantly telling THEIR customers who gave them THEIR cold hard cash that a 1 star review is unprofessional. You guys are the unprofessional ones, the absolute gul you have to talk to your customers that way. Shame on you. I hope someone can come scoop this dealership up soon before these owners and managers completely destroy the name Mitsubishi.

Everyone 1 star review is an opportunity to try to fix a problem and get a 5 star review, instead you insult and use words like "blackmail" when people are just stating truths about your incompetence. Whoever is running this place needs to take a course on customer service and management. Yikes yikes yikes.

Sales manager to sales manager - here's some advice. Quit making excuses for your terrible customer service, it's only bringing more detriment to your business. You realize others can see your responses right? I'm actually so disgusted, ashamed and embarrassed for you. Is that why you have so many brand new outlanders on the lot compared to other car brands who have 30+ orders for 7/8 passenger vehicles? Coincidence or fluke? I'd beg to differ. You would have to pay me to come buy a vehicle there under "Redline".
I can't wait for the mile long list of excuses and attitude regarding this review

Wesley from the London Mitsubishi is simply awesome! I was dreading the daunting task of finding the perfect car for me and he made it easy and fun. Very happy with the whole experience.

My first Mitsubishi, after 3 weeks with the car I can say I am very much impressed.
Dillon assisted me throughout the process and the car so far is delivering everything he promised.
He explained in details the difference between each trim and models as I was contemplating more than 1 model to choose from.
He was very knowledgeable about the difference between finance and lease as well. If you are thinking about a Mitsubishi just look for him, it may make your decision easier.

It was a great experience buying a car with Mitsubishi! They answered all the questions (we had so many). They, specially Dillon and Richard (Mitshubish London), were very patient, responsive and effective to help to us finding the best deal for us. We definitely recommend Mitshubish!

Purchased a 2023 RVR and Wesley was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable, and his natural enthusiasm made the process very enjoyable. Further, he was very patient with my father-in-law despite a slight language barrier - I appreciated this on a personal level and every question that was posted to Wesley, he patiently explained and stood in the rain to make sure we were all set and all our inquiries were handled. The only issue I would mention concerns one of the managers (not Wesley) : there was a slight mistake on the financing end that was not properly communicated to my father-in-law, and he just wanted the mistake to be acknowledged. The one manager was a little patronising and tried to suggest it was a problem of our comprehension and repeated several times "this is just simple math" - excuse me, but I have a PhD and am a professor, and I had to gently push back a few times by stating "we understand the math.the issue is one of communicating the issue clearly with my father-in-law. " Again, Wesley was great, understood, and apologized. Besides that issue, we had a really wonderful experience and appreciate the whole staff at London Mitsubishi.

The service center at this mitsubishi is amazing! They have PHEV trained specialists and have impeccable service. I loved my interactions with Amanda. She was always accommodating, warm and welcoming. The rest of the team was also very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience at Redline Mitsubishi and I especially came from Brampton all the way to London. Louis helped me to Find the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. As well As Richard helped me to get financing Done on time. I have never spoken to a more condescending and un-informed parts guy in my 25 years of fixing cars.

I caled for pricing and availability on an exhaust part and ended up getting a long windded lecture about how i must replace the o2 sensors and if I used aftermarket sensors it would void the warranty on the vehicle.
I have some news for you.

1 mitsubishi cars are not special they are not the space shuttle. They are mediocre cars with awful resale value.

2 mitsubishi dose not have a magical oxygen sensor factory. They buy them from NTK or Bosch just like every other OEM in the world.

3 This car is like 8 years old and no longer has any warranty and even if it does I doubt this dealer would stand behind it.

We ended up sending the exhaust part out to a stainless exhaust shop and had a perfect part made for less than 1/4 the quoted price.

I swapped over the original o2 sensors and yah no it didn't explode.

My advice to the parts guy is be careful how you talk to people at other shops because you might come to find they know more than you.
