I was disappointed today! I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before my nails were started. I was supposed to have a mani and a pedi; the pedi was lovely, but the mani was just a polish change. She only cut, filed, and coloured my nails for the mani. No moisturizer, cuticle oil, hand massage, hot towel, or anything of the sort! But I was charged for a full mani. They also didn’t have anything close to the colour I wanted for my nails and they cut my fingernails really squarely… It really just seemed like they overbooked themselves and were rushing super fast to make up for it. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Best nail salon in London! Sweetest girls that work there and they really care about their clients! Miki normally does my nails and always does an amazing job!

They are so friendly and aim to please. The best place I've been to in a long time. I drive 30 min to go and see these ladies and they never disappoint.

Wonderful! 100% recommend. I’ve been here a few times and always a very pleasant, relaxing experience. Today I came for my wedding nails with my bridal party, they surprised me with a drink, bouquet of flowers and bridal sash, I felt so special! It was such a wonderful way to spend the day.

This was my second visit to London Nails Club, and Kay did an amazing job on a re-fill with colour change. She was very attentive to details like uniform thickness of nail, and congruent shape. It is very evident that Kay is passionate about her work through her diligent performance. She was very kind and polite, and offered suggestions about colour undertones, which I found to be very thoughtful gesture! She was understanding when I had sudden change of mind for colour, and motivated to find a polish that matched a colour I picked out (that initially was powder only). Kay’s assistance demonstrated to me that she values the concerns from her clients, and I would highly recommend her service!
I intend to return again due to this wonderful experience!

While she did a good job on my nails, she was very rude, and aggressive while handling my hands.

She burnt me with the electric file twice as she was rushing to finish.

At one point, she spoke in her language about me in which other technicians came over to look at my hands. Not telling me why. I felt outcasted and embarrassed.

She up and left after my last coat without even an acknowledgement that I was done so I just got up and paid assuming I was finished and I just wanted to leave.

I'm not the type to speak up but I felt this whole appointment was demeaning.

I cannot recommend this place.

Come back to get my nails done and it different owners. Service not the same when Tami own it. Not friendly, shop not clean. They speak Vietnamese all the times make me feel so uncomfortable

When I had to go back because my big toe was smudge. Was told that toe nails were dry. Went back to get it fix, they a acted upset and was very rude. They hurt my toe replying the nail polish. Never apologized for the inconvenience of having to come back. They made me feel that it was an inconvenience to them to fix there mistake.

Im reallly happy with my nail, this was second time that I did my nail here, and this is my nail after almost one week! Its great

I've been going to Tammy and her girls for years. They do a fantastic job but most importantly, her nail salon is clean and the tools are properly sterilized! I'd definitely recommend her nail salon.

Love love love been coming here for over a year and I always have a great time and walk away with amazing nails feeling like myself again!

So I went to get a shellac manicure and they decided to put "gel/acrilics" on my nails without my permission and I have beautiful long nails that they ruined because of this and broke one of my nails and put polish on it and didn't tell me. When I found out they put acrilics on me I came back and explained how brittle and broken my nails are. They didn't care and sent me away with no help or offer of help and got mad at me. I was heartbroken I had been growing my nails for a year since being a nail bitter. Now I'm back where I started. I didn't
Yell or get upset quiet frankly I was sad that this happened and they simply showed no care.: (Definitely only cared about money and that's sad

Seriously Tammy the owner rocks. I was looking for a new salon for pink and white acrylics and she provided awesome skills and service. A true talent!

I only go here to get my nails done. Tammy and her girls are always hilarious and do the most for brides and their bridesmaids. Highly recommend, especially for wedding parties!

First time at the salon and had a great time! The owner was amazing fitting myself and my friends in.

Rushed, didn’t care just wanted to go fast to get to the next client. Cut me twice. Couldn’t do any design and rude.

Tammy and her staff are always very friendly and helpful when I get any services done at the salon. It is very clean and my manicures and pedicures have always been excellent. Highly recommend this salon!

I went in there to simply have my gel nails taken off. They convinced me to try dip nails instead. No exaggeration when I say they took over 2.5 hours and three people working on my nails. One even yelled at me when I said I didn’t like the dip and wanted it taken off because they absolutely destroyed the shape of my nails and even cut me which caused me to bleed. That same lady also said an inappropriate comment about my friend and I making us uncomfortable. I had exams and couldn’t sacrifice anymore time so I said I wanted to just have everything taken off but the owner kept insisting to try and fix them! Fix what? My bloody nails and awful shape you caused? Despite the terrible service, my time wasted, and leaving with a terrible removal job, they charged me $30. Don’t go here.

I had come here years ago and way very unhappy with the services - I saw it is now under new ownership and decided to try it again. Everyone working there has been extremely pleasant. The quality of work is great - they actually care about what they are doing and try to make things exactly how you want. The space is very clean now too - they even put liners in the foot basins and autoclave their instruments. I am very happy I gave this place another shot! I highly recommend coming here!

Excellent day! I really enjoyed my pedicure today and it was some of the best customer service! I enjoyed the conversation and eye contact. The attendant even helped me put my socks back on after the pedicure. Very clean place! I like the location since I had to get a few groceries so it worked out great!
