Dr. Hopper is the best. She very obviously cares about your animal's health and is just overall a great person. The rest of the staff are friendly and caring also.

I had previously taken my pets to Dr Hopper at King Animal clinic and now London North Animal Hospital. Dr Hopper genuinely cares for the animals as if they were her own.
We recently had an issue where our puppy, Jack, was barking like a goose after a 2 day stint at a daycare. She quickly squeezed us in on a Friday night to ensure he had all necessary meds incase it got worse over the weekend!
Dr Hopper has cried along side me as my first cat, at the age of 18, took her last breath in my arms while she administered her meds. Her and her staff were amazing in helping me cope with this horrible situation.
Her thorough analysis and recommendations always put me at ease that my puppy and kitty are in good hands!
I would recommend her clinic, from the friendly staff at the front and the adorable greeters Apollo and Stella!

Dr. Hopper has cared for my labrador retriever since he was 2 months old. From the outset, she showed genuine care for his well-being and advised me on how I could do things differently (e.g, my puppy was growing to be a bit overweight and she gently gave me advice about how to help him lose some weight). When various problems arose, she always addressed them immediately and he was feeling better in no time. When he was set to be neutered, a few hours before his surgery, we learned that he had ingested quite a bit of wire (he had chewed through the cord of a fan the night before - silly boy!) and Dr. Hopper made sure the surgery was done safely. He ended up being just fine and it was all because of her and her technicians' care to make sure he was safe and could go through surgery as planned. My dog is always delighted to go there and see Dr. Hopper - the only time he is okay walking away from me is when we go there and he dashes in to see everyone. We are so lucky to have her and her team and can't recommend them enough!

I am very happy with the clinic. The staff are friendly and knowlegable and they always get me in for an appointment as soon as needed which is so comforting to know I can depend on them. My dogs have been going for years and have been well taken care of by Dr. Hopper. The important thing for me is that I trust that the procedures when done are necessary and done well. Would highly recommend going here

I've been taking my 18 year old cat here for a few years now after I moved into the area. Dr Hopper has been so caring and helpful for ever visit. Anytime I was a over concerned pet mama I had no problem getting an appointment. My sweet yoda had no problem coming here. He was treated with kindness and respect. When it was time to say goodbye I was given the information I needed and the support from not only Jen but from reception. I loved how she pet him in his last moments and the kind words that was said to my sweet boy.
Thank you for being such a kind and helpful vet to me and yoda during this long hard long road.

This clinic is chock full of absolutely incredible, compassionate, and knowledgeable individuals. Everything was always explained clearly and followed up post treatment. Being a first time dog owner I was worried about my dog being scared of the vet and the staff here completely proved me wrong. Their obvious love and care for animals made what could be a stressful experience into a positive one for both me and my dog.

I could not recommend them more and am so grateful to the staff.

They really helped me and my puppy in our time of need. They are a bit expensive but they seem to know my pet.

Duck has been going here for 3 years and I just wanted to say thank you! I followed Dr. Hopper from her previous clinic downtown where she cared for my English Bulldog. My French bulldog Duck (yesterday) got a bad ear infection and when I came home from work after 6pm they still called me back to get her in next day. She’s feeling so much better already. I really wanted to just say thank you to all the staff and everyone for helping me when my baby was in distress.

Great staff and great service. Always super easy to drop my dog off and easy to understand payment and billing.

I've always had the best of experiences with the team at London North Animal Hospital, (really, Dr. Hopper is wonderful) but recently Laura stepped out from the crowd going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, when we needed it! Specifics notwithstanding, she made it clear that the team's core values include making clients and their furry companions feel like an important part of the family.

We take our rabbit to North London Animal Hospital. We had already had a very positive experience with Dr. Hopper when our guinea pig had to be euthanised at the former King St.location. The staff is excellent and we have confidence in Dr. Hopper's care and advice for our rabbit.

I like Dr. Hopper and the LNAH staff. I am confident my cats are in good hands. They are a warm and welcoming practice with a knowledgable team of professionals. I feel comfortable asking any questions and sharing any worries about my cats health. It’s been a positive experience for both myself and my cats.

Great clinic; ladies at the front are very kind and organized. Always ask if I need my invoice printed and send off with a "take care". Its the small details that matter and London North Staff go above and beyond.

Dr Hopper is amazing, She has such a heart for animals. She looked after my Rocky for years and was so good with him. I've since adopted an older overweight cat Belle which has just been diagnosed with diabetes. She has been so good at helping me through that, it's sad when cats get overweight then get diabetes. Her staff Danielle and Nathan are so great, I know my cat is in good hands. Thanks for all you do! Kathy

Dr Hopper and staff were so good to my little guy! I can't thank them enough. We are a new patient and will return when needed. The facility is very fresh and clean. We really left feeling like we got the best care for our cat. Recommend!

Dr. Jennifer Hopper is the consummate veterinarian. She has been my vet for a number of years, taking care of my cat Tigger, and at present my cat Marley. She is passionate about animals and demonstrates this passion through her excellent care for and knowledge/understanding of animals. Her staff are prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend London North Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for excellent care for their pets.

Helping the most vulnerable says a lot about who we are. Dr. Hopper and staff are right up there with all the other heroic health care workers. Just ask Sammy, a homeless cat with a serious foot infection and the most beautiful green eyes you've ever seen. Sammy was given the best medical care which saved his life. Sammy will now have a chance for happiness in his new loving forever home. Thanks to Dr. Hopper and staff for their expertise, care, compassion and commitment to all animals. If Sammy could give more than 5 stars, he would!

I have been bringing my cat Penny to this clinic for the last 4 years and have always been very pleased with the service. Last week Penny was vomiting and not doing well and we were seen right away by Dr. Hopper. Thank you so much for your wonderful care I was so worried and am very relieved that she is back to herself and doing well. Thanks also to Heather who was so kind and caring. This is the best place to bring your pets!

I took our family cat in and was very skeptical because this is our other child. We live in the area and decided to give this clinic a try and was VERY happy with the serives received from Dr. Hopper. 10/10 would reccomend to all animal lovers who care for their pets!

I have been going to this place since it opened a few years ago with my cat always been very happy. The doctor and helpers are nice and give very good advise, a very nice place to go bringing your pet.

I have known Dr. Hopper for the last 15 years and trust her completely with my pets. We have been bringing our family pets to her since she was at her last clinic and she has never let us down. We recently lost our elderly cat and even though it was a devastating loss, the staff and Dr. Hopper made us feel very comfortable and cared for. We cannot thank everyone there enough.

Great peaple to deal with. They were in London at Pet Smart and that's where we adopted this cuty Diamond. Great addition to our family.

The staff are great at this Vet Clinic as is Dr. Hopper. They go above & beyond with care for our dog Marley. If your animal has been treated at the clinic they follow up with phone call to check on your pet. They truly care about their animals! Operating hours are the best.open to 10 pm through the week. Dr Hopper is also proactive and will refer to a specialist when needed.
