I had an appointment with Kelsey for a BBL treatment. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She offered me options to aid in my comfort during the process. She also let me know what she was doing, as she was doing it. This made me feel at ease.
As someone who has experienced BBL from several different technicians, I highly recommend Kelsey.

I had my teeth Professionally whitened today by Sandra and WOW, they’re so white and I had a rest during the whole procedure. I’m happy I didn’t use a home whitening kit because there’s a big difference. Thank you Sandra.

Previous to coming to LPS, I was going somewhere else and seeing no results. Ever since getting consistent hydra facials with Kelsey, I instantly see results and am starting to love my skin! Kelsey is so knowledgeable and thorough and doesn’t act like a sales rep just trying to force product/services on me, which is definitely appreciated!

My experience with London Plastic Surgery Clinic has been amazing. I have had two plastic surgeries, lip injections and botox.

The procedures (Tummy Tuck, FaceLift) were done by Dr Matic who is very easy going yet truly professional and caring. No complications, no issues, healed very well with natural results. I was given good solid advice on pre and post care. Dr Matic is firm when he needs to be so I understand what I needed to do to have the best results. I appreciate his high standard for excellence.

The Aesthetic procedures I had done were also done with excellence. The staff always accommodated my time schedule and made every effort to get me in and out promptly. The results were again wonderful without looking “done”. It was natural and gave me the boost I needed.

Everyone working at this clinic really seems to love what they do and the atmospheres is positive, friendly, and helpful. If something isn’t going to work for you they are honest and do not push treatments you don’t require, or won’t work for you.this I found to be very refreshing.

Dr Matic has created a clinic that makes you feel welcome and the staff truly reflective his vision.

Dr. Matic - A phenomenal doctor. He did my primary nose job and then we decided to do a revision almost a decade later (because of how my body healed and changed over time, not because of any surgical deficiencies from the first round). Extremely satisfied immediately after both surgeries. Excellent bedside manner, down to earth, takes the time to listen and explains things thoroughly. I‘ve recommended him to everyone since 2014 and still rave about his work to this day.

The staff - Everyone is so friendly and kind. Even staff I didn’t deal with directly during my appointments were quick to help and engage in friendly banter. These little interactions go a long way!

Nurse Mariam & Vicky B - I wanted to leave a special thank you to these two, specifically. Literal angels! So patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. My pre- and post- Op anxiety went from a 10 to 2 with their help.

Kelly was so good with understanding my issues regarding skin dryness as well some aging factors. She was very open and respectful to my needs as a deaf person. I felt totally respected, valued and especially treating me with equality and not with ignorance. Highly recommended Kelly especially she’s realistically in my age group bracket (late 40’s-50’s). I was clueless about skin care so Kelly was so gracious to suggest trying samples before purchasing. This meant total integrity in business practices and not just someone trying to sell me products that might not benefit me or meet my needs. Kudos! I’m glad to be walking by and just made inquiries and bam! I got in to do a hydro facial session…wonderful experience indeed!

If you want the job done properly this is the place to go. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous. They will make you feel at home.
