Called on a Friday evening at 4: 30. With a back up in our main bathroom of shower bathtub and toilet. Within a hour of phone call Elliot was here and took care of these issues. Also gave recommendation on future care to prevent from happening again. 10/10 would recommend

A few months ago I had a leak from my upstairs shower through my ceiling into a speaker. I called around to a few places and everyone told me it would be at least a week until they could come take a look.

Elliot called me back within the hour and was there the next day. He was incredibly kind and professional. He gave me the options and we had it fixed in under a week.

I really can’t say enough good things about Elliot. I was in a very emotional state due to other things (my cat being very sick and on the verge of passing away) and he came and sat with me to make sure I was ok.

I will 100% recommend this company in the future and have to anyone I know with any plumbing issues.

My partner and have been using London Plumbing for several years now for all of our rental properties. We had the same tech come out and install a hot water tank and sump pump battery back up. Super easy to deal with. Will be recommended.

INCREDIBLE NEXT DAY SERVICE is uncommon these days, but Elliot has done it twice. He installed a new sump pump and alarm for me the next day and install the toilet for my mother-in-law the next day. Not only does he do good work, but he is highly personable, and easy to talk to. You gotta get this guy!

Called London plumbing to install an outdoor tap. Elliot booked an appointment with me to install the tap within a few days of me talking to him. Elliot showed up and did a great job! Definitely recommend!

Great work London Plumbing! Thank you for coming out so late. My mother is a senior and she had told me today London Plumbing never charged them. We really do appreciate this as she is on a pension.

If I could give zero stars I would but the system won't le me. Before Christmas, I called for a faucet replacement. Apparently my faucet in my ensuite is old and poor quality (I know.that's why I needed to replace it). Instead of just replacing it, I hear about how "we don't even do these jobs anymore" (then why take the job?) There was much swearing and complaining about the access to the pipes (again, that's why I called a plumber to do it). The next morning I woke up to a puddle on the floor and a buckled ceiling in the room below the faucet repair. After returning to fix the leak, I was told to get three estimates for the drywall repair of the leak. I did that. After calling back many, many times, I was told "we will get back to you". I respectfully called, left messages, and texted but NO RESPONSE. It got to the point that my number was blocked (my number went straight to voicemail every time, but if I used a friend's phone, I got an answer until they realized it was me calling about the repair job). Not only did they take my money for the "repair", but I now have to pay for drywall install and repair. IF I COULD DO IT MYSELF I WOULD. THIS IS WHY I CALLED A PLUMBER! I am very frustrated by the lack of response and professionalism. I have never left a review publicly before, particularly a bad one. But since this company refuses to take my calls, return my calls and texts, or even respond to me at all, I feel like I had no other avenue but to warn others about it.

Great job! Elliott is a true professional and knows his stuff. We had our drain "unclugged" 7 months ago and it backed up again, so upon calling the original company they said we were out of luck as it was later in the evening and had to deal with it till later on the next day. Called london plumbing and within an hour he was here getting to work. He was very very thorough and didn't just do one pass and leave but two passes and several tests to ensure that it all worked correctly. Will only be calling london plumbing from now on!

After calling around to get quotes for my elderly mom's clogged kitchen sink, this was the best price I could find. Very responsive and professional. Came in the same day and fixed the issue! He even pointed out future maintenance that can help prevent further issues. 5/5!

I called London Plumbing for a job and they came over quickly. They had great service and I would definitely use them again if I have a plumbing issue in the future.

Update - March 26,2023: called London Plumbing again three years later after my first review above. They remembered us from the first time we had them out, and they sent the same plumber again to our house to unclog our basement drain in no time. Grant was so nice and helpful and it was nice to see him again. I will keep calling you guys whenever we have a plumbing need. Thank you!

Wow! I called to see if someone could come and look at our water blockage (on a Saturday), and Elliot came out within the hour. After 40 minutes of work, he cleared the blockage, which was just tree roots. Other companies said they wouldn't try to cut out the blockage and recommended other services, which would be thousands of dollars. Elliot was knowledgeable, professional, resourceful, and friendly. We are so thankful for his help resolving this issue and for the cost we paid compared to other quotes. They will be our first call anytime we have a plumbing problem moving forward. Thanks again for the outstanding service.

We had a leak into our basement.

He located the problem —a leaking toilet, very quickly!
He explained the problem to us, fixed it and replaced the ring on a second toilet exactly the same to avoid it leaking in the future.

My elderly parents had an emergency water leak in their toilet. They called London Plumbing and got service the same day on the weekend.
The plumber did not follow the specific request to replace a comfort level toilet with a new one. He installed a regular height toilet and when the mistake was noticed he was notified and asked to correct the error. The plumber ordered the comfort height toilet.
My parents called the plumber daily to get updates and the plumber became increasingly rude. No patience was shown to senior customers.
When he installed the new comfort level toilet he was unfriendly and showed zero customer service.
At the end of the day yes, they stopped the leak and replaced the toilet.

I had London plumbing come to my house and fix a broken pipe in my roof. The workers were efficient friendly and they stayed very professional for their entire stay.

Elliot came through with less than 24 hours notice, he was professional, friendly, quick and had good diagnostics and advise. Looking forward to working with him in future.

A very pleasant experience.
Had an issue with some pipes in the basement and had to shut my water off.
Called and got an answer right away at around 12pm, and by 3pm he was in, fixed everything and was done.
Everything is working great and was friendly, great with my dog and a pleasure to deal with!

They showed up really fast and fixed the backed pipes immediately. Elliot was very capable and I was quite happy with his work.

We had called this plumbing company because there was an emergency with our plumbing and they came within an hour which is probably the only pro. The person that came with nothing and said he would come again in the morning and never showed up. The company doesn't seem like they really care for their customers and it shows. Definitely would not recommend whatsoever.

First day did not show up, and I had to call them to find out they had emergency call and had to change time. Then told me the price for an hour would be $180, so make sure I had everything ready. I had a replacement part from the tap company which the owner said was too big and he had to go to the store to get part, while constantly telling me he wouldn’t be able to fix it. He went again to store as did not have right size Allen key. I think he charged me for both these trips, when his lack of equipment Allen Key had nothing to do with me? I was charged $344 to fix a faucet and clean a sink drain. They act like this is no big deal! This to me is unbelievable pricing, considering the original conversation where he seemed to be trying to save me money! I feel as a woman, just like going to a mechanic, this was price gouging. I will never call this plumber again. $180 an hour? Outrageous and cleaning an Ikea drain that I could clean myself. This drain I put together myself, but they bring in this rotor, really?

Fast & efficient! We called & they arrived 15 minutes later! Problem solved in less than 1 hr. Great service that I would reccomend to anyone! I would also reccomend not putting coffee grinds down your drain! Oops

Frans and his apprentice did a wonderful job. They were able to identify the source of the leak and make repairs all in one visit. We appreciated Frans advocating for us as we're in a condo and we're trying to accommodate another unit and the maintenance team. I felt confident having Frans in our corner. We would definitely use the services of London Plumbing and Frans Voogt again.

Just had a consult with this company. While they did provide some good information on what is required for the job i need, there sales tactics were deplorable. When it was suggested that i provide the required materials for the job, the OWNER said that he would not do the the work. What amounted to 'commercial bullying' the OWNER was basically forcing me to use his materials at a substantial cost to me. Ostensibly padding his bill. After some further discussions the OWNER seemed to be downplaying my job as he repeatedly mentioned that there was always someone requiring his services and that he lets his work speak for itself. When the OWNER advised me that he was going to bill me for the consult, and that the $100 charge was below his usual $200 fee, i had had enough. The owner was insinuating that he was doing me a favor and that it was only a $100 for his expertise. I did not pay the bill nor do i recommend dealing with this company. They MAY do good work, but i found their sales approach offensive. Seems this company only responds to reviews that are positive. I wish i had good things to say but i did not use this company after the initial consult. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.

Great company to hire for plumbing work of all kinds. My recent painting client needed plumbing work and I referred them for the job. She was very happy with the quick and clean turnaround. I've hired these guys to do any job for my commercial and residential clients and my own rental properties.

These guys were great! Bought a new water heater for our business and booked a service appointment in advanced. They showed up on schedule and where done in no time. Nice and clean work. My neighbour who owns a hair salon referred me to them and I would recommend them too!
