Overall disappointing job. They missed spots, didn’t move any furniture. I had to spot clean after the left.

I had a good experience getting my ducts and furnace cleaned! The technicians were friendly and they let me know in advance that they would be later than originally expected, which I appreciated.
My furnace is an older style and it wasn’t properly turned back on after the cleaning. When I reached out they made sure to get someone here the same day and made sure it was back on before they left.
Overall my experience was good and I am glad I got the service done!

Excellent, friendly service. The lead technician showed me also that our brand new furnace was leaking and because of his help, I have someone coming to fix the leak today. They showed me all the dust in some of my intake vents, and it was incredible. I will be using them again in the recommended 3 to 5 years repeat service. Thank you for your excellent help.

I recently hired London Steam to do a much overdue duct cleaning service. I was extremely happy with their work, their friendliness and professionalism. Will for sure use again.

Left a mess in my house. Dust and dirt everywhere after they did a duct cleaning. Dirt, and garbage on my washing machine, my drier, my clean clothes, my hangers were all on the floor, left garbage on the floor in my basement. Didn't bother sweeping or cleaning or anythin. Also threw dirt, garbage and a dirty rag in my sink in my laundry room. DO NOT RECOMMEND
