The receptionist was very unprofessional told me she could not help me but helped other people who did not even have a appointment she seemed very racist as she we was being mean to me but to other patients she would smile and help them out very disrespectful and very disappointed.

I’ve been here a few times, and I haven’t really had an issue until my latest appointment. The secretary that was in was so rude and nasty. The last time I had been in, I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Doing this one with a full bladder, I casually asked the secretary if she knew how long the wait was. She literally raised her voice and angrily told me that other people had nothing to do with me. She then kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain it was just because I had a full bladder. Her reaction was completely uncalled for. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day, though that’s no excuse. If that’s how she treats people all the time, she has no business being employed there.

The lady that did my ultrasound was amazing, and so great with everything. I have a medical condition and she was very understanding and gentle.

I still recommend this place because the techs are great. Just don’t ask McCranky pants at the front desk any questions, or she’ll have a hairy canary all over you.

They were all friendly an efficient, a did get called in earlier than expected.

I got my neck x-rayed and they included my eyes without informing me, exposing them to x-ray radiation. Very unprofessional and clearly not well educated on x-rays. I won't ever be going back to this place again and I advise you to do the same.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The ultrasound tech, I'm not sure of her name (but she had short brown hair) was personable, professional and very skilled at her job. I was able to view my imaging online within hours. Dr Banner also reviewed my report and it was uploaded to my file within 12 hours. I just can't get over how efficient this clinic is. I would recommend any of my friends or family to come here. Thanks for the seamless experience!

I had appointment today for my wifes at this location unfortunately we got the ruddest and unprofessional teachnecian she is tall skiny old lady with glasses i dont know her name. Try to not to get her if you have x ray appointments
