I’ve had many ultrasounds here and they’ve all been great but today we had Michael and he is FANTASTIC! He took the time to make sure we understood what we were looking at and all of our questions were answered. He was polite and caring and made the experience comfortable and exciting!

They don’t even deserve 1 star!
This place is insane, Worst experience I ever had. First time the nurse was rude during ultrasound and second time when I went there they told me my appointment was not confirmed and they can’t help me so come in next time? And next time no slots available!
Are you serious?
With my busy schedule, we are very busy with 2 kids already. It was a morning appointment 10 o’clock. Drop my kid to school and took of from my work, told my husband to stay a little to watch the small one as soon as I come home, so he can go to work but these people are saying I never confirmed my appointment. Infact I confirmed 3 time. And the receptionist kept saying sorry we can’t help.

How about my loss? It was your fault, ur department fault! And Me and my family paying for it. Never coming back here!

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and have been to several ultrasounds thus far. Usually the appointments are fine but a few weeks ago, I had an appointment and Michael was my tech. He blew me away. Took the time to explain everything as we went along. Answered any questions I had. Was very friendly and nice the whole time through and I was more comfortable than I have ever been at a medical screening. He deserves a raise! Genuinely the best tech I've ever met in my whole 30 years of life. I would recommend everyone ask for him directly!

I’m leaving this review for Ultrasound Tech Micheal. My husband and I love when it’s him preforming the ultrasound. He is very informative, lets you know what you are looking at, and above all he is so kind. Thank you Micheal for going above and beyond and truly showing that you have a passion for your job.

Ive had very positive experiences here for ultrasounds. My husband is able to attend all appointments with me for the FULL duration and I am able to watch along the whole time on a large tv. Michael T is especially exceptional at his job.

I have been attending this clinic for both of my pregnancies. Each time I was seen in timely manner and treated professionally. Michael T was the best ultrasound technician we have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us using clear language and overall just made sure we had great experience. Last time we had a doctor available on site, he was able to talk to us right after the scan and that was an amazing experience since we didn’t have to wait to see family physician for the results. Also reception staff were very nice. Highly recommend this clinic for diagnostic imaging.

Te technician cancels last minute don’t rebook appointments when it’s something that they already pushed back to last minute when dr needs this done. Most unreliable unprofessional place ever

Strongly recommend. My Wife and I are expecting our first child. We have visited this clinic 3 times to date. Each visit has been excellent to say the least. Friendly staff, short wait times and clean facilities. Michael T has been a pleasure to deal with each visit. His calming tone was so comforting for us as first time parents. He explains each process very thoroughly, and was knowledgeable in answering all our questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and care throughout this journey.

This place is pretty awesome. The reception is quite friendly, but the techs make it out of this world. Michael T. Is absolutely fantastic, we never want to go anywhere else for ultrasounds again. Thanks a bunch Michael!

I had visited this place for my chest X-ray, the staff was (reception) really really great. She was super dedicated and helpful. I didn’t had to wait even a minute to get my X-ray done.

Really nice staff. The technologist was really sweet. He made me so comfortable. This was my first ever ultrasound and he made the process really smooth. Receptionists were also really nice. Good customer service.

Had an ultrasound here. The receptionist is very welcoming. Meredith did a great job. The doctor also checked up later and is helpful. The staff here are super nice and patience! Best experience!

We’ve had Michael twice now for the EFTS and Anatomy scan and he was not only friendly but so knowledgeable, I felt much more at ease knowing he was with us and reviewing our scans. Thanks Michael!

Very polite secretary addressed everyone that walked in, man that did my ultrasound was so polite and courteous explained everything he was doing, he asked any blood pressure problems etc, was patient even when baby wouldn’t stop moving on him, definitely be going again hope to get him next time again

I had my 20 week anatomy, scan, and it was the best experience ever! Thank you so much to the incredible Michael, who made it even that much better of an experience for me! He was so informative and knowledgeable, and made me feel extremely comfortable!
