I bought my Hyundai Elantra from Airport Hyundai over ten years ago. They have always been amazing and the staff has always been very helpful with any questions or problems that I have had with my vehicle. This is the first time ever that I have won a big prize. A 58 inch smart TV. I'm so excited.

The sales associate Curtis LeBlanc is a delight to have show you around.he is incredibly knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells and makes sure you know and understand all the wonderful features. If I could give zero stars, I would are you a customer who wonders why it’s always taking you 6 to 8 weeks to get an appointment? Have you ever possibly giving them a low scored survey? Because if you have guess what you’ve been considered a non-priority customer and even if there was an appointment availability for the next day Their staff has been informed to book you 6 to 8 weeks out. Isn’t that kind? So much for surveys being there for them to better themselves? And talk about asking employees to do things that are outside of their job, description or refusing to pay them The agreed upon wages, and then firing them with no real grounds other than refusing to do a job that is not their job on top of getting paid less than what they’re supposed to. The service manager should not be in the position he’s in. He is absolutely the worst kind of human. So you have been warned if you wanna get timely service, make sure even If you received bad service, make sure that survey is good or you’ll be waiting forever.

Manpreet offered detailed and valuable information, fostering a low-stress, respectful interaction. Patiently explaining options and respecting our decisions, she set a positive tone. Chris efficiently managed paperwork, and the team accommodated our needs. Despite initial dissatisfaction with the one-year warranty, the manager extended it by an additional year, addressing our concerns. Additionally, Mani assisted in the car pickup process, contributing to an overall positive experience at the dealership.

Genti was hands down the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership before. He helped me get the car I wanted, he was never pushy on any services. If I had any questions on the car he was quick to respond and made me feel like I wasn’t bothering him. I’ve already told friends and family on how great he treated me! Just picked up my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid, and I couldn't be happier! Going in to Hyundai, I thought I was firmly set on the new IONIQ 5 - having had a 2019 IONIQ Plug-In Hybrid, I loved the Plug-In feature and wanted that with the new SUV model. Obviously I came to learn that the IONIQ 5 was completely electric (not ready for that yet), and had a 2 year wait list to boot! Chris and Sam both helped guide me through finding the perfect car for my needs as a busy mother of 2. I was so pleasantly surprised when my car miraculously came in the first week of December - roughly 2 weeks after I put my deposit in for the supposed year-long waitlist. I know that was a very lucky bit of timing, but I still am BEAMING because Christmas came early for this working mother! Definitely let Airport Hyundai help make your own Christmas miracle come true.

After purchasing my car from Hyundai and particularly from this showroom, it was and is my expensive experience I have ever had. Everytime you go there, they give you $1500 bill for service and when you do it actually doesn’t make any difference. Strongly Recommend NOT TO BUY a car from this showroom.
1. I told them to do service on Transmission but they did not do because if they do then they have to troubleshoot for free under 100000Km so they avoided that call and after those mileage refer me to do service. And by that time my transmission actually went bad and that cost me around $5000 from other places.
2. Brakes- same goes for the brakes.

I would especially like to mention Dean and Chris who were very helpful in explaining prices, payment methods and features of the auto we were looking at. We did not feel at anytime that we were being pressured to make a decision. Even the other salesmen were friendly and one offered us a coffee if we wanted one. Bought a 2022 Elantra from this dealership this month and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Our salesman was Dave Lowry and if he’s your guy then you’re guaranteed a five star buying experience. He was a pleasure to work with and he made sure everything was as it should have been and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. The car arrived on time and in immaculate condition with everything as expected. Our experience with Chris Larocque getting all the numbers crunched was also refreshing and amazing. There was no pressure on us at all during any part of the sales process and we walked away feeling amazing about our purchase. Highly recommend these guys and this dealership for anyone buying a new car or getting one serviced.

My vehicle was serviced for Transmission Fluid Flush and then it was messed up by the technician. I moved to Scarborough and the issue started on my vehicle regarding the gear shifting issue. I have contacted their service department and I was advised to bring vehicle to London Ontario from Scarborough. I took my vehicle to nearby Hyundai service station and they advised that Fluid was overly filled at Airport Hyundai. I had to fix the vehicle so I ended up being paid more money to fix the issue; When I asked for the compensation from London Airport Hyundai they are not willingly to pay the compensation. I would not recommend anyone to go this place. I reached out to Owner and Operations manager they did not even responded on it. They do not have value of $233 but it is hardworking money of customer.

PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMER THAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU NEED TO BRING VEHICLE AT THE SAME PLACE.

Purchased Elantra 2022 from London Airport Hyundai. On pickup day there was some sticky stuff like sticker glue on all window frames, I showed to staff then they cleaned it. But second day I noticed the clean frames have scratches and some white stains on it, which looks terrible. Then I talked to Sales person Sam Fadel, He told me to visit the dealership any day and we will fix it for you. I visited there to show them then staff sent me to Service Manager- Andrew Uitterdyk. He went outside to look at the car, and promised me we will fix it for you but you have to leave you car for at least 3-4 hours, He said just email me any time with details and photos then will fix the date time. Later, I email him, He replied same day that - can you get me a photo of your vin and the cluster that shows km. I sent him that as well. From months I didn’t got his reply, I tried so many times again and again email phone calls. But no response. I emailed sales person Sam Fadel with CC Andrew.still no response. What kind of service is this, Nobody expecting.

The feeling in this dealership is very comfortable and family oriented. They listen and provide great service from the time you meet them to the day after you receive your vehicle. I purchased a new car from them and they convinced me to take a gap policy from them (as they might be getting commission) and after i applied for a gap claim for my car they didn't bother about that and never tried any effort to investigate in to that matter, i was denied of getting gap insurance due to the lack of support from them so i never recommend this guys for buying cars, this was my personal experience which was very rude and annoying

We leased a 2020 Kona which now has only 29,000km on it. On a vacation to South Carolina the transmission malfunctioned and even though it is covered by warranty the part is on backorder with not ETA in sight. The car is sitting at Flow Hyundai in Statesville North Carolina waiting to be repaired. We have no means to return home to Canada. Neither Airport Hyundai in London Ont or Flow Hyundai in Statesville has any solution to offer except their sympathy. We have incurred substantial expense for a rental car and secondary accommodations. What good is a warranty if neither dealership takes responsibility or offers assistance in an emergency situation. As it stands, we are forced to make alternate arrangements to return home at our own expense. Our vehicle will remain in North Carolina for an undetermined amount of time. Once home, we will be without a vehicle for the same undetermined amount of time. Neither dealership has offered any explanation as to how or when we will get our vehicle back once it has been repaired.

Always call before you go for your service appointment. Too many times they don't have the parts in stock and you have to come back. Wastes everyone's time. Don't bother using the website to book a service appointment. After spending the time to fully fill out the form with your details, They just call you and ask for everything all over again. Staff admit website is broken.

Sales manager, service manager both of them are rude to customers, no answers for questions as well as lying about services, please don't go there bad service, 3 times car stopped 20 mins away from showroom and no explanation, GM supporting tainted managers, no apologies or waiver.only shouting!

To the owner:

I just saw your review and I would like to mention I was not at all rude with the receptionist, but the people who came to me was acting funny and they did not have the paper work and they did not have answers to my questions on what are the items replaced, no body knows, your sales manager started yelling to leave the office because I asked him questions, he told to leave the property
If I am coming to buya car will you tell me to leave the property?

The sales manager geti, I very rude and unprofessional, he thinks kia belongs to him, the senior managers are supporting him for is blatant behavior which is shocking

I'm sending a letter to kia head office, regarding the whole scenario, you are not working on issues of the car and saying you have done the work, 3 times the car came back with the problems why?

Oct 2021 I came in to this location for the  first time in a recall. I asked how long it would take and was advised 1 hour. I waited 2 hours before inquiring what was taking so long, I was then advised my car was ready no explanation or apology for the delays. During this visit I was having an issue with my heating dial and I asked them to look at it. The service advisor came back and told me it was going to be X + X dollars to fix the issue. I advised them it should be under warranty.  They confirmed it was and had to order the part.

In Dec I followed up and was told this part was still on its way but should be here in January.

Mid January I got a call saying they finally had the part and we arranged an appointment to have it installed  when I arrived it took them over 10mins to even acknowledge me. When asked again I was told that it would be an hour to have this fixed. I asked again for confirmation because of the previous experience.  Then I was told maybe 2-3 hours. At that point I said I wouldn't wait that long and would like a drive home. The service manager came in and told me it would only be one hour because his guys aren't staying past 5 so if it's not done we walk out anyways. I said I'd wait there. 45 mins later the service representative came out and told me they didn't even have my part in stock and there was a mix up. Finally today I got a call saying the part was in. While trying to set up the appointment the rep offered a time that didn't work for me, I advised them of that 3 times and they kept offering it, less than accommodating. I asked for an appointment today and I was told I could come at 3pm, I agreed and then they said no as it wasn't convenient for them to do the work today. I am now waiting another week to potentially have this issue resolved. If I could take this part to another location I would. I was very patient and understanding throughout this whole experience however it has run out.

If you value your time don't spend it here. They have no respect for peoples time over promise and under deliver.

These guys are really awesome, especially the service department and the service manager (Andrew), i had the issues with my 2012 sonata but these guys helped me out throughout the process and treated my vehicle like it’s their own car. Obviously these guys deserve 10 stars but unfortunately i can give maximum as 5. I would highly recommend everyone to visit airport hyundai.

Everyone, do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here & save yourself the troubles of going to this disrespectful and immature playground they call a dealership.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, the Service manager (Andrew) clearly does not care about his customers. He was unprofessional and quite honestly just unkind and not respectful. I raised my concern to Andrew & he would not take responsibility or even have enough respect to hear me out and kept inappropriately interrupting me, I just wanted to have a genuine conversation with him and I ended up being picked on the entire phone call. I want to thank the staff that had the decency to treat me like a human (Chris).

Bought our 2020 Hyundai Elantra from a dealership in Oakville. We needed the tires rebalanced, so we took it here. My husband dropped it off in the morning, and picked it up after work. When he picked it up, he noticed a crack in our windshield. Today I called and spoke with Andrew - the service manager, and I should say, a very sad excuse for a manager. This man should not be in a customer service role, let alone Manager. Andrew told me that from seeing the pictures, it is indeed a fresh crack. Yet, he claimed because it was one of their employees of 18 + years, they trust him and he assured me that it didn’t happen while in his care, even though the car had to be driven on the highway to check the vibration. He stated that they would not be responsible for the crack, but if it was any other employee, they *may* discuss covering HALF. Andrew continued to talk without letting me get a word in, then when I raised my voice to say “Are you going to let me talk? ”, he hung up the phone.

To later call my husband and say that he only wants a civil conversation, and then goes on to tell my husband the same information above, but now that since they can’t prove anything, they’ll be replacing the windshield.

We will NEVER have service done at Airport Hyundai again. What an absolute joke.

Recently, purchased a 2021 Elantra Hybrid. I went into the dealership with really no idea what I wanted to get. However Manny helped me not only in the showroom. But via text and email, dealing with my aloof decision making and tight time frame.
Both Chris & Manny were more than helpful and easy peasy to deal with.
The car was ready at time of delivery with no delays. Lama also made the paper signing process easy and well understood. Both Manny & Chris followed up with me the day after delivery!
Well done team, thank you for your attention and focus

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CARD! BE CAREFUL!
Booked a repair appointment 3 weeks ago and they called to cancel an hour before I was to bring my car in. Rebooked again. Brought my car in to the service department for repairs. They were supposed to take 24 hours. They gave me a loaner car and it was supposed to be a courtesy. (free of charge) They called me a day later saying the car was not ready. They called again the 2 days after saying the car should be ready the next day. I told them I was out of town and they said I could pick it up Monday after my shift. Picked up my car and returned the loaner, paid my bill in full. We walked around the loaner car and the rep said it was in great condition. A day later they charged me an additional $250 on my card! I called the manager to get it reversed and basically told me that he's not covering the last 2 days even though it was his fault! I agreed to ONE DAY and it turned into 6 DAYS because of the service departments issue! Was dealing with Andrew U the service manager, he is very rude and not empathetic towards his customers at all! I am a student and they inconvenienced me way too many times!
THEY ARE BULLIES! GO TO FINCH!

My experience was great at Airport Hyundai. They helped indicating an insurance company which would accept my letter of experience from outside Canada. Manny, who is the sales person, was helpful answering questions even after the deal was closed.

Great dealership, great people. We started our purchase online, and were able to pick up the exact vehicle we built online within a week. Everything was very efficient and professional. Lama Al-Khatib, and Micheal Altomonte were the associates who helped us, they were both wonderful to deal with. Everyone knows Hyundai/kia makes the best new vehicles, this a great dealership to pick one up at in southwestern Ontario.
