Amazing experience. Mary was incredibly helpful with choosing the best floors for my basement. She offered great advice to ensure I chose the right floors for the future use of the basement. The staff were great the communication for delivery and installation. The install was quick. They did an amazing job and tidied everything up afterwards. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use again!

We are very happy with our new hallway and stairway carpeting. It not only brings a fresh new look to the area, it feels great to walk on too. Amanda was a great help and made the process very easy.from listening to our needs and directing us to the right products, to encouraging us to take the samples home so we were confident with our choice. The install was well done and he worked hard for the whole day, staying until the job was completed and the area all clean. Thank you London's Flooring Canada for a job well done!

We had 1500 sq ft of hardwood flooring, the sales team were friendly and very accommodating meeting all our requests and concerns, Patrick the project manager was on top of all accepts of the removal of existing wood flooring and tiles and ALL timeline were dead on. The two team floor technicians that removed and re installed the new floor were of HIGH quality trades people they did a 10 out of 10 high quality job, they were a wizard in quality and accuracy. Our experience with both Mary (helped us select the perfect flooring) and Dave (installed the hardwood) was exceptional from beginning to end. Our big renovation consisted of seven rooms with either carpet or hardwood that needed to be removed and new flooring installed. Mary took that into consideration when providing us with a cost. After receiving other quotes, we decided to go with London’s Flooring Canada (south store) because not only did they have the best product selection and price, but Chris and I felt as though we were dealing with someone we can trust. We were not left disappointed. We could not get over the attention to detail, no matter how small, when it came to the finish product. We cannot be any happier with our new hardwood flooring. It is absolutely beautiful! Thank you to both Mary and Dave…we will highly recommend you to our family and friends!

I had London Flooring Canada install vinyl plank flooring for almost the entirety of my home and could not be happier with the process and results. Lisa, and especially, Mary extended themselves to make this process as stressless as can be. The final product is even better than I imagined. Throughout my dealing with London Flooring, each employee I interacted with was well-versed and response times were very prompt. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. This was a great experience overall, would highly recommend.

Mary is absolutely fabulous to work with! She took the time to go through the selections for flooring, tile and backsplash for our new home. It was such a pleasure to work with her. She was able to answer all of our questions and help us with the selection. We had a last minute change and Lisa was wonderful in working with the builder to make sure that we get the flooring that we want. Can't say enough about London's Flooring Canada great experience highly recommend. Mary and Lisa are the best 5 stars

Service was fine. When it comes to returning unused and packaged material they cannot tell you how much credit you will get back. This is not proper in my opinion. As most people would like this tidbit of information. An easy fix I'm sure.

Great customer service. Helped me patiently with well chosen samples to suit my home. I was uncertain about the flooring replacement. Discussed with me what flooring would be best considering that I have a year old puppy. My initial contact was with Mary. She e-mailed me the same day a detailed estimate of the cost for either carpet or laminate. Carmen helped me narrow down to my final laminate choice and set up an appointment to have my room measured. Kelly also sign out some samples to take to my house. I so appreciate the personal attention and professional thoughtfulness that I have received.

Contacted them two weeks ago via their website and requested some help with a small project I have been working on and I still haven't heard from them. What ever happened to common decency?
