Our server 'Phoenix' had such amazing energy. She was so energetic and enthusiastic and really made the night so much better. Dealing with our party of 14 plus other large parties must be extremely difficult, but she handled it perfectly. She worked extremely efficiently, all while maintaining her composure and energy, and making conversation. The food here is always fantastic, grilled chicken fajitas are always my go-to.

Lone Star Brampton is an amazing restaurant for everyone and their families to eat at! From the staff treating you like family (Dixie is beyond sweet and so friendly) to the extremely consistent, delicious food.it is something that everyone should experience! My family and I have been going since it opened and without question it is always our first choice when deciding where to eat out.

My server Daisy was very helpful and pleasant and the manager Moose was great at assuring everything was going well with our table made for a great experience

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Brampton that I have been to! I have always wanted to stop by here. I came last week and was worth it! My food came fast, hot and fresh. I definitely recommend the fajitas and nachos! Not to mention our server Henny was amazing! She recommended me my meal and did not disappoint! She was so kind and patient which I appreciated! The service was amazing, will definitely be coming back!

I only write reviews when something needs to be changed. Tonight I went out with a friend and we were greeted by a very nice host who was friendly and courteous. Our server wasn't the greatest - We waited for about 10-15 minutes before someone came over to get our order. The Server apologized but I was already disappointed because I almost left. The restaurant wasn't even busy and what bothered me was another server brought her Guests to their table and they were served right away. I am not sure if I would come back. I enjoyed my meal but Service has definitely declined since I have been to a Lone Star Texas Grill location. Customer service is not what it used to be.

Hennessy was my server and she was honestly the kindest server I've had in a long time, didn't disappoint me

To be honest, I think I had the most reasonably priced and best meal of my large party. The Enchiladas were fantastic! They even out-did the fajitas which I consider to be a Lone Star staple.

DO NOT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY FOR HOLIDAYS. Save yourself the trouble as you will not receive restaurant quality service.

Horrible service by a girl called Stardust. We had a group of 5 (with one child) and went around 6 pm on a Sunday when they were not busy.

She read back our entire order with substitutions and still messed up 4/5 orders. When we told another server that we did not receive the correct side orders she talked back rudely saying “that’s not how it works” (referring to our substitutions) and offered to bring the manager, but never did. When we talked to our original server about her mistakes, she offered to bring our sides, but never did. During this conversation, she admitted to providing POOR SERVICE and offered a free dessert, which we did not take. Additionally, when she served our appetizers she did not bring side plates to eat them with, nor did she pick up our menus or garbage, such as straw wrappers (we had to request these to be cleared).

**I followed up with the manager personally after and she also admitted they had poor service due to UNDERSTAFFING. I learned Stardust was working the entire dining room section herself. I feel bad for her as management did not plan better, especially considering it was a civic long weekend. **

I would give negative stars if possible, this place is far below the standard of fast food service.

Went the other night for dinner, our server was sterling. She was amazing! We had our 2 little ones with us and after taking our order to keep them occupied she brought out 4 little dough balls she told them to use it like playdough just don't eat it. Well I must say we have never seen that and what an amazing thing to do! Awesome experience, thanks again sterling!

We enjoyed steak fajitas and shrimp tacos chased down with sangria! Delicious food but the service was amazing! Sunshine was our server and she so attentive and took good care of us. Would recommend sitting in her section. I haven’t been here in a while but I’ll definitely be back and asking to sit in her section!

Had a great dinner at Lonestar. Dixie was our server and did an amazing job. She was quick to great us and took great care of us throughout our visit. The foot was delicious and was served quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. The manager, Queso, came by and was chatting with us as well. It's nice to see a Manger walking around in the restaurant and speaking with customers, it shows care and passion for what he does and the people he works with. Thanks again Lonestar for a great dinner, we will definitely be back.

Horrible experience! The Waitress forgot our appetizer! Another staff member brought it after they brought the food and because we asked them where was the appetizer. To top it off it was cold! They always give you chips and salsa when you get there and she forgot that too! The Chimichanga was tasteless! Not going back! Do not recommend!

Service slow. Food was mah and it has certainly gone down hill. I sent back my salad as the dressing was sour. They still charged me 4.51 $ for my drink.

Took the wife and kids out for a Birthday dinner. First time back for dinning in for a while. Wow the service was the best ever. Waitress Trigger was running the show.great job.

Ordered take out for 8 people. They did it up right. The price seamed a little high untill i saw how much food there was. Food was great. Take out staff was very friendly. Great job.

Okay guys.there are so many things went wrong today. I don’t wana list it and embarrass you guys! But thought let it be it happens as Iam from restaurant business too! But fly in my drink is not acceptable! Sorry guys not coming back here again nor am I gona recommend it to someone else! Wish you guys all the best! It was very dirty. I showed the server and she did not even flinch.food was just just okay.the chicken tasted burnt like over grilled.yes the chips and sauce was okay.overall not a good experience.the line star was for the chips

I visited this place, Nachos were fine, I ordered Fajitas and this is what I found, the chicken was probably an ascetic monk from some Ontario Yoga chicken farm, really, it was so slim that I had problems seeing it in my plate, Pico de Gallo, well who can go wrong with this? Apparently the cook thought that preparing a fresh item like this can be made twice a month, well that's how it tasted. Such a pity because this Fajitas really spoiled my enjoyment of those greatly homemade tortillas, yes they have their own tortilla machine and they cooked them right in there and were perfect. I understand all the issues Restaurant are facing with this "pandemic" but come on guys that shouldn't interfere with doing your food fresh every day. The server was great and I'm not making this up.

We always have a great time when we visit, the staff are friendly and always able to give menu advice when someone is deciding between multiple delicious food options.

Go to place to eat! Great food selection at a pretty good price. Every time we come here we leave satisfied. Also have a few halal options!

This place is famous for forgetting to give you your complete order. This is the third time this has happened. It is better to eat there and check that everything is ok than to receive calls saying that the kitchen forgot something.

Terrible experience no pepper on tables they said they dont have enough pepper shakers for everyone we had to wait until another table is fiinished sked for manager he was down right rude and told us it was a supplier issue asked for a birthday song and they forgot no water was brought out worst restaurant we have ever been to.

This review is based on the takeout service. It's terrible. Dine in is great but I guess because you're going home with it they don't care.
First off portions are smaller for takeout but your paying the same price. Seeing fries were soggy and half cooked.chicken was also half cooked and chewy. The person that gave me the price over the phone over charged me by $3 of what the online menu for take out had give me.

Always pretty quiet here but we love the fajitas. Tortilla tasted a little different this time around but perhaps it was just my palette that day. Service was good, Alligator bites appetizer was good as well

Steak fajitas were too fatty & tough to eat -like shoe leather!
So disappointing as we always have quality food at the Airport location. Would have given 1 star but the Apple Crumble & margaritas were great. Patio music loud & annoying.

This was my first time at this location & IT WILL BE MY LAST! I ordered the steak fajitas for take-out, and was shocked by what I saw! Fatty, grisly "steak"? There was hardly any meat.just fat! How can you treat paying customers like this? Doesn't anyone check the orders before it leaves the kitchen? Or was it because it was take-out and one wouldn't notice till they arrived home? I was so disappointed.

First time at Lone Star with my fiancé it was horrible, the portion of food was pathetic, the beans that were served with the meal were cold and bland as if they came out of can, the waitress TRIGGER just kept saying, beauty while raising one arm (really), I’ll never be back I’ve resided in Brampton for 20 years my first and last, TACO BELL was tastier and at least the four is hot

The quality of food is definitely not the greatest. So many better joints to enjoy some ribs. I wasn’t pleased with my meal at all. Lone star is exactly what this place is.

I placed an order for pickup at 4: 50pm tonight. I arrive at 6: 20 as I ran late at work. They look at the two bags on the counter and neither was mine. I was told that mine is not ready yet. Aftet working 13 hours its frustrating to be told that its not ready yet when I was already 20 minutes late. The manager comes by. I ask if there is an eta in my order. He said 'theyre working on it. Theres a lot of them'. There is now only one take out bag sitting on the counter. 6: 30 comes around an I recieve my order. My question is; how early should I make an order so that it is not 30+ minutes late?

The food and service here is great. The fajita's are a must try. My wife loves the sour key margaritas.

Prices are reasonable and good portions. The food tastes really good and our server was very nice and very pretty as well. We will definitely come back.

Please don’t waste your time and go here. You’re better off going to a fast food drive through. They have poor management and need an entire new team. If any other location is good I apologize because this location is putting shame to your image. When I attended this restaurant they gave me raw chicken wings and when I asked to have them returned they had the audacity to bring back them same plate. I was absolutely appalled with the experience.

It was not terrible. The service was alright, but the food was really lacking. I just expected more from such an establishment. The churros were terrible I would avoid them at the cost they are

Came here on Valentine’s Day weekend. Reservations were easy. Food was great. Manager was amazing. She noticed we had been waiting long for our meals (we didn’t feel it was that long) and ensured our experience was amazing. First restaurant experience after 2 years and it was fabulous - the food and device. We got chimichangas, quesadillas, fish tacos, sizzling chicken fajitas etc.and it was all great!

Came here for my husbands birthday and my family had a great time. Whiskey was our server and she was awesome, she has great customer service and was very nice!

We have been coming to LoneStar Brampton location since August last year and we received consistently great service and food every time. This Sunday was not an exception either. Shout out to the Sunday crew from the Manager to the server and the chef. Better food and service than we have ever recieved at similar franchised restaurants like Boston Pizza, Jackastors, Montanas and yes their prices are still better.

The peppers and onions for the fajitas were raw and the chicken was bland and the tortillas were doughy, beans were undercooked and rice was dry. I also ordered nachos with the same bland chicken toppings were not layered just thrown on top maybe their food is better on site I don't know, but take out was very disappointing won't be ordering again

The service was nice sitting outside on and as was inside.and friendly.and plite and food was perfect with friendly inviroment

If I could give a -5, I would. In all of my life I have never felt the need to share a bad experience over food because nothing is perfect. However, we ordered a fajita bowl and enchiladas and let me tell you that I am still smh the next morning. The food tasted like it was over-nuked. The tortillas were tough as well as the chicken. The food had no taste - sorry the sour cream tasted like it was supposed to. There literally was nothing good to say about my experience, especially for the price I paid. If it were McDonald's I would have just said welp and moved on but for $100 some flavourful and freshness is apparently too much to ask (was also supposed to get Ben and Jerry's ice cream free with my order but nope). Lone Star, this first and last time eating with you, that's how gross my experience was.

Great food, customer service and menu options too! Overall great experience! Margarita's were awesome! Loved the $12.99 flights and the To-Go deals too!

I got steak an it wasnt cooked they way i asked, they boyfriend loved his food but i was upset because i spent $23 on something i couldnt eat!

Service was terrible to the point where we just walked out. We were seated inside with a total of 3 tables to be seat after us. We waited approximately 20 minutes and no one even came to take our drinks order. We eventually walked out when a waitress came and took the order of the 3 tables that came in after us.

Burgers good. But takeout food felt sloppy and thrown in container. Free nachos good touch before appetizers came. Plates missing for chicken wings.
Patio was nice and clean.

I don’t know if there is a bad thing about this place I can say. Food is phenomenal. Waiting for a table is short. Great service, friendly staff, comfortable seating. By far the best queso, fajitas, and salsa ever. Even the free mints you get are good. I highly recommend going here. Go here if you like food.

There were only two other groups outside on the patio and even then it took us about 15 minutes to get our drinks, maybe they were short staffed but there were 2-3 servers outside. As for the fajitas, we ended up getting the veggie ones to try out, mine had about 3 small mushrooms even though it was on the menu as veggie and mushroom fajitas, the second disappointing thing was how many big heads of broccoli were on the skillet, almost impossible to put into the fajita unless you cut it up, plus the skillet was only half full. I wont be going back, for the price we paid it definitely was not worth it if youre havint veggie fajitas.

Worst experience at this location. Service was really bad, plus they don’t come to see if something is needed. They gave us half plates for family, other plates come after the food was cold. Really bad. Even manager they are getting paid they don’t even look how the employees are doing. Pls if you doing business do it better way. Clients are paying here. Give them good service and good experience please. Anyway I won’t visit this location. Better to go some other lone star location.

Really bad customer service, the staff had a breakdown and refused to serve us at the bar, yet recommended us seating somewhere else in the restaurant. And then lied to the manager about the exchange that occured. I clearly had witnesses. Therefore I'm rating them 1 star... A lone star!

Staff are friendly but I had to wait a long time for my food. They gave me my fajita toppings and made me wait 15 more for my steak. Wasn't impressed with the long wait however, food was fresh. Improvement needed.

Celebrated Fathers Day here. The patio was nice at night time! Had a lovely ambiance with the fireplace and decor. The steak fajitas were delicious! My kids loved it. They cant wait to go back!

Bad. Wanted to have a drink on the patio. It was pretty much empty, yet they won't let me in without a reservation. Why? ! There were plenty of places to sit on the patio. I guess they don't need customers. Nonesense.

My wife and I went there on June15,2021. Was told there would be a half hour wait, so we waited. When our table was suppose to be ready.we were told that we had fill out an online questionnaire Why weren't we told this when we said that we would wait. Plus there were 3 ppl.ahead of us and they were sat and we didn't see them fill out any questionnaire. Poor communication between your staff. Our first time there will not go back. PS The 3 ppl came in after we were told it was a half hour wait and they got sat.

Amazing customer service! Workers are so inviting and sweet, specifically Daisy, Belle, and Tabasco. Would recommend this place any day.

I ordered the chicken tacos from here through Ubereats and you can tell the chicken is frozen grilled chicken.it's definitely not fresh. The chicken was also very cold and can't be blamed on delivery because delivery was fast and I live very close to the restaurant. Definitely not ordering from here again. Absolute trash.

The food was average. Nothing special. Neverer had a baked potato with fries on the same plate this was odd.

It was our first time there, and I must say it was not a disappointment. The kids and us enjoyed our food so much. Appetizers, wings and calamari. Omg so good. Especially the calamari if you're into that. The sirloin and NY steak delish. The place is very spacious and the bathroom so clean. I was so happy. Great place to eat and have drinks

Best Tex-mex in Brampton. Chimichanga rocks! I knocked a rating point off because they stopped serving sides with the Chimichanga. Now you pay $18 and only get a Chimichanga

Consistently good food, excellent service and great fajitas-a must have while you are here. Southern style ambiance and a clean restaurant. Prices are on par with other similar restaurants.

Nice, clean but the staff is not very attentive, you will find them chatting all the time, totally ignoring the customers and one time we waited at the reception for 10 minutes and no one came to attend (for seating) so eventually we left and went to another place near by.

It's a chain, so expectations need to be tempered. Service was very friendly but impressively slow this past time.
Value to food ratio getting worse, but that is generally true everywhere. Fresh made tortillas are still great, fajitas were 1/2 onions, the remaining half was meat and peppers.
They were good about refilling the nachos, but it would not have been necessary if the food had taken less than 45 minutes to come out.
I prefer the airport location by a star or two, but lone star is never my first choice.

Thursday June 20th at 3: 20 went to the restaurant amd waited approx 10 minutes walked to the bar could not find one person working. Left after 10 minutes and went to Jack Astors. 3 other people also left and went to Jack Astors. Maybe you are not busy because there is no one to greet and seat your customers so they leave.

Service was terrible. Took 10 mins to get silverware, in turn our food got cold. Waitress never came by to see how we were doing. Then took 20 mins to get the check. Had to ask twice.

Usually never have to wait for a table. Their tortilla chips and salsa are a really great appetizer. Service is always really quick and friendly. Prices are decent. Highly recommend the fajitas which are always fresh and tasty. House made soft tortillas are a perfect texture. The patio is really nice in the summer creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Always have positive experiences every time I come here.

Always get the fajitas and they're quite good. They make the shells right there so they're always fresh and soft

Kitchen was backed up so we had to wait an hour and a half for our food which was okay I guess service was great though. But probably could have done a little more then offer us chips while we starved

I'm not sure I can be ojective. I was so hungry, that even a big Mac would have seemed like 5 star fare, however those ribs were to die for. I recommend this place highly.

We had a party of 11 and service was very VERY slow. The restaurant was not busy. They also got 2 orders wrong. I normally really like Lonestar. The fajitas were good except that we had to wait for the toppings and tortillas a good while after the sizzling meat was delivered.

My family and I enjoy Brampton's Lone Star. The food is consistently enjoyable, and staff are always friendly. We're usually they're once every month or two.
