Food was okay, the waitress was friendly and helpful. I found a live roach walking on the side wall against the table while having my dinner. I then advised the waitress, and she took that roach away with napkin immediately.
However, no one apologized or explained for this till I leaved, not even saying a word. It seems that they were used to this situation and took it for granted.

$100 just for 2 meals and an appetizer. They used to give you free nachos and stopped doing that. Used to be so much cheaper and better quality at one time.

Horrible service!
Stirling (Manager) is very rude and racist. We had a horrible experience omg don't know where to start. From the 1st we entered i said table for six inside he "said oh no don't have a table FOR 6 inside" Put us outside and it was raining. From this point we waited for ever for service and everything was wrong. I went to complain Stirling didn't care that we were uncomfortable. He basically told us to leave and ask if we ate any of his food. To end this I paid for our drinks and apps. He was a heartless, and very, racist. NEVER have I EXPERIENCE this going to so many different restaurants. Never again Ottawa Lonestar omg

Server was nice food portion small for fajitas 6 pieces with 5 breads fajitas? Kinda weird logic

Prices are definitely higher than they used to be & continue to climb, though the food is definitely worth it, with excellent service.

Never fails to be the worst customer service I've ever had.
The last time I went I was with a friend who was treating me to dinner and I hadn't been there in four years so I was hoping the service would have improved. Unfortunately, it hadn't.
I was served chicken fingers with no dipping sauce or offer of it.so I asked my server if I could have some plum sauce; she said she would bring some and never did.
Ten minutes later with no sign of our server, I had to flag down a different server as my throat was now completely parched and my water glass empty. The server I flagged down said our server was on break, but that she would bring over some water.
I don't know if my friend who treated me left a tip when she paid the bill, but I sure hope she didn't as I would not have, nor did I leave a tip the last time I was there, in 2016.
